Hi, thank you for the e-mail! I thought I’d pay the next token-payment-giro by 28/10 then. Is that ok, you think? Or are you sending a letter about the next payment-date with the giros? Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I read about this vacancy on the Direct Gov-website, and I wanted to
please apply for this job. I have designed a lot of websites, (see CV for online portifolio),
since the late nineties, using HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and SVG. I also have knowledge about Photoshop, after registering an online
account, for that programme, last year. I’ve studied Information Management and IT, for a total of four years,
(on two different academies), in Norway, (from 1989 to 2004), and I
have a Norwegian foundation-degree, (named ‘Høgskolekandidat’), in IT,
which I received, from Oslo University College, in 2009. I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

Mvh.

    Tak for din hurtige besvarelse,
Min
Lauritz Gjedde Nyholm, osv.
virkelig person, for eksempel? Mvh. Erik Ribsskog

Hi, unfortunately the Jobcentre haven’t sent me my last three jobseekers
allowance-payments, and I have no money on my bank account. I’m therefore a bit delayed with my token payment to you, this month. I’m going to go to the post office, as usual, and pay the giro, when I
finally recieve the mentioned payments from the Jobcentre. Hope this is alright and sorry about the delay! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog ———- Forwarded message ———-

Hi, thank you for your e-mail! I hope I’ll be able to make the payments as usual in the future. (I see in my calender-book here that the next payment is to be paid by
Wednesday next week. And I shouldn’t have any problems paying that payment in time). It’s just that I’ve had some problems with the Jobcentre and the
Jobseekers Allowance, in the last months. But it seems like this is getting sorted now. If there are any more similar problems in the future, I’m going to try
to update you as soon as possible. Hope this is alright, and sorry again about the problems with this! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I moved to the UK, in 2004, to study at University of Sunderland. And have lived in the UK after that, except from some months, in 2005,
when I worked at the farm, belonging to Grete Ingebrigtsen, (Andrea’s
mother), who was in a relationship, with my uncle Martin Ribsskog. I now wonder why Andrea seemingly have followed me to the UK. I’ve tried to write to her on Facebook, but she doesn’t reply. Is she struggeling with drug-problems? I remember from working on her mothers farm, that their neighbour,
(and also tenant, I think), Thor Borgersen, was growing marijuana, and
my uncle dragged me to Thor Borgersen all the time, to smoke drugs,
instead of doing forest-work, like we were meant to. So I wonder if Andrea has problems with using to much drugs, and if
this is the reason she doesn’t reply. I met some art-students, from Norway, at a Norwegian-party at a pub in
Sunderland, in 2004, and I didn’t understand them. So they are a bit Russian perhaps? Andrea was christianed the spring I worked for her mother in Kvelde. And I paid for the beer, at the dinner-party, that was arranged, to
celebrate her christening/bar mitzvah. (Since I had quite a lot of money left from my study-finance-loan in
Sunderland, since that loan was delayed. And her parents were poor, I think one have to say). I was at summer-school in Weymouth, in the summer of 1986, with some
school-mates, from the high school, in the neighbour-place, in Norway. We were on a day-trip to Bournemouth. I had been on summer-school in Brighton, the year before. So I was a bit tired of the high streets, so I went on a walk towards
Highcliffe?, instead of going shopping. It was a fine view, I remember. But it’s a bit strange, to me, that Andrea now is in Bournemouth, when
I was there in 1986, and have lived in the UK, since 2004. And she hasn’t contacted me at all, after started studying, in the UK. And she doesn’t reply to my correspondence. So I was just wondering if everything was ok with her down there, in
Bournemouth. I’ve seen Facebook-pictures of her, since Facebook got popular. And she now has a lot of tatoos and green hair, it seems. She didn’t use to have this, back in 2005, when I worked on her
mothers farm, (without being paid. I was running from Oslo, where I
had overheard I was followed by the ‘mafian’, in 2003, In Oslo I was
working as a Store Manager, and I studied IT). So I wonder if she’s alright, since she now has all the tatoos etc,
(it seems), and don’t reply to my correspondence. Thanks in advance for any reply! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I read about this vacancy on the Direct Gov-website, and I wanted to
please apply for this job. I’ve worked as a Store Manager for four years, (I was a
Cashier/Stocker from 1992 to 1994, then a Key Holder in the summer of
1994, then an Aspiring Manager the rest of 1994, then an Assistant
Manager, (in two different stores), from 1995 til 1998, then a Store
Manager, (in three different stores), from 1998 to 2002, then Key
Holder, (in two different stores while I studied full-time), from 2002
to 2004), in the Norwegian grocery-chain Rimi, (now owned by ICA). I was responsible for motivating, training and developing up to 25
employees, at a time, when I worked as a Store Manager, in Rimi, and
one of the shops I worked as a Store Manager in, (Rimi Kalbakken, in
    Oslo), from 2000 to 2001, had a weekly turn-over, at around 850.000
NOK, (which is around £90.000). I’ve also worked as a full-time Cashier, (later part-time Cashier and
Delicatessen-employee, while studying), in the big hypermarked
Matland, (which was bought by Coop while I worked there, and changed
its name to OBS! Triaden), in Lørenskog in Norway. I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,
uten å få gehør, i Steinrøysa.
    slektsforskning).
Løvenbalk het min slekt, i Danmark, i gamle dager.
    danske venninne.
I et middagsselskap i Tønsberg, hos min mor.

