sorry I'm sending many e-mails.

But, I think the IPCC is what we call in Norway, a 'soup-council'.

Maybe you should let the police-complaints follow the order-lines?

Like it used to be in Norway, in the 70's, I think, if I remember my grandfather there, Øivind Olsen right, when the Norweigan IPCC was started, in the 70's or early 80's.

If I remeber it right.

But the IPCC stopped replying to my correspondence.

So I haven't been able to go through any such complaint-procedure.

But I've complained about the IPCC to the EU-commission, but the Danish EU-commission, just searched about my name and the Crown-princess of Norway, Mette-Marit, on Google, I saw on StatCounter, a tracking-cookie-program, that I have on my blog.

This is IPCC in Manchester who are messing with me.

In Manchester they have 'Kro'-restaurants, which are Danish-like, I think.

My Danish-born grandmother, Ingeborg Ribsskog born Heegaard, was after old Danish royals and Woden, etc.

There's also the Order of St. John, in my fathers new family, I saw by chance, in a Norwegian newspaper, (Aftenposten), archive.

So I think it could be the Danes or the Order of St. John, or something, who are messing with my IPCC-case, etc.

Just to try to level.

(I overheard I was followed by the 'mafian', in Oslo, in 2003 and 2004, and was attempted to be killed, by a group of people, who I don't know who are, in Kvelde, in Norway, in 2005, so then I fled to the UK, (again, I also fled to the UK in 2004, when I went to study at the University of Sunderland).

The Home Office, wouldn't let me apply to be a refugee.

So I've complained about this to the Prime Ministers Office, and later the UN.

So this is really a UN-case now, since a few years ago.

(Even if the UN don't reply to my correspondence, for some reason).

Hei,

faren min som jeg har anmeldt for omsorgssvikt, sender enda.

Det der med Sande Jernbanestasjon, det var jula etter militæret, altså

jula i 1994 eller 95.

For søstera mi Pia sa at nummer 3 i Frøken Norge, skulle være

der.

Så jeg ble litt lurt.

Også skulle Christell hente meg på Sande Jernbanestasjon, (stedattera

til faren min).

Men så kom faren min å henta meg istedet.

Og da vi kom til Haldis og dem, så leste Christell høyt fra DT BB om

en film som var på Saga kino eller Snorre kino, i Drammen, som het 'En

engelskmann som gikk opp en ås', eller noe.

Så jeg trodde hu hinta om at hu ville på kino.

Så jeg ringte henne fra jobben i Oslo, til hennes bror Jan, på

Gulskogen, men hu ville ikke på kino.

Så hva det var om, det veit jeg ikke.

Det må ha vært jula 1995, det her.

Faren min sier at man ikke hadde med foreldra å gjøre, da var man var i

militæret.

Men for det første så var ikke han i infanteriet hvor jeg var, (enda

jeg var utsatt for omsorgssvikt), men han var i ingeniørvåpenet.

Og for det andre så husker jeg at mora mi, Karen Ribsskog, en gang sa

at min fars yngre bror, Håkon Mogan Olsen, fra Bergeråsen.

Han spiste ikke engang maten i militæret, men slapp militæret, siden

han savna maten til bestemor Ågot.

Og da slapp han militæret.

Så det var ikke sånn at det var så mye strengere i gamle dager, tror

jeg.

Jeg ville bare forklare at jeg ikke hatt noe vanlig kontakt med

hverken min far eller min mors familie.

Min mor 'skilte' seg fra meg, i 1979, da hun sendte meg til min

far.

Og min far 'skilte' seg fra meg, i 1980, da han flyttet fra meg, og

ned til Haldis Humblen.

Så jeg er en uavhengig person, som ikke er så særlig knyttet til

hverken min far eller min mors familie.

Det var bare det jeg ville

forklare om.

Sånn at folk skjønner at min far Arne Mogan Olsen, er Arne Mogan

Olsen, og at jeg Erik Ribsskog, er Erik Ribsskog.

Og at folk ikke tar ting som gjelder meg, med andre enn meg, fordi

det er ingen i min slekt, eller noe, som representerer meg, for å si det

sånn.

Min fars sønn, Jan Snoghøj, er vel djeveldyrker, tror jeg, ihvertfall så

jeg at dattera hans Tiril, viste satan-tegn, tilfeldigvis, på Facebook.

Så jeg har mye sånn djeveldyrkere og sånn i slekta.

