    Hi,

ok, it's maybe better if I forget about this job then since it sounds a bit complicated.
Like I wrote to your collegue Camilla, (I think her name was), yesterday, I thought it was normal to get relocation-packages for jobs like this.

I haven't applied for language-jobs that much lately, so I'm not that much into this.
I've mostly applied for IT and management-jobs.
But I uploaded my CV on CV Library and then someone called Jackie, from Spring Personnel, called me about a job with a company called Convergence, in Newcastle, who tried to find Dutch and Norwegian speakers.

So I tried to find more information about that job, yesterday, at Ingeus, and then I found your company on Google, and just pressed the 'apply'-button, on some of the jobs, asuming that it would be possible to get a relocation-package.

Sorry if I misunderstood about this!
    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

The role in West London offers a base salary of ca. £20.900 + £1050 shift allowance.

The role requires the person to work 12hour shifts / 3 days on – 4 days off. The shift rota will include Nights, Weekends and Days.

The company in London will not offer an advance on salary nor relocation, as they have a huge number of candidates who has applied who are already living in the London area, or nearby. They have received well over 150 applications by now, but some has fallen by the wayside as they have failed the online test…

    Hi,

I still live in Sunderland, but I've thought about moving to Brighton.

Which is only an hour away from London, by train.

Eighter that or I could live in a hostell, in London, untill I find 'proper' accommodation.

I could start right away if I got an advance or a relocation-pack.

I was hoping for a salary of around £20.000, (since It's in London I mean, living-expenses are going to be quite hight, I mean).

Thanks very much for your e-mail!

    Mvh.

    Dear Erik,

Thank you for your application for the role PERFORMANCE COACH / MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT.

I have now has the opportunity to read through your CV and compare it with the full job description.

Unfortunately, your skills and experience is not as compatible for what the client is looking for and comparing it with other applications of experienced Performance Coaches that we have sent to the client already, we will have to reject your application for this role.

You have also applied for another role that I deal with – Norwegian Customer Service in London (shift based)…

The record card we have on file for you state that you are seeking work in the commutable distance of your home in Sunderland.

Has this status changed now, so you are willing to relocate?
What are you seeking as a min. yearly salary?
How soon are you able to start a new job / relocate?

We will keep in touch and inform you of future vacancies that meet with your requirements.

I hope to hear back from you soon!

    Kind regards,

    Hei,

    Mvh.

    Hi,

I bought an Account Book at WH Smith today, like you adviced me to in the meeting.

I'm going to ask at the Jobcentre next week about how they want me to do the accounting, for the web-shop.

I'm also thinking if I shouldn't have been on a programme for people who run their own businesses.

Like the job-interview on Ingeus Newcastle on Tuesday is for me running someone elses e-business, when I really perhaps should have been put on a programme to run my own business.

I've had this business for more than a year now, and mentioned it a lot of times, but the Jobcentre in Liverpool, (Mark there), said it was just a 'hobby'.

I have seen earlier that there are Jobcentre-programmes for people who wants to start their own businesses, and have brought this up earlier, with the Jobcentre.

How can I get help with marketing etc., for my web-shop please.

Sorry if I write a lot of e-mails!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I'm going to the meeting right now, but I'm at the library.

I thought I'd update about my web-shop before I forget.

(And since I think it's easier to explain in e-mails than in

stream-lined meetings where you have many clients).

It's like an extra-job, like I said last Thursday.

    Today I had three sales.

I'm wondering what can I deduct from my income.

Am I not really self-employed when I have this shop?

    Erik Ribsskog

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    ok, that's very fine!

See you on Thursday then, in the next meeting.

And then I'll do my job-search in the mean-time, and bring the form to that

    meeting.

    Thanks again for the help!

    Hi,

    ok, I see.
And I guess they don't offer advances eighter.
Then it's perhaps best for me to apply for jobs in the North-East I guess.
I heard from another company, (Spring, Jackie there), that there were some Norwegian language-jobs in Newcastle with a company called Convergence, so that's why I started to search on your site, since I tried to find more information about that job.

    Thanks again for the help!

    Hi Erik,

Whether a company offers relocation assistance completely depends on the company and the type of role they’re recruiting for.

Also most of our clients who do offer relocation assistance offer it to candidates moving from abroad.

This is just to give you a better idea of how most of our clients work.

    Hi,

    that's ok.

I thought it was normal to offer relocation-packages in language-jobs, as I remember.

But if your clients don't offer that, then that's ok I guess.

    Thanks for your reply anyway!

    Hi Erik,

    Many thanks for your response.

I’ve updated your profile with the information, so we have a better idea of the type of roles that might be of interest to you.

You applied for a few roles that I deal with, and unfortunately as none of my clients offer relocation bonuses or assistance, and are not at a commutable distance from where you stay, I will not send your details forward.

When something suitable comes up we will be in touch, and you can apply for vacancies through the website as before.

    Hi,

I'm unemployed at the moment so I could start as soon as possible.

I live in Sunderland, in the North-East.

I could work in the North-East or the rest of the UK, but would have needed a sign-on-bonus etc., to move.

I've worked as self-employed lately, with variouing salary, but when I worked as a Shop Manager in Norway I earned around £30.000 a year.

I'm interested in work within IT, management, business, retail, translation, etc.

I'm unemployed at the moment so I'm trying to find new carreer-opertunities in the UK.

    Yours sincerely,
