    Hi,

also an other Norwegian billionare, Røkke, has written messages to me on Google, (if I understood it right).
And my father says he knows Mr. Gates in Microsoft, (since his woman Solveig from the Scandinavian Star-accident has Mr. Gates' friend as neighbour, my father told me on the phone, in 2005 or 2006).

So I'm a bit bored of billionairs really.
So you can rest ashore that it isn't like I get an orgasm if I get an e-mail from your boss Mr. Amazon.
Just to explain more about this.

    Hi,

I have asked to escalate, and then I think it's inpolite not to let me do that.
I have gotten letters from billionares before, (Forbes-billionare Stein Erik Hagen), so I don't think it's ok to be treated in an inpolite way just because someone has a busy schedule.

Mr. Hagen probably also has a busy schedule, yet he wrote me a letter.
Maybe Mr. Bezos should find himselves something else to do?
His not that good at being a billionare, I'm sorry to say.

Furthermore, I understand your concerns and feel it would be best to discuss them over the phone to bring them to a speedy resolution. I called you today at 00447905206018 and left a message. Please either give me a call at (843) 760-8240 or provide me with a number and time to contact you. Hi,

I unpublished that book from CreateSpace/Amazon/Kindle now.
When I unpublished it on Kindle, it said I couldn't put it anywhere else for 90 days, since it has been on the Kindle Library-programme.

But like I've informed you earlier, this is book about an employment-case against two big companies, Bertelsmann, (and Microsoft), so I want it to be on Scribd, etc.
So I'm not going to delete it from Scribd.

And I'm going to try to publish it other places as well.
Since the problems is your mistakes here, I think.
So you can't expect me to not publish the book anywhere else then.

I still have some Norwegian books on CreateSpace/Amazon, and I thought I could try to keep them on CreateSpace/Amazon if that's alright.
    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

Thank you for outlining the issues you have experienced while utilizing our services for “My Employment Case Against Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.”

I sincerely apologize that you have had an inconsistent experience with the file review process and greatly appreciate your feedback. However, as we do not permit mention of CreateSpace as a publisher, I am currently looking into any alternatives or exceptions we can allow for the “CreateSpace-edition” reference within your book. I will follow-up with you as soon as I have additional information regarding this.

In reviewing the files for your book, we would be able to perform a File Help service in which we can rotate pages 207-213 so they no longer appear upside down. This service would normally be accompanied by a $50 fee; however, I would like to offer this service to you at no charge. This would eliminate concerns of upside down pages if your files are submitted for review in the future. Please let me know if you would like us to move forward with this service.

Regarding the additional blank pages, it appears these were added through the Interior Reviewer when scaling your Microsoft Word file to PDF format. We are currently in the process of removing these pages so they will no longer appear in the printed book.

Finally, you can remove the Kindle version of your title through your Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account at http://kdp.amazon.com. If you need additional assistance with your KDP account, please let me know, and I will have someone from KDP connect with you directly.

    Executive Customer Relations <ecr@createspace.com>

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
I am in the UK, so I think it's perhaps better, if we correspond by e-mail.
I'm not happy with a book I have with you now, and I'm not happy with the custommer-support.

First my book got approved, then they said the orientation was wrong, on the pictures.
(After I changed the subtitle and used more upper-case in it, on the cover).

Then I said, I hadn't changed the pictures, in the book.

Then they said I'd get a one of exeption, since they'd done a mistake.
But I think they can't say that I'd get a one of exeption, it has to be permanent.

I also want to add a second foreword now, (to explain about why some pictures of files are up side down), but can't.
Since then they'll then say the pictures are wrong.
Since I only got one last chance, to get the book right, really.
Also there are three blank pages on CreateSpace where as on Scribd, (where I put the book now, after the problems with your customer-support), these blank pages don't appear.

So the book is 219 pages on Scribd and Open Office Writer, but 222 pages when I scale the book on CreateSpace.
I don't understand how to get these blank pages away, they aren't on Open Office, so I don't understand what produces them.

Also, I wrote 'CreateSpace-edition', on this book, (and all my five books in Norwegian, which are on Amazon now).
But after I complained about my book suddently being not approved, even if it has been approved earlier, and the pages you complained about weren't changed by me.

Then you said I couldn't write 'publised by CreateSpace', in my book, and removed the text 'CreateSpace-edition', from the first page.
But that's not the same at all.

And this text had also been approved earlier.
So you just made a new, similar mistake.
How can they do the same mistake twice?

This obviously just to mess with me, I think.

If the content have been approved earlier they shouldn't refuse me to get it approved later.
But this happened twice, even if I got an appology for the first mistake, in the mean-time.

I've gone to University of Sunderland, and learned about referencing there, and I know that one are supposed to write the edition when one refer to a book.
And you just remove the edition-name, just like that.

It's like you aren't serious, or try to sabotage, I think.
This is a book about my employement-case against two big, powerful companies, Bertelsmann, (and Microsoft), and I don't want to lose control on it.

I'm a bit wary about it.
Please don't mess with this book.
I therefore also want to have it on Scribd now, so I don't want the Kindle library-programme option any longer, for this book.

Since then one can't have it on Scribd, as far as I understand.
I only want the 'normal' Kindle-option.
I also want you to put back the edition-name, on my book.

And to add a second foreword where it's explained about the upside-down files.
And the three blank pages to be removed.
    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I've also put the book on Scribd now, since you mess with the edition-stuff.

I wonder if you have an agenda here.
I know it's something with Kindle, that you say I can't have the book anywhere else when it's on Kindle library.

But I'd rather take it off that option please, and just have it as a regular kindle-book.
Due to the mentioned mistakes from you now have made me lose a bit confidence in your company.

There hasn't been a sale for a week or so now, how can I trust that you don't mess with the sales-statistics, when I can't trust that you don't mess with the approval-policy.

    Please escalate to a manager.
Since I'm not really contect with the way the book got, after the proof now, due to your 'funny' one-time exeptions etc.
If I got it approved once you shouldn't be alloved to change that, I think.

Do you have a secret agenda, I'm wondering.
This is a book about an employment-case against Bertelsmann, (and Microsoft).
I'm from Norway, where it's not considered kosher to be evil and play games.

    Hi,

I haven't got any desire to write anything like that.
    I simply wrote 'CreateSpace-edition'.
So you made a similar mistake after first making a mistake you have appologised about.

Have you read my update e-mail?
Are you also on first name with all your customers, I wonder.
I'm from Norway, but live in the UK, here they most often say Mr. Ribsskog.

    Just something I wondered about.
Maybe a manager should look at this?

    Hi,

ok, I didn't understand that this was about the upside down files.

The reason I put them upside down was because I was a bit stressed when I

worked on this employment-case sometimes and managed to scan and e-mail

    some files up side down.

I should maybe have written about this in the foreword.

But I don't want any more problems with this book now.

So I'll just publish/proof it again I thought.

Thank you very much for the help!

    Best regards,
