Hi Erik,

The only information we have about any individual is the information already shown to you from the message you saw. The flag icon and our reporting/blocking tools we offer (located in your account settings) are the primary mechanisms we have to allow members to report offenses and violations to us so we may take the appropriate action.

As you've already deleted your account, we no longer have any of your account information to review. You've already been refunded your subscription fee. We generally will not offer any other form of compensation since we did not bill you anything else. We were also not notified ahead of time so that we could assist you with the matter.

I'll be happy to forward you to my direct supervisor if you wish to continue this conversation. If you have any other questions for me instead, please feel free to ask in your response.

jeg tar dette på norsk.

De ikonene deres synes jeg, at knapt kan nevnes.

De er for små og knøttete og lite intuitive.

Så det må jeg klage på.

Jeg ønsker å vite navnet på disse nett-trollene.

Og jeg ønsker også å vite hva dere akter å foreta dere, for å hindre at noe lignende skjer igjen.

Og som nevnt i den forrige mailen, så vil jeg også ha en erstatning for denne trakasseringen.

Jeg synes også, at det blir sånn 'woke' med he/him.

(Og også at dere bruker fornavn i hilsenen, synes jeg at blir klamt/homsete.

For å si det sånn.

Jeg skjønner at dere holder til i (det tidligere hippie-stedet) San Fransisco.

Men likevel).

Så jeg ønsker istedet å få svar fra han sjefen deres (Richard Price) som jeg sendte en kopi-mail til.

Hi,

I had to cancel this account due to bullying from internet-trolls.

(See attachment).

Your platform have no way of reporting abuse-messages, it seems.

This I have to complain about.

I want the money ($3) for the premium-subscription back.

And I want some compensation, for the time I had to use, on uploading my e-books (and tagging these) etc.
