    Hi,

someone have sent an e-card, in my name, to Norwegian politician Ine-Marie Eriksen Søreide, who's a member of the Norwegian parliament, Stortinget.
I wanted to report this as identity-theft and harassment.

(I don't know who this could be, unfortunately, but they send a lot of e-cards like this, to everyone I contact, and write about, on my blog).
    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I wanted to compain about your shop, in Liverpool One, (the Tesco Superstore there).
It says on the door, that it closed on 10 pm., on Saturdays.
Yet today, I was there at 9.37 pm., (it said on my mobile), and then the shop was closed.

    (See attached pictures).
I've checked the clock on my mobile again now, and it show the right time.
What's going on, I was wondering, why does your shop close early?

(This was also the case one night earlier this week, I remember, on Wednesday, I think it was, that this shop closed early).

Hope you can explain this, since I had to shop in your other shop, at Clayton Sq., where they don't have that much budget and other stock, (since I'm unemployed, and they were sold out on noodles, etc).

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    I wasn't informed about a hearing, (I didn't get the courts letter).
Still the court ignored this, and set up a second hearing.

I thought they should first investigate, and didn't prepare.

Then the court called me up in the morning, two mornings in a row, and said the judge wanted to 'see me', like I was a horse, I think.
I sent a complaint to the Admin Appeals they haven't replied.

The Liverpool County Court have also earlier sent me scam-e-mails by probably football-mobsters, I think, which they haven't cleaned up.
I think it's like it's only like 'retards' in the court and at the Admin Appeals, and now the court want to throw me out on Wednesday.

This is horrible, I have nowhere to stay.
Please get the County Court to shape up.
Thanks in advance for any help!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

now I got called, by the bailiff, Mr. Campbell, from Liverpool County Court.

Apparently you haven't contacted them about this case, because they still want to go on with the hearing today.

I think we should take one thing at a time.
Could you please tell the court to take one thing at a time.
Why wasn't I informed about the first hearing?

    Hi,

this judge is just lecturing me.
I've gone to business-school, and I think this is inpolite, this isn't a matter of life and death, I think the judge should be civilised and polite, and follow the normal practise, that is to reply in the same way that one get the correspondence.

I think it's strange that he calls, maybe he wants to hide something, I think then.
He says this is urgent, but they forget to find out why I wasn't informed about the first hearing.

I think we should find out about that, before this process goes on, and that's why I send about this to the Administrative Appeals.
Please investigate this, and please inform the Liverpool County Court about this, as I don't want any bailiff on my door.

    Hope this is alright!

    Mr Ribsskog,

Please note communication can be by

telephone, letter and email. On this occasion it was by telephone as it is an

    urgent matter.

As I was saying on the phone there is a

hearing tomorrow, this will definitely be going ahead and you are required to

attend. If you don't attend an order will be made in your absence.

Your email dated 5th August 2011 stated

you did not receive hearing notice, this is why we have re listed the matter.

    Therefore hearing tomorrow still stands.

Any further emails received will not be

replied to and placed on file for hearing
    9th August 2011 at 10:00am.

Thank you for your previous emails.

Please note that as you did not attend the hearing on 1st August 2011, your

application was dismissed and the warrant of eviction is to proceed. However

as a further application was lodged in your email, we have now listed it

again on 9th August 2011 at 10:00am. It is in your own interest to attend

this hearing as if you do not the order may be the same and warrant for

eviction will proceed on this day.

I have placed your appellants notice on file, however there is no order to

appeal and this is why we have listed your application.

Please do not email any further documents and bring them to the hearing as I

cannot guarantee these will be placed on file and referred to a Judge before

the hearing and therefore it will be quicker to bring them to the hearing.

    Hei,

Jussbuss anbefalte meg å kontakte dere hos Rettferd for Taperne.

    Mvh.

    Hi,

I've been in contact with my former employer in Norway, (ICA/Rimi), now.
They've sent me a statement showing I've worked as a Shop Manager for them in three different shops, in the Greater Oslo-area, etc. (ICA are Scandinavias largest retail-chain: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICA_AB).

    (See the attached file).
I was wondering if I should try to get it translated to English, since it's an important document, I think, (since it shows I have experience from Management, etc).

I'll also still send copy e-mails, from my job-search.
There aren't that many IT-jobs, it seems to me, localy, so I usually apply for IT-jobs one week, and then Shop Manager-jobs the other week.

So this week it's Shop Manager-jobs I'm going to be applying for, and I'll send the copy e-mails later.
    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm also trying to get degrees, from all the academies, which I've studied at.
I now I didn't finish any modules, at University of Sunderland, due to economical problems.

But at the Study Abroad-induction there, the lecturer said to a collegue, about me, I overheard, 'why do he want to study here, when he has so good files'.
    Something like this.

It was because I wanted to have a Bachelor-degree.

When the induction-lecturer said this, then maybe I really have a Bachelor-degree, I'm thinking now.
I'm attaching my files, from three academies, within IT/Information Management/Computing, and hope that it's good enough to recieve a Bachelor-degree.