Så jeg har kutta ut slekta da, for å si det sånn.

Jeg var egentlig en flyktning, da jeg flytta til Oslo, i 1989, for å

studere.

For å komme bort fra disse djeveldyrkerne, osv., (eller hva de er),

som hadde tulla med meg, helt siden jeg var ni år da.

Så sånn er det.

dere skriver at arv ikke er viktig, men i Norge, så er det vanlig at folk får arv etter sine foreldre.

Jeg er ikke kommunist, eller noe, jeg, og jeg blir litt vonbråten, når jeg tenker på at f.eks. folk i klassen min, får arv etter sine foreldre, men ikke jeg.

I Norge har det f.eks. i flere tusen år, vært tradisjon å navngi folk etter fedrene.

Så at arv etter sine foreldre, ikke skal være viktig, det er nok noe østlige tankegods, som dere orienterer dere ut fra, og ikke noe nordisk.

Vil jeg si.

Dere refererer også til et rundskriv, fra Justisdepartementet.

(Rundskriv G-12/05).

Jeg har ikke vært borti den G-12/05.

Og punkt 5.5.

Er det dette som menes med paragraf-rytteri?

Kunne dere sendt over dette rundskrivet, eller er dette noe alle har fått i posten i Norge?

Jeg jobber ikke staten jeg altså.

Så det rundskrivet har ingen gitt meg.

Kanskje dere hadde dårlig tid og ikke kunne forklare hva det stod i det rundskrivet siden dere skulle på manifest?

now I suspect, that when the Merseyside Police, where here, on their more or less 'insane' razzia, a couple of weeks ago.

Then I think they must have put flees, in my bed.

Because I've never had flee-bites before.

And now I have a lot, especially on my stomach.

Which I've had since the day after the razzia, I think it was.

I think this must have been, around the time, when I took the photograph, of the two police-men, in my kitchen.

At that time, the other two police-men, who were involved in the razzia, where at my bed-room, inspecting it, for the second time, I think.

So then noone watched me, and I took a photograph to document what went on.

Then I think they must have put flees in my bed for some reason.

This might sound strange, that the Police, who we are thought to admire, since they fight crime, etc., would do a thing like this.

But the police here in Liverpool, have also called me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog', in a letter, a couple of years ago.

So it's obvious to me, that they aren't fine.

And neighter the IPCC, since they don't punish the Police, for being inpolite against me.

They should at least have told them off, I think.

No, I think it's to degrading, for me, to contact the Police.

Then it would be like I accepted that I was a 'Miss'.

So this is I think is a sign og that the UK isn't fine, that you let the Police do things like this.

I think you should clean this up.

It makes me think of the Brazilian guy again, who the UK Police executed in London, a couple of years ago.

How is the state of your Police, I'm wondering.

Have they joined the Al Quaida?

Is this what's going on?

I enclose the picture of the police in my kitchen again, and of the flee-bites, on my stumach.

now the Police was here again.

(Mr. John Sedden, St. Anne St. CAD, and another gentleman).

They didn't know that the Special-police, (I think they were), where here on Wednesday.

They adviced me to contact a solicitor, on Dale St., for a free consultation.

But, it's the Landlord who threatens me.

He threatens to throw me out, without a possessioning order.

Why is it me who should go to a solicitior.

It should be the Landlord who should contact the County Court and do this according to proper practice, (like I've read about on the internet etc).

They can't just throw me out, they need a possessioning order.

I can't live on the street.

I think it's strange that the Police visit me twice about this.

It's the Landlord they should visit, since he makes threats.

I'm maybe expressing myself a bit clumbsy, but I'm really just trying to stand up for my rights.

I acknowledge receipt of your emails sent on 23 March 2011. In order to clarify our position and respond to your further queries, I would like to explain the following:

The Police Reform Act 2002 (the legislation that governs the complaints process), states that the same complaint cannot be made twice therefore if your allegations against Merseyside Police are the same as those made in 2007, you cannot repeat them. I reiterate that a dispensation was granted in your previous complaint which concluded the matter. However, if you feel that you have new allegations about Merseyside Police, I invite you to provide further information regarding your complaint in order that your new allegations can be considered fully. You can do this via the link provided in my earlier email.

You asked about the reference to "TRIM" within the subject line of my email. I should explain that this is simply the name of a computer system used to store correspondence received by the IPCC.

If you wish to make a complaint about the IPCC, our internal complaints department can be contacted via email at iiu@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk.
