I got your letter from 29/11 today, at the hostell I live in now.
I've tried to get back to Capital One, before their time-limits, but because I live in a hostell, and only get the post around once a week, this has been difficult.I've tried to contact abuse@captialone.com.But they haven't sent it to the right department at Capital One.Also your company isn't replying to my e-mail from 30/11, sent to your general enqueriy e-mail address: queries@capquestco.com So today I'm trying to send to the e-mail address mentioned in your letter, that is legal@capquestco.uk.I'm on a budget in co-operation with CCCS and offer my creditors a token-payment on £1 a month, untill I find new employement.I have this arrangement, with my other creditors, so I hope this is alright.Yours sincerely,Erik Ribsskog

I've been adviced by the CCCS, to pay token-payment, to my creditors, before I get a new job.
I've set the token-payment amount, to £5 a month.
But now I've reviewed my budget, and I have so many token-payments now, and I live at a hostell, where I have to pay £73 a month, so I have to reset the amount on the token-payments to £1 a month now unfortunately, from next month.
So I'm stopping the current Direct Debit now, on my bank-account, and ask you if you could please set up a new Direct Debit, for £1 a month, from next month.
