    Hi,

some customers of my web-shop wonder if they can safely order Hula Hoops from my web-shop, since you haven't replied to my appeal against the court order, which said I had to move.

(And I haven't got anywhere to move).

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hei!

    Hi,

I got two letters under my door today, probably put there by the Landlord.
One of them where from you.
I see that you haven't had a hearing, even if I've told you in earlier correspondence, that the arrears, in this case, are due to a dispute between me and the Landlord.

The problems have been that the Landlord don't do repairs, and when they do them, they use like two years, to fix the boiler.
I've had to do electricity-work, at the bath, myself, and almost died, from an electric shock there.

And I have to use duct-tape, on the shaving-lamp, over the bathroom-mirror, even if it has been reported as broken, for years.
I've lived here for five years now, and call this home.

I keep the apartment fine, and am having house-cleanings, etc.
I've also been underpaid, when I worked as self-employed, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, and after that unemployed, and before that I was on about minimum-wage, working for Arvato, where I promised a better job, that I didn't get, that was why I thought I could afford the relatively high rent here.

I have an employent-case against Arvato, that still goes on, so this is also part of that case.
Im the subject of persecution, in my homeland Norway, and I write a well-read blog, (with more than a million page-views), from my home, trying to get my rights.

I'm also in the process of setting up a new business, e-commerce, where I sell Glacier Mints, to Norway, since they've stopped selling them there.

This business, (www.godtebutikken.net), could be a success, but I need to have calm surroundings, when I'm setting up my business, so if I was thrown out, it would distroy for my business and my online blog and other online publications/websites.

I can offer to ask the Council to send the Housing Benefit to the Landlord, (which the Council have saved up, waiting for the result of this court-case).
And I can pay on the arrears as soon as I get a new job, (I'm on Ladders, so they reackon my income-potential is above £50.000 a year, but the recetion distroyes a bit for me, but I think I'm soon going to get a well-paid job, in IT or management, (I have a degree in IT and used to work as a Shop Manager, in Norway), when the resetion gets better.

Also, I'm waiting for several inheretance-cases, in Norway, where my relatives, punish me, and don't give me my inheritance after my Danish born grandmother, (who had a lot of valuable paintings, from Højriis Castle, in Denmark, I could sent pictures if the court want).

And she was a Plantagenet and after Wodin and the old Danish Kings, etc., since her grandmother was Mary Eva Carla Fog, who was after Løvenbalk.
So I'm waiting to get a lot of money in.

So it shouldn't be a problem with me, in the long run.
I've even given my CV to the Landlord, and said that I have worked as a Shop Manager, and with IT, etc.
But at the moment I have no money, (other than the jobseekers allowance, £135 every two weeks), so I can't afford to move, at the moment.

So I would need like a year, or half a year, to find a new flat and a new job.
I think it's strange that the Landlord lock the garbage-bins in the bin store of the restaurant Lady of Mann.

Why aren't they placed in Leather Lane, so that people don't have to walk passed a lot of restaurant-guests, enjoying a meal, with their garbage.
    This is embarrasing.

So I think there should be a proper hearing about this.
I know that this is called 'shorthold tenancy', in your letter, but I've lived here for five years now, and think of this as home, and don't really agree with, that this is just shorthold tenancy.

This wasn't said when I moved in, that this wasn't a normal tenancy.
So I wish I please could have gotten a proper and fair hearing, like other people get, I think, in disputes like this.

I also send a copy e-mail to the Norwegian embassy, since I'm a Norwegian citizen, and have earlier updated them, when the threats of being thrown out started.

Hope we can have a fair and proper court-case about this, like I thought this process would lead to, from reading about similar cases on the internet, etc.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply!
This hoax made me distracted now.
What initiated my first e-mail was that my Landlord claims he can throw me out, without a possession order.

It's really my Landlord who's supposed to contact the County Court, and not me.
So it's just that my Landlord is writing a lot of non-sense that upsets me really.

    Sorry about this!

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
Here's more about what my Landlord writes:

    Eric,

Now there is only 2 weeks before your departure.

I read on your blog you are trying to postpone the kick-out, however this idea of yours will never work. I have many years experience handling bad tennants, and the same tactic is used every time(quoting a law paragraph, hardly any relevance of the situation).

I hope you find a new place in Liverpool. I don't understand why you don't look for a new place, as I doubt you want to be homeless or live in a church.

We will meet soon, as I will come to the apartment 3th of April to deliver a good-bye gift.

    Sincerly,

    Kieron Grimes

    PS 2.

I want to do this properly.

I don't like it that Mr. Grimes want's to go here with a presant.
I want this to be dealt with in court.
But like I wrote above, it's really my Landlord who has to take this to Court, and what upset me in his e-mail is really just non-sense, the way I see it.

