    I can’t see that this has happened.
    So that I have to complain about.
    Please send this to the Managing Director now.
    (I want to know the name of the internet-troll who has ordered/written this in my name.
    And I want to know, how you plan to improve, to avoid that something like this happens again).

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re receiving plenty of emails that you do not want to receive. Please rest assured that all email communication from Displate was stopped as per your earlier request. Sadly, we cannot speak for other providers, hence we suggest contacting them directly.
    Moreover, as per data protection policy, we are unable to provide you with details of the person who made a typo in the email whilst purchasing, sorry about that. Please bear in mind that we have no ability to predict whether the customer makes a typo in the email on the website.

    So that I have to complain up.
    Please escalate this to a superior now.
