Hi,
this is that you are responding to a copy-email.
I sent you a copy of an email to Lowell.
Lowell has contacted me about an absurd EE-bill.
And then (while I was corresponding about this absurd bill) then they also started nagging about a Capital One-debt.
I had to run back to Norway in 2014 (after living in the UK, for ten years).
The Merseyside Police were harrassing me.
Some internet-trolls kept sending emails to a local Jobcenter-staff (Sarah Bamber at Aintree Jobcenter).
And the emails were written in my name.
So this was indentity-theft.
But the Police pretended to be dum.
They went on my door, every day, for like a hundred days.
So in the end I had to run back to Norway.
Because the Police also smashed my front-door (about once a month), they arrested me (when the ‘grown up cops’ got involved, they always let me go, but the ‘gorilass’ arrested me all the time).
They also stole my computers etc.
And also (at the same time, while I had to go to a lot of non-sense court-case in a small/local court) then the Jobcenter stopped my allowance.
So the Jobcenter owes me like £2.000, I’d say.
So you can contact Aintree Jobcenter about this.
That was the reason that I got a Capital One credit-card.
The Jobcenter stopped my allowance all the time (after I got unemployed during the finance-crises, in 2008/2009).

PS.
Also, I want a reply from a superior about this.
Since you don’t seem to understand, that you have gotten merely a copy-email (and not a proper email).
