COMPLAINT

I was in your Liverpool Bold St. store, on 28/12, and then I had some problems there, that I’d

please like to complain about.

What happened, was that I ordered a mobile, and payed for it, in the cash-register area.

Then, the young woman working there, took a phone-call, immidiatly after I’d payed.

Then, I had to wait for about 15 minutes, for the phone, even if it said on the receipt, that

I was only to wait for about 3 minutes.

I suspect that the phone-call the cash-registry operator took, could be in some way linked

with the long waiting time.

In fact, I had to ask the Argos representative Phil, to check why I hadn’t got the mobile yet,

and I had to ask several times to get him to check, and then it appeared that the mobile

was in a cabinet or some kind of room there, and probably had been there for a while.

So I thought this was a bit suspicious, because there weren’t any other people in the

queue before me, so why it should take so long time for the mobile to be picked up,

and given to me, I think sounds a bit strange.

And also that the young woman in the cash-registry would take the phone-call immidiatly

after I had payed for the phone.

So I think that this should be investigated, since I have been having problems with some

criminal networks in connection with my previous work etc., it seems, and also in other

shops etc. in town, so I suspect that these incidents could be linked, and therefore I

would appriciate it very much if Argos would take this seriously, since I think that would

be most responsible, and please try to investigate, and try to find out what it was that

was going on.

I’m enclosing a copy of the receipt, and I also wrote a blog-entry regarding this incident,

and the address to the entry should be:

I hope that this is alright, and thanks in advance for the help!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