I think I should start to work out a bit more, then maybe I don't care about phoney stuff like this.
The Merseyside Police have called me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog', in a letter, that I've put in a compaint of 18 points to IPCC, 3 or 4 yeats ago, which they don't reply to.

Or else I would have sent about the hoax with Mr. Johan Hayley to the Merseyside Police.

But now I think this would be to degrading for me to do, when the Merseyside Police haven't been told off, for calling me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'.

    Just to update.
    Thanks again for your reply!

I'm afraid UK do not have the castle doctrine laws. Please search "castle

doctrine UK" to see evidence or call a lawcentre.

Also, it's highly unlikely that the Council, Merseyside Police, IPCC, Landlord,

Microsoft, Order of St. John, Goverment in Norway, Goverment in UK, Brits,

Muslims or Muslims gangs, Illuminists and CAB is messing to you at the same

Instead of emailing what I would belive is prank to us, I would recommend you

    Hi,

I've read earlier in the Times, in 2005 or 2006, that one in the UK have the right to defend ones own home.
And also on Wikipedia now, about 'Castle doctrine', (which I think you have in the UK), that one can use up to deadly force, to defends ones home.

A mans home is his castle they say.
So in Norway this is maybe not ok, but in UK, one can attack people breaking in to your home, or trying to throw you out of your home etc.

It's known as the 'Castle doctrine'.

Even if I'm from Norway, I've also followed British media and been a lot on summer school and holidays in the UK.
So you don't have to threaten me with the police etc.

'Ikke skap deg', we say in Norway.
That means something like 'don't be phoney'.
In UK you have the castle doctrine, I think, so stop being phoney and pretend you don't know this.

    Hi,

it's just been 'balony' the whole time, from the Landlord.

Mr. Grimes has lied about the garbage throwing arrangement.

    I haven't even had a tenancy-contract, since 2005, for some reason.

I haven't taken it seriously, what the Landlord has said, because when they say all the time they're going to fix the boiler, and the don't.
Then after a while you stop taking them seriously.

I've also contacted the Council and CAB regarding the Landlord, many times, but I haven't got any good advice.
So I haven't taken this threat of being thrown out seriously, due to all the lies and disrepair, etc., from the Landlord.

So this with a three month warning, haven't really sunk in with me.
So I don't think you should put any weight on that warning, it hasn't really stood out from all the other 'monkey-business', so just thought of it as 'more monkey-business', from the Landlord.

And since the CAB and the Council are messing with me, (I think I have to say), then I can really go anywhere for advice.
So I think we should do this proberly, with a process in the court, with a possessition order and where I can tell my side, and the Landlord their's.

This is not a fair process, this is just the UK tricking me, I think.
(Stop being arrogant and self-rightous, like I think Brits sometimes are.
    Sorry that I'm direct).

I'm a refugee I think, and should have rights according to that.
And also rights as EU-citizien according to the EEA-agreement.
So you can't just skip the Court-process in a simple way like this I think.

I think it's unfair against me, when all comes to all, regarding this tenancy.
Just my opinion when I try to be objective.
    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Well,

I have the right to defend my own home.
And I've read on the internet that they need a possestion-order, I think this sounds strange, that you say something else.

The CAB are f*cking with me, and tried to get me killed in a mafia-plot, or something, 3 or 4 years ago.

And the Chief Executive there, David Harker, don't reply to my e-mails.
Also the Merseyside Police are f*cking with me, in an IPCC-case, the Merseyside Police called me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'. I've reported this to IPCC Manchester, 3 or 4 years ago, they don't reply.

I have no savings how can I find a new home in two weeks time?
I'm on Ladders, I can afford to pay this later.
(I need a year or two).
Please let me build up my businesses and continue my job-seeking project.

Please escalate this, as I think what you say isn't on line with what I've read on the internet, and I think you are unreasonable.
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.

I have the Order of St. John in my extended family, and have probably been followed by them all my life.
Your name looks to me like a Order of. St. John-name.
Should he be answering my e-mails then?

I think I've mentioned this earlier, about that crusader-order.

Erik Ribsskog, please do not make threats about killing people. We take this very seriously and I already called your Landlord Kieron Griems to notify about this behaviour. Also we updated the Merseyside Police about the situation.

I see that the Landlord has given you three months of notification about your tenancy. According to Housing Act 2004 Sections 8 to 12, this is enough time for you to find a new place to live and a possessioning order is not needed.

I suggest that you visit the Citizens Advice Bureau to discuss about your situation.

    Hi,

it's just been 'balony' the whole time, from the Landlord.