    Hi,
ok, do you understand that I’m still unemployed, and can only afford to continue to pay the monthly token-payments, untill I find a new job? (Like I’ve been adviced by CCCS, when I set up my budget).
I e-mail you about this since you sent me a letter, earlier this month, asking me if I could increase the monthly payments. But I pay £1 a  month, as a token-payment, to most of my creditors.

(Except to the Council, but that’s a priority debt, like they call it).

Hope this is alright! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

my date of birth is 25/7/70.

Which part of the Data Protection Act are you refering to?

It this something new you’ve started with?

You normally just ask for the reference-number, (which I’ve provided), I think. Regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi

I’m refering to your letter from 7/9, (with Wescot reference 472365139), which I received today and which I attach a scanned copy of.

I’ve earlier informed you that I’m unemployed and only can afford to pay you token-payments until I find new employment.

I have unfortunately not found new employment, (even if I apply for new jobs every day), but I hope to find a new job soon. In the mean-time I can unfortunately only repeat my offer of one pound monthly token-payments.

(Like I have agreed with you earlier).

This is also what I pay my other creditors, by the way. But I’m going to pay you more, and contact you about this, as soon as possible, when I get a new job. Hope this is alright! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I have explained that in the e-mail where you have highlighted a sentence in red.

That your partner Capital One told me last year my signature wasn’t mine.

And that you this year have lied about me not replying to your correspondence.

And that you have made me waste my time since your partner Capital One and yourselves haven’t been able to accept my token-payment-offer like other companies like Swalec, DML and United Utilities have accepted, almost a year ago.

    This is sabotage, I think.

I suspect you and Capital One have a secret agenda here.

And you really should contact your English-teacher about this.

Because I get anoyed when I have to explain the same again and again.

And it’s a saying you have here in the UK, which says it’s no excuse for ignorance.

So eighter you’re ignorant or slow.

So I think you should perhaps find another job.

Like putting spread on sandwiches, or something like that.

    Just an advice.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    ok, I don’t think I have gotten their sort-code and account-number.

    Do you know this?

I also sent you an update, on Saturday, after the e-mail you replied to now.

I’ll paste that in this e-mail now.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

Here’s the update e-mail from Saturday:
    Hi,

I got a new income and expenditure-form in the post from you today.

From 11/10, with the reference D3/49597867.

I contacted your partned Capital One last automn, regarding my new budget.

    I offered you a token-payment-agreement on £1 a month, untill I got a full-time-job.

Capital One told me my signature wasn’t mine, so this process have stalled, since last year.

Now you get back to me.

I’m still unemployed but I’m trying to set a business up, on my spare-time.

And the Jobcentre is ‘messing’ with my jobseekers allowance.

