Hi,

now, (again), the sensor-driven lamp, in the stair-case, outside of flat 3, doesn't work.

(Looks like someone have bumped in to it, even if it's in the roof).

Also, today I had to buy a new radiator-heater, at Argos, since the electric wall-mounted heaters, that where in the flat, when I moved in, in 2006, doesn't work.

(Since the old radiator-heater, which I bought there, around 2007, have stopped working now.

I threw it in the purple bin, (household-waste), at the resturants bin store.

I hope that was right).

So that's a new complaint.

But, your company, is in the way, that you use two years to fix a boiler, etc.

So I haven't got to the electric heaters, on the wall, in the bed-room and living-room, yet.

Before today.

I also send a copy of this e-mail to the Council, as an update.

Since an inspector, from them, was here, a couple of weeks ago, inspecting for disrepair, but I forgot to mention the big, wall-mounted electric heaters, that they didn't work.

Just as a new complaint.

Hi,

I'm being persecuted in Norway, by some 'mafian', who I overheard I was followed by, in Oslo, (working as a Store Manager and studying IT), in 2003 and 2004.

It was an atempt to murder me by a 'bunch' of people, on a farm, in Larvik, in Norway, in 2005.

After that I've been living in the UK as a refugee, (after initially going to the UK a refugee the year before, as a student of the University of Sunderland, in 2004, but I had problems getting my study-finance, from Norway, so I ended up back in Norway, on the farm, mentioned above, being owned by some relatives).

The Home Office don't let me be a refugee formally in the UK, and my landlord threaten to throw me out, due to arrears, etc., now.

The Prime Minister's Office, just sent it back to the Home Office, (my complaint about the Home Office), twice.

(When Mr. Brown was in office).

So I've sent about this to the UN, but I haven't got any reply, even if this is the fourth UN-office, I send about this to now, (I think it must be).

I wanted to please complain about that the UK don't let me be a refugee formally, but that I have to live here under the EEA-agreement-rules, between the the EU and EFTA, (who Norway are a part of).

I could have needed some extra UN-rights, as a refugee, since much of my time, I spend to try to get my rights, in Norway.

I have a rights-blog, www.johncons-mirror.blogspot.com, and the Police in Norway and the UK, are constantly harassing me, refusing to let me have my rights, and don't even want to investigate the murder-attempt against me, (which I ran from, here to the UK), in Norway, in 2005.

I hope you can please give me some advice, about how to get a status as a refugee, (asylum-seeker, like we call it in Norway, 'asyl-søker').

(Since Norway aren't in the EU, I think this should be possible, for me to be an asylum-seeker, from Norway, in the UK).

Just to get the formalities rights, because the I would have gotten some protection from harassment/power abuse, from the UK Government etc., and could perhaps have gotten legal-aid, which I could needed for many cases.

Derfor har jeg klaget til FN på the Prime Ministers Office og the Home Office, siden de ikke lar meg være flyktning, men bare sender dette fram og tilbake.

Så har jeg sendt om dette til FN da, (blant annet i den videresendte e-posten), men har ikke fått svar fra FN.

Dette vil jeg gjerne klage på, for nå er det FN som stopper at dette skal kunne få en løsning, ved at FN ikke svarer.

Så jeg håper dere kan hjelpe meg nå, med å få anerkjent min status som flyktning, i Storbritannia.

due to that I'm not allowed to be a refugee, by the UK, I have no rights, it seems.

I'm unemployed, and am being messed with, by my landlord.

They come on my door, to collect the rent.

But they never come on the agreed dates, for some strange reason, but turns up, much later.

They also used two years to fix the boiler, when the hot-water stopped working.

And, they, (Imperial Properties), say I have to throw the garbage, in the garbaga-bin area, of a pub and restaurant, (Rigbys pub and Lady of Mann restaurant), which is packed with fancy dressed people enjoying a drink or a meal.

This is degrading, I think, for me.

So I think the UK are degrading.

It doesn't seem to be a tenancy-organisation in this unsivilised country.

I'm being messed with by the Merseyside Police and at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

I'm also being messed with in Norway, my home-country.

I can't even get a study-loan, even if I'm eligable for one, and am still a Norwegian citizen.

I publish a blog, where hundreds of thousands of people, in Norway, read about what's going on.

But they are to stupid, to understand that I'm being messed with by the illuminati, or something like this, so noone in the whole country of Norway, gives me any help.

So this is a hopeless situation.

Both Norway and the UK are so corrupt and distroyd by masons/Illumianti/mobs/mafias etc.

So normal people like me are being exploited in imaginativly way, I suspect, and can't get their rights.

You in the UN have also failed to do your job, since you haven't even replied to my e-mails.

I've overheard that I'm being followed by the mafia, which seems to be an organisation set up by Jens Chr.

I didn't know where to go, being a refugee, in 2005.

But now, I've got the files from the American P.I in London, and it seems like this is political.

So I went to the Home Office, to apply for assylum.

But the woman on the assylum-meeting, just told me I wasn't allowed to apply for assylum, to the

UK, since I was from a European country.

But, I think that international law, gives me the right to apply for assulym, since I'm being persecuted in Norway.

So I sent an e-mail to the Home Office, (which I'm forwarding with this e-mail), but they haven't replied.

So I thought I could try to contact the UN, and assure me that I'm right, that I have the right to apply

for assylum when I'm being persecuted in another country, like i even can document about now.

I was at the Border Agency in Liverpool today, since I'm being persecuted by the Norwegian

But, I was told, that one couldn't get asylum, if one were from a European country.

But I think they must have meant the EU.

But Norway aren't in the EU, and I tried to explain this, because, Norway and the UK, aren't

the same country, since Norway aren't in the EU.

So then it should be possible for me, to claim asylum, to the UK, in accordance to normal

international principles and laws, I reckon.

So I would please like to complain about your representative, and I hope you can sort this out,

so that I can get asylum, since I'm being persecuted.

(Why would they give me an appointment, if people from Norway can't claim asylum?

I doesn't make any sense to me, I'm afraid).
