Subject: Complaint

Hi,

earlier this year, I was at some meetings at St. Ann’s Street
police station in Liverpool.

There I had some meetings with Police Seargents Camel, O’Brian
and Police Constable Victoria Steele.

I’ve been trying to get hold of two of these later, by calling
The Merseyside Police, but I haven’t managed
to get them to answer the phone or to call back.

Now I was wondering if this could be due to that they were in
fact working for Special Branch.

So if this is the case, then I would please like to compain
formally about that I wasn’t informed by them, that they were working
for the Special Branch Police Department.

I’m enclosing an explanation-file, called ‘Explanation CAB’, in
which these meetings etc., are explained about.

Hope that this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