So at the moment, I have to say I don’t have any income.

I could get back to you when I get the jobseekers allowance back.

And then I would offer you the same as last time, £1 a month in token-payments.

I’ve since last year gotten a flat witch was unfurnitured.

So any money I have left after token-payments each month I now buy furniture and other things for the flat with.

And I was going to set up a new budget, when I got a full-time job.

And I’m going to do that.

But I don’t think it’s right that I have to set up a new budget now, because your partner said my signature wasn’t mine, and didn’t accept my new budget, last year.

This has taken so much of my time now, so you should really just delete the debt, I think.

    I’m on Ladders, so I have a high income-potential.

All the hours I’ve spent on you and Captial One should add up to arround the debt I owe you, I think.

So I’m looking forward to hearing from you that my debt with you has been deleted! Hope this is alright! Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Good morning Erik,

Thank you for contacting us about Wescot.

To make token payments to Wescot you do not need to fill in a giro slip. All you need is their sort code and account number and also
the Wescot reference number starting with DM or D3. You then need to go into your bank and ask them to send £1 payment to Wescot by bank transfer. They may reject the offer of payment but they won’t reject the £1 payment you send and this will reduce the debt
    in time.

If you need any advice then please do not hesitate to call us.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I’m not paying token-payments at the moment.

Wescot have sent me a budget-form again now.

But as your collegue there have previously told me I don’t have to fill out this form to get token-payments. It should be enought that I’ve explained about my situation.

    I’ve offered Wescot a token-payment-arrangement like a ‘million’ times.

But they haven’t sent me giros or anything.

And this is taking a lot of my time now.

Because I’ve been offering Wescot, (and Capital One), a token-payment-arrangement since last year now.

And all I get are standard letters which tells lies like that I haven’t replied to their letters.

When I’ve sent about a million e-mails to them, which I haven’t gotten replies to.

So I now copy this e-mail to Wescot.

And I hope they’ll send me some giros for the token-payment arrangement of £1 a month now.

Or tell me what information they need from me to set up a direct-debit-agreement.

So I hope this will be sorted now.

Thanks again for the e-mail! Best regards,

    Hi,

on Saturday I got a letter from Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitiors, witch I attach a scanned copy of.

I’m don’t have the chance to pay 50% of the dept, av the moment, unfortunately.

I’m repeating my offer of a token-payment-arrangement again.

(Which I’ve done many times earlier).

I hope you can ‘stop messing around’ now, (like I think I have to call it), and just accept my token-payment-offer, like the other companies have done.

I don’t understand why you do so much ‘mumbo-jumbo’ surrounding this.

This should be a straight forward tokey-payment agreement.

I hope the CCCS can tell you to stop with your funny letters and just accept my token-payment-agreement, which I have offered you, a million times, (to exaggerate, but anyway).

Captial One even have a football-cup named after you, but you don’t seem to be a serious company.

It’s like being on the candid camera to try get a token-payment-agreement agreed with you.

    Erik

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

Yes, I send a copy of this e-mail to Wescot as a reminder of my token-payment-offer, of one pound a month untill I find new employement.

I thought it was like you write here, with the budget-form etc., from when I went to business-school, in the eighties.

Even if that was in Norway, I think business-law is mostly the same in the western world.

Mostly based on old British business-law, if I’m not mistaking.

Thank you very much for the help with this!

The information I sent to Capital One was a new token payment-offer after I had to move to Sunderland for some months last year.

    If I remember it right.

I now found a letter on my blog, from Capital One, from 2009, when they also complained about my signature, (so this has happened in both 2009 and 2011), which I attach.

    Thanks again for the advice!

    Best regards,

    Hi Erick

Thank you for your email about your Wescot and Capital One accounts.

If you have concerns over the wording of the letter from Wescot, I would advise you to raise a complaint directly with them.

The complaint procedure can take up to 8 weeks and if you are unhappy with any response they give you, you can raise this further with the financial
    ombudsman service.