I also have an up and running web-shop, at www.godtebutikken.net, which could perhaps count as module, to top-up on a degree.

    Hope this is alright 🙂

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    To: fas-stpeters-reception@sunderland.ac.uk

    Hi,

sorry that I was a bit inpolite in the last e-mail.
It's a bit hot for me in Liverpool, I think, since I'm from Norway.
    But anyway, I try again.

When I studied in Sunderland, in 2004/05, then I had a Project-module, COM 325, (see attach transcript), which I made some files for, before I moved to London, in February 2005.
These files where a project description and a project-plan, and research-areas, etc.

I remember that copies of the mentioned files, was stored, in the class-rom, for the Project module, in the Vardy building, down-stairs.
I was just wondering if I could please have a copy of these files sent me, from the University, (just scans would be very fine, so that it wouldn't cost you anything, in postage).

The originals are at my uncle Martin's woman Grete Ingebrigtsen farm, in Kvelde, in Norway, where I was chased from, by a hunting-team, in the summer of 2005, a murder-case that the Police don't want to investigate.

My relatives don't want to send me my files, and clothes etc., from the suit-case, which I brought from Sunderland.
So I was wondering if you could please send this files, so I could explain to the lecturer from your Faculty of Psychology, who ordered the Project, (which was a calender, for students), why I couldn't finish the assignment, (my study-loan was delayed for four months, and my studies got very lagged, so I decided to instead try to find a job, before my founds ran out).

The course lecturer's name was Peter White, as far as I can rememeber.
And they really had some roastings there, with also another lecturer, who joined in, so I was roasted by two lecturers, at the same time, regarding the Project's progress.

It was like on TV, with the apprentice.
    (Or even worse).
    Something like this.
I attach a copy of my transcript, where the code for this module, is marked.

    Hope this is alright!

Sorry again about the problems in the last e-mail!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

ok, I didn't know that the University of Sunderland is a boarding-school.
It's not a proper University if one have to live at campus to be a student there, I reackon.

Could you please confirm that I got the best grade, on the initial language-test, (Trofl-test?), and therefore didn't have to have an English-module.

    Hi,

    ok, that's a good idea.

I was both an international studend, and at the same time, I had gotten a place on the Bachelor of Science, Computing, Final Year-study.

So I don't know who to contact really.

It was a young woman with blonde hair, who was the leader at the International Office, in 2004/05, but I don't remeber her name at the moment, unfortunately.

But I could try to call the International Office again I guess, and hear with them, if they remember the name of the leader there then.

    Thanks again for the help!

    Hi,

sorry that I was a bit inpolite in the last e-mail.

    Hi,

    _intra_net, not internet.

It doesn't say I'm not a student on the transcript.

    Hi,

    ok, thank you very much!

I was also wondering, do I still have an account on the University's intranet, where I can log on, and find test-results, etc?

I'll try to contact the other faculty about the language module.

Thank you very much for the help!

    Best regards,

There is no English test on your record at all. The Faculty of Applied Sciences (which is us) would deal with the computing modules you took but not the programme as a whole. As there is no record of you ever taking an English test so I would not be able to tell you the name of it.

The Faculty of Education and Society deal with study abroad students as a whole and maybe they can help with your query. They can be contact on bell.morgan@sunderland.ac.uk

    Hi,

your last e-mail was a bit unspecific, I think, which faculty do you refer to, I was wondering?

Can't you at least tell me what the test was called, (was it Trofl), then I could take it from there.

As I have already stated we do not hold results for this so we cannot supply you with a statement of results and this Faculty does not deal with study abroad students.

    Hi,

thank you very much for your reply!

I remember that us students at Study Abroad, had an English-test, one of the first weeks, at Sunderland.

I was wondering what the name of this test was again, and how to get a statement, showing my result on this test.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

thank you very much for your e-mail!

Could you please confirm that I got the best grade, on the initial language-test, (Trofl-test?), and therefore didn't have to have an English-module.

(Since I had to interrupt my studies, then it would have been fine to get this confirmed, so that I could at least brag about something, after my interrupted year there).

Hope this is alright, and thank you very much for sending the transcript!

    Hi,

    ok, that's a good idea.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,

    Men men.

    Mvh.

    Hei,

omorganiseringen. Fakultet for samfunnsfag består av HiOs tidligere

avdelinger for samfunnsfag og journalistikk, bibliotek- og

    informasjonsfag.

problemene i firmaet blir mer kjent.

    studerte i Sunderland.

    for svar!

    Mvh.

    PS.

umulig for norske folk å få ekstrajobb i Sunderland, blant annet.

HiO IU hadde rota bort søknaden min.

    for meg

    fagene?

i IT derfra, fra 2009, (foreløbig).

    Rimi

Kalballen og Rimi Lambertseter, og andre butikker i

    Oslo),

    universitetet i

Sunderland, på The David Goldman Informatics Centre,

    (databygningen),

    eventuell hjelp!

    Mvh.
