    Hi,

    I shop in the Tesco-shop in Liverpool One, (the Super shop), since it's the shop with most 'order-lines', in Liverpool City Centre, and you have low prices, on your 'value'-line.

    (I'm unemployed you see).
    There is a problem, with that almost every time I go to that shop, (this was also a problem on Thursday, and also in 2010, like one can see in my forwarded e-mail).

    Why are you also out of carrier-bags?
    I also shop at Aldi, Lidl and Home Bargains, and they are never out of carrier-bags.
    I've also been a shop-manager in the Rimi-chain, in Norway, from 1998 to 2002, and if we had forgotten to order carriers, then we drove and collected them at another Rimi-shop.

    This is a re-occouring problem at this Tesco-shop.
    How can there be a shortage in carrier-bags?
    I've also worked in packaging, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, and I know that there are thousands of suppliers of carrier-bags, in Europe.

    This must be a manager-problem at Tesco Hanover St., (the Super shop), I think.
    There's nothing super about a shop which haven't got carriers.
    So you should maybe call it 'almost Super Shop'.

    Something like that.
    And please don't ask me to call you again about this.
    If you can't write it in an e-mail, it's because you have something to hide, it seems to me.

    This is very poor customer-service by Tesco!

    And sometimes men would reply, 'Of course I want a carrier, do you think I'm

    an old woman ("gammel kjærring" in Norwegian)'.

    I don't think you take my complaint seriously.

    And your spelling isn't even right.

    Could you please escalate this complaint, as I've overheard that I'm being

    used as a 'target guy', I think this could be some mobster-activity.

    I've also had more or less similar complaints against Tesco from before,

    which you neighter took serious.

    So I'm going to put a lawyer on you if you don't take this serious now, if I

    get the oppertunity later.

    My patience with you is ran out, unfortunately.

    Bag for life, and poppy-bags, this isn't what I contact you about, it's the

    harassment.

    Is this so difficult for you to understand?

    Bags for life and poppy-bags are fine.

    But only as long as you also have the regular bags.

    But you have made this into a discussion about bags, when it really is about

    harrassment, so you just make me more annoyed really.

    Is 'customer-support' something that your company don't know what means?

    I'm unfortunately unemployed, at the moment, (like I explained in my e-mail from yesterday).
    And I'm on a budget in co-operation with the CCCS.
    So I can only offer to pay a token-payment, until I find employment, unfortunately.

    jeg sender deg også en klage på de her, (Psykiatrien i Vestfold).
    Jeg gikk til noen få timer hos psykolog, (min onkel Martin dro meg dit), i 2005, i Larvik, hos ei tysk dame, som het Silke, som var ansatt i Psykiatrien i Vestfold.

    Og så dro jeg til England, i juli 2005, (for snart 6 år siden).
    Og nå, så viser det seg, at hu skrev en diagnose på meg.
    Men det har aldri jeg blitt fortalt/forklart.

    Så dette ødelegger muligens fælt for meg.

    Min slekt sender ikke arv, med mere.

    Så dette koster meg mye penger og stry da.
    Så disse vil jeg også klage på til dere.
    (Siden disse, Psykiatrien i Vestfold, bare tuller, sånn som jeg ser det).
    Håper dette er i orden!

    Hi,

    can the Landlord just throw me out like this?
    I think they are unreasonable, since I'¨ve let Liverpool City Council send my housing benefit directly to them, so they aren't going to get more economical problems due to this case.

    Also they are slow with repairs, they used one to two years, to fix the boiler, so even if I have arrears, it isn't just me who haven't fullfilled my obligations, in this case, it's also the Landlord.

    The Landlord also lies, and say the bins are accessable 24 hours, while they are only accessable when the neighbour restaurant is open, since the bin store is at their premesiss.
    I think I'm being unfairly threated here.

    It's like the Landlord get's to have their cake, and eat it to.
    (They get away with not doing repairs etc., and still threaten to throw me out).
    What are my rights in this?

    Can they just throw me out, when we have a dispute like this.
    (I also have a case against them, I mean, due to disrepair).

    altså, hvem er ansvarlig for å finne ut om jeg har gluten-allergi, for eksempel?
    Og det at han fastlegen ikke ville behandle kneskaden min, det var vel behandlingsnekt mer enn behandlingsfeil.

    Jeg synes det er mye å sette meg inn i, vedrørende dette.
    Jeg ville at disse legene som tullet med meg skulle få sparken, for å si det sånn.
    Jeg må nesten se mer på det med de skjemaene senere.

    Det er jo mange saker jeg har og så.

    Ut fra de opplysningene vi har mottatt fra deg, er det ikke mulig å si noe konkret i forhold til om du har krav på erstatning eller ikke. Før vi kan ta stilling til dette spørsmålet, må saken utredes nærmere.

    På generelt grunnlag kan vi imidlertid si at for å ha rett til erstatning, må den anførte skaden bl.a ha medført økonomisk tap av størrelsesorden minst kr 5000,- eller medført varig medisinsk invaliditet minst tilsvarende 15%.     jeg tror det her er Johaniterordenen, som tuller med meg, (jeg har de i slekta).
    Politiet i Norge, nekter å motta anmeldelser pr. e-post og politiet i England, (hvor jeg har flyktet til), kaller meg 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'.

    Som stadfestet i journalen er det satt en diagnose på paranoid psykose. Med paranoid psykose har du sannsynligvis en uriktig oppfatning av virkeligheten, på tross av bevis på det motsatte. Du innser ikke selv at det er noe galt og av dette ønsker du å fjerne journalen, for å fjerne enhver tvil at noe er galt.

    Som nevnt tidligere anbefaler vi sterkt at du tar kontakt med et psykiatrisk senter for en ny kartlegging av din tilstand.
