    Hi,

now the clock is 13.19, and there have been no bailiff on my door.
I therefore think that there isn't going to be any eviction.
How is the investigation of your missing letter going to be?

Thank you very much for your reply in advance!

    Hi,

I attach a letter from the Jobcentre, which shows that the Council Tax-arrears I had, were only £33.10, (and not £532.21 like you write).
Why did you move this debt from the Bailiff to the Jobcentre?

I had paid every payment on time, to the Bailiff.
I can't understand why you did this.
Could you please be kind and inform me more about this decition?

(Since I like to understand what's going on, regarding cases I'm involved in, etc).

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
The arrears have now been recalled from the bailiff and a request has been made for direct deductions from your benefit , a total balance of £532.21 remains payable.

As you can see of the attached letter from the Bailiff, the balance as of January this year, was £126.50.
(And now it should be only around £20).

I've been paying every payment of time.
There's absolutely no reason for why you should recall this debt from the bailiff.
This is a hoax, and I send about it to the police as a report of fraud-crime.

    Hi,

thank you for your letter of 10/6, informing me that the Council tax-debt has bent sent back to the Liverpool City Council.
Could you please inform me about how much the remaining debt was again?

(According to my memory it was around £20 or £30, (so it seems a bit odd to me, to move this debt, since I think I've paid more or less every payment on time, for a couple of years now)).

Thanks in advance for any help with this!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog
