    Subject: Employment-case agains Arvato etc.
    To: paulanolan@heatkensington.org.uk

    Hi,

I searched on the LSC website, for legal advisors, who accepted founding through the Legal Aid-programme, and found you.

    gu
When I worked at Arvato, I was bullied by managers, and was almost made to work myself to death, before I was constructivly dismissed.

I've tried to bring this up with the Merseyside Police, the Liverpool Central CAB, the Law Society ect., since this happened, in December
2006, but I haven't got anyone to help, even if I've brought this up, with a lot of Law-companies, but the also seem to bully and harass me.

I've even published the documents to do with the case, online, in this link:

I find it difficult now, to find a new job, even if I have education at university-level and have been working as a food-shop manager, in Norway,
so I wonder if Arvato and/or some other of my old employers, are 'messing with me' still, when employers call for references.

    Something like this.
So I was wondering if you have the chance to look at this, or I guess you only help people who live in Kensington, since you have this name?
Perhaps you know some other organisations, that can give help?

Thanks in advance for the help!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,

    Mvh.
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.

    1. Erik Ribsskog sier:

      29.08.2009 at 04:22

      http://www.aftenposten.no/reise/article3232977.ece

    Hi,

this I look at as harassment.
I think you should have a word with this teacher, who sends me e-mails even if I've told him, that it's with the Pricipal.

And he must have some kind of hidden agenda, or emotions, against me, I think, maybe he don't like Norwegians?
I think this must be racist against Norwegians!
I hope you can sort this out!

    Erik,

There is no secret agenda. If you want to do the course I will try and put something in place. I've changed my arguments because you appear strongly to want to do it now. So I offered to try and do that. Sorry if this was unclear.

I trust you will receive a satisfactory answer from the Principle.

    Hi,

    this is just dum!

Now you're changing your arguments, (from feed-back from last year, as the

excuse, to to few applicants), this indicates that you have a secret agenda

    in this.

I've sent this to the principal, so I won't be answering you any more about

this, until I hear from the Principal.

    Hi,

    this is just dum!

Now you're changing your arguments, (from feed-back from last year, as the excuse, to to few applicants), this indicates that you have a secret agenda in this.

I've sent this to the principal, so I won't be answering you any more about this, until I hear from the Principal.
    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Erik,

Dumb would be telling you I can't do anything about it.

I'm telling you I can run the course now, but I need other applicants who want the same. The problem is that not many people have planned ahead. We have 12 applicants which isn't enough now, so I will need to do more work on getting people on the course anyway. Hence I am happy to do it for the course now if you so strongly wish for that.

If you're not clear on whether I am suited to my job then please come to my class and see that you learn things.

If you want the course now then I will try for this. But I can only try, I don't force people to come to my course.

    Hi,

    this is just dum!

This a skill that companies demand now, and in May or October next year, it

    will be in less demand.

This is a course that you have been advertising, on your website, for

months, and people have adapted to that, and haven't planned for, that you

would start changing the courses, in late August, two or three months after

    the course has been offered.

If you don't understand how dum this is, then I don't think you are the

    right person in your job.

Ok, I'm just dissapointed that you can operate like this, when people have

planned to take this course for months.

How can you say that trying to arrange the course is the best you can do,

when you have had the course on the website for months.

That's something that the College should plan ahead for, and not change,

after having offering the course, on your website for months.

That's very amatourism, nothing more, nothing less.

I think the only thing you can do is to arrange the course, like a normal

course, since you advertised it for months.

You also get founds from the EU, I saw, who Norway pays billions to each

year, so it's not like I'm exploiting you, since I'm from Norway, or

    anything.

I just want to find a job, and then I need this course!

    Sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    this is just dum!
This a skill that companies demand now, and in May or October next year, it will be in less demand.
This is a course that you have been advertising, on your website, for months, and people have adapted to that, and haven't planned for, that you would start changing the courses, in late August, two or three months after the course has been offered.

If you don't understand how dum this is, then I don't think you are the right person in your job.
Ok, I'm just dissapointed that you can operate like this, when people have planned to take this course for months.

How can you say that trying to arrange the course is the best you can do, when you have had the course on the website for months.
That's something that the College should plan ahead for, and not change, after having offering the course, on your website for months.

That's very amatourism, nothing more, nothing less.
I think the only thing you can do is to arrange the course, like a normal course, since you advertised it for months.

You also get founds from the EU, I saw, who Norway pays billions to each year, so it's not like I'm exploiting you, since I'm from Norway, or anything.
I just want to find a job, and then I need this course!

    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Erik,

In defence of the changes, a number of applicants have opted to take up the additional study so that when they complete the final course, they go there prepared in the best way.

The changes are not done on a whim, we took feedback from previous students and considered it before making the restructures.

We also are bound by the wishes of our applicants. I appreciate that you have planned to do this but there was never any guarantee that it would go ahead, they all run subject to numbers and if there were not enough people for the course, it would not go ahead anyway.

This is not my decision, nor an amateur way to run a course. We can only do what the applicants want us to do. I would like to be able to plan, but without students wanting the same thing, there is no course ever. Or there is one but it is very expensive.

If you want to do the course in October then I will make efforts to run one, even if the numbers are small. This is the best I can do.

    Hi,

how can a Community College operate like this?
I read about this course on your website, in June, I think, and also again today.
And says clearly that it's an interduction-course, in these subjects.

    This is ridiculus!
How can you change the courses all of a suddent, when it's been on your website for months?
This must be the dummest thing I ever heard, and from a British college, who are supposed to be among the best in the world, one think in Norway.

This must be a joke surely.
    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Erik,

There is no mob! The course has been revised for this academic year. Last year when we ran the course, a number of people struggled with the database and programming aspects of the course, so we have moved the course which you have applied for later and put the other courses in front of it.

The Dreamweaver course is also there for those people who wish to improve their design skills.

You can choose any of the courses on offer. It may help to combine them but if you don't need them or the budget doesn't extend to them then just taking a single one would also be possible.

The changes are still in progress. I will email you the completed structure when it is completed.

If you need to check anything further, let me know.

    Thanks

    Ian

Subject: Course in Web Database Integration (PHP/MySQL)

    Hi,

I've applied to this course on Liverpool Community College, some weeks ago,

since I want to update my knowledge, from four years at university-colleges,

    in Norway.

I got a strange phone-call today, telling me that I should rather take the

Dreamweaver-course, since this course, was in the way, that it was SQL in

october, PHP in january and Database Integration, in May.

But this isn't what it says, on your website, there it says that this course

is an introduction to all these things, SQL, PHP and Database Integration.

So I guess this call must have been from some 'mob', since I'm from Norway.

Could you please confirm that the course is an all-in-one course, and not

like the way I was told in the 'funny' phone-call today.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