You don’t need to fill out the budget form that Wescot have sent you. You have advised them that you have already completed a budget with us. Both forms
cover the same areas. If you need a copy of the budget that you completed with us, please let me know as I can send this out to you. The budget can also be sent to Capital One.

I wouldn’t advise you to stop making payments towards the Wescot account. It is in your best interest and benefit that you carry on making a token payment.
It will show that you are willing to pay the account off.

If you don’t make a payment, the creditor can take further action.

I understand you would like to keep the contact in writing but it is also best that you call them to discuss your concerns. This will eliminate any responses
about them not receiving your letters.

You can ask for a Data Access Request from them which will provide you with all the notes made on your account. There may be a charge for this request.

Can you advise me what information you sent to Capital One for them to reject your signature? If your signature hasn’t changed, I would advise you to
contact Capital One and ask for a further explanation, i.e. are they comparing your signature to the signature on the original credit agreement?

Again, you can ask for a Data Access Request to see what has been noted on your account and there may be a charge for this request.

I hope this has been helpful.

I’ve gone to business-school and letters shouldn’t contain lies even if they are standard letters.

Here it’s obvious that the standard letter is used wrongly.

I’m not making a token-payment here, you haven’t read up.

Please escalate to your line manager.

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

And I don’t think it’s a good idea to call these companies.

It’s better to keep the correspondence in writing, so to keep documentation about what has been agreed.

    PS 2.

You haven’t commented on that Capital One told me my signature wasn’t mine.

I want to please escalate this to your line-manager.

    Hi Erik

Thank you for contacting us about your account with Wescot. Creditors will often send standard collection letters out to you. Standard letters will include certain phrases that may not fit entirely, such as “we have not received a reply”. Unfortunately even though you are making a token payment we cannot stop creditors from contacting you. You should continue to keep your creditors up to date with your financial situation and offer them the most fair and reasonable offer you can. It may be best to call your creditors and speak to someone directly. That way all issues can be discussed there and then. Hei,

Hi, I was in a meeting with Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree Jobcentre today. In the meeting we discussed that I’m trying to get on a course. This was initiated by you, in our meeting, earlier this year, at
Aintree Jobcentre. You asked me, (in this NCS-meeting), if I thought about going to a
course, as part of my career-plan. You adviced me to try Hugh Baird College. I searched on their web-site and found a CAD-course. I applied for the course, and has gone to the college three times, and
gotten enrolled there, etc. Last week, the college told me my course was canceled. I informed Personal Advisor Sarah about this today, at Aintree Jobcentre. And that I was a bit fed up of Hugh Baird College and Liverpool
Community College, since this has happened three times now, (that
courses I’ve registered on has been canceled, since 2009). (Three of out three times). I explained to Personal Advisor Sarah that I have better experience
with Learn Direct, and I had printed out some information about a
PHP/MySQL-course, with Learn Direct, that I was wondering if I should
take. (To update my IT-skills a bit. Since my degree consists of modules I’ve taken in Norway from 1989 to 2004). But Personal Advisor Sarah didn’t suggest that the Jobcentre could
found that course. (Even if she suggested that the Jobcentre could found the
college-course that was canceled). But I remember that you mentioned possible founding in our meeting, a
couple of months ago. Do NCS have any founding available for a course like this? (http://www.learndirect.com/php-and-mysql). Personal Advisor Sarah mentioned that the jobcentre have an
employability-course with Mercia, which the Learn Direct-course could
be a part of, after an initial two weeks with employability-training
with them. But I was thinking about taking more Learn Direct IT-courses as well. So it would perhaps be best to found them outside of that Mercia
programme, I’m wondering. I could perhaps hear with Learn Direct if I can pay like ten pounds a
week, or something, to found the course. I thought the Jobcentre had founding available, (since they had
founding available to pay for the CAD-course it seemed). But I can also see if I can find a less expensive Learn Direct-course
and pay for it myself. In case I don’t really need the Mercia-course. What do you think? I promised Personal Advisor Sarah I would send her a copy, of this e-mail. I don’t have her e-mail address, so I just sent a copy, to the
‘contact_us’-department, at the Jobcentre. Thanks in advance for a reply about this! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog
