I am writing to you further to my emails of 12 April 2024 and the contact you have had with us since then.

 

In those emails I explained that you had been contacting us about a range of organisations outside of our jurisdiction.

 

Since then you have increasingly emailed us numerous times about matters that we are unable to help you with. In fact between 30 March 2024 - 21 May 2024, you have emailed us 58 times.

 

Whilst we appreciate that your complaints are important to you, we consider the volume and content of your emails to be excessive and repetitive especially given how we have already explained we cannot consider the matters you are trying to complain about.

 

We are letting you know that we feel the volume and nature of your contact with us is unacceptable and we are asking that you stop emailing us in relation to matters that we are unable to help you with. If you do not stop contacting us about issues we cannot help with, we may block your email address.

 

We do not like restricting any persons contact with us, so this is an opportunity for you to reflect on the volume and nature of the emails you have been sending us.
