    Hi,

    I called your company now, and explained that I've sent a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman, about Scottish Power.
    So I suggest that we put this on hold, untill the Energy Ombudsman has completed the case-work with this complaint.

    I was told on the phone today, by your representative, that you use long time, to answer e-mails.
    But I hope you process this e-mail, since my last e-mail wasn't responeded to!

    I also send a copy of this e-mail to the Energy Ombudsman, so they get updated about this.

    I have agreed on a payment-plan, with Scottish Power, more than a month ago.

    And I've also brought this up with the CCCS.
    So this debt is being taken care of, with Scottish Power, so please contact them, to get this confirmed, so that you don't have to send me letters about this debt, which I already have a payment-plan with, with Scottish Power.
