    Ok,
I’ve sent you a lot of complaints earlier, you see.
And I started sending them to this e-mail address, a couple of years ago, I think.

So now I send all the Tesco-complaints to this e-mail-address.

Tesco Walton and Tesco Superstore Liverpool One also have a problem I wanted to complain about, by the way.
    And that’s the baskets.
Tesco Walton now have three different types of baskets.

One type which is made of dark blue plastic.

One type which is made of a bit less dark blue plastic.

And a type which is made of metal.

And these three basket-types doesn’t stock with the other basket-types.

So it’s a bit chaotic in the check-out-area, with the baskets.

Since they don’t stock. If I put a dark blue basket on top of a less dark blue.

Then the dark blue basket doesn’t fit, in the less dark blue.

Even if they are about the same size, in litres, (it looks like to me).

Also the metal ones are about the same size in litres, (like it looks to me).

    I think it’s odd that a big organisation like Tesco isn’t stream-lined.

I have to focus on the baskets when I shop at Tesco Walton.

It’s like you have to be an expert on Tesco-baskets to shop there, I’d say.

It’s like you want to bully the custommers from Sainsbury and Asda who want to try Tesco for a change.

Then you aren’t going to get many new customers, perhaps.
If this isn’t something you do to make people use the trolleys then.

Because I’ve worked in a grocery-chain named Rimi, in Norway.

And they were a bit sceptical with having baskets, in the shops.

They only wanted trolleys, (for the customers).

Since customers with trolleys usually buy more, than if they use a basket, to put their groceries in.

    But three types of baskets.
    Which doesn’t stock.

I think this is how a shop in the third world would have done it.
Why aren’t you more stream-lined, (and ‘Western’), I’m wondering.

And it’s almost the same at Tesco Liverpool One. Except that I haven’t seen the metal-baskets there.

But they have two types of blue baskets, (with the same volume), that doesn’t mix, when one stock them.

And that’s odd for a new shop like that.

Liverpool One has only been around for two or three years.
And this is also a Super-store.

So then it looks like to me that Tesco has problems when they want to have a ‘chaos-system’, like this, with the shopping-baskets.

(I’ve studied Information Management and have gone to commerce-school and have worked as a retail-manager.

We learned at commerce-school that ‘the custommer is always right’.

But I don’t think Tesco agrees with this, when I see many different types of baskets, that doesn’t stock, in your shops.
Then I wonder if the whole Tesco-chain has lost a bit control, to be honest.

    Hi,
I’m refering to your letter from 23/7 which I recieved today, (and attach a scanned copy of).

In the forwarded e-mail from 11/9/12, I have explained that I have two businesses, (web shop and book-publishing), so I have been a but surprised that you in your letter from July only mention my web-shop, (and not my book-publishing).

I attach the book-keeping for my book-publishing, which started in March 2012.

It also runs at a loss at the moment, (like the web-shop).

But I plan to work more with the books this autumn.

It is now some problems with that some books doesn’t have page-numbers on Amazon/CreateSpace. So I’m going to fix that this autumn, I’ve planned.

And then I hope this business will run with a profit, in not to long.

I think it has potental, at least, and it helps the web-shop, since I put some of the internet-costs on the book-publishing-business.
I send a copy e-mail to my local MP, since they have told me that the Jobcentre likes to get e-mails and to respond to them.
(Because Rude at your general enquiry phone-number once told me you at Birkenhead Benefit Centre doesn’t respond to e-mails.

But my MP says the opposite.
So I try to send this by e-mail.

And send copy e-mails to my local MP and the PHSO, since I’ve been in contact with them regarding the problem, that you at Birkenhead BC doesn’t respond to e-mails).
I don’t remember exactly when in March, that I started doing book-publishing-business.

But I think we can say 1/3/12, as a date.
    If that’s alright with you.

Do you want me to hand in two separate ‘Declaration of Work and Pay’-forms, each sign-on-meeting, at the Jobcentre?
Or should I only use one form, and put both businesses work-hours, on the same form? I started sending e-mails to the Jobcentre contact-us e-mail address, about my book-publishing-business, last summer.

This e-mail ended up at the jobcentre’s department in Sheffield, if I remember it right.
So I have tried to keep the jobcentre updated at all times about both my small businesses.

But you have changed case-worker, I think, at Birkenhead Benefit Centre.

Because some of the book-keeping you have asked for this year.

I sent to Birkenhead Benefit Centre last year, to the manager, I think it was.
So I hope you don’t do anything ‘funny’ with my allowance now, due to that you have forgotten about my book-publishing-business.
I’ve had a lot of problems with the Council and my landlord, from before, when you have twice stopped my jobseekers allowance for months, in the last year.

Due to something you haven’t understood about my two small businesses.

And I almost starved to death, this spring, when you stopped my allowance, for the whole month of May, (I think it was).

And I had to go to the food-bank, for food.

And that wasn’t easy because I had to have a voucher to hand them. And the Jobcentre in Aintree sent me to the One Stop Shop, to get the voucher.

When it was really the jobcentre who should have printed out the voucher, so I had to wait for days to get the voucher for the food-bank, after I started asking for the voucher, at the Jobcentre.

All this because you at Birkenhead Benefit Centre doesn’t understand some details to do with my two small businesses.

And you don’t respond to e-mails.

And letters I send you tend to get lost in the post, it seems.
So I hope you stop terrorising me, and don’t to anything more ‘funny’ with my jobseekers allowance.

    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.

If I hadn’t started these to small businesses.

Then you wouldn’t have stopped my allowance all the time. And I wouldn’t have started getting grey hair and almost starved to death.

You punish me for showing initative, by trying to go further with some business-ideas, that hopefully one day I can make my living from.

Your letter which I recieved today is vague, I think.

Have you stopped my allowance or not? Is this vagueness some kind of punishment because you don’t like people who shows initative and try to start business? This is a scandal, I think.
PS 2. I’m also going to print out this e-mail, (and attachments).

And send them in you pre-franked envelope.

And I’m also going to ask Personal Advisor Sarah if she can fax you the e-mail and attachments.

(Like she had to do with my letter to you from 16/6.

Since you didn’t recieve this letter, when I sent it with Royal Mail).

    Hi,
I attached the earlier mentioned form and also the book-keeping for my two, small businesses.
You write in your letter from 5/9 that I should advice you as soon as possible if I have not yet recieved any pay from my businesses.

That’s right, these businesses run a bit in minus yet, so I have still not recieved any payment from any of these two businesses.
Also, I think I should add that my web-shop have been attacked a lot.

It has been hacked a lot and also hi-jacked from One, (by e-mailing them a hoax-e-mail).

And it has even been ridiculed on a TV-programme called Tweet 4 Tweet, about the internet, on the ‘Norwegian BBC’, that’s NRK 3.

So that’s why it has sold less lately, I guess, due to bad publicity, towards this litle business, on state television, in Norway.

I have no idea why I’m being attacked this much, but I’m more or less a refugee, from Norway, having heard there I’m followed by the ‘mafian’, in 2003, and I was the viction of a murder-atempt, in 2005, but Police don’t investigate, for some reason.

Also, the UK have almost doubled the postage for packs like I send to Norway, this spring.

So I’ve had to raise prices, which isn’t good for the turn-over.

And I depend on a high turn-over if this business is going to be succesfull.

But good marketing could still make it sucessful, I think.
    So I haven’t given up.

I also refer to the web-shop(s), (I have one for Norway, one for the UK etc., since I’ve made my own design, since osCommerce was hacked so much, so I’ve made my own, ‘hacker-proof’ design, witch is in HTML, which can’t be hacked, I think), in my cover-letters.

Since I’m an IT-graduate, I apply for Web Design jobs and other IT-jobs.

Then one almost really have to have a portifolio, because employers ask to see your work.

And that’s why I accept to lose like £10 a month on my web-shops, because they are also my web-design-portifolio.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Latetely I’ve also started self-publishing.

I’ve had a blog for five years, and have a lot of material on my blog.

And some of the material is well suited for being published as books, I think.

So I’ve started publishing some old blog-material as books.

But that’s something that I’ve quite recently started with.

The web-shop was my first business.

Please just ask me if there is anything I should explain more about on the form, etc.

Ingeus, (Mary Stevenson), in Sunderland, told me to do book-keeping for my web-shops.

Mark, at the Jobcentre, in Williamsson Sq., has told me the web-shop was a hobby.

And the Jobcentre have put me on the Work Programme, even if I’ve had this web-shop.

I have been in several meetings with the Jobcentre in Sunderland, and Ingeus in Sunderland and Liverpool regarding if I should have really been on a self-employment-programme ran by the Jobcentre.

Rather than being on the Work Programme.

Since Ralph at Elect, in Liverpool has told me the Work Programme has no founds for marketing.

Even if Sencia mentioned they could give me founds for marketing, when I was on the Sencia-programme.

But then my web-shop was so much attacked by hackers, so I didn’t want to advertice for an unstable business.

No, with my new design, (which I’ve contacted patent-offices about, since it’s a click-shop using Javascript, which is inituive, I think, and could be used in other web-shops as well, I think. And this invetion, is my own invention, which I made in 2011, I think it must have been, when I made my own web-shop-solution, after all the attacks on the osCommerce web-shop).

So there’s also my invention, (the click-shop), in this.

I please don’t want to lose the rights for this invention, which could hopefully be sold to other people who want’s to start web-shops, possibly at least, I hope.

So I think there are possibilities here.

Now the web-shop is stable and ready to be broader marketed, I think.

I hope to find some Jobcentre-programme, or job-cafes, like the Jobcentre adviced me about, which have founds for this broad marketing.

But at the moment I have no money, so I don’t understand why you’ve stopped a payment I’ve signed for.

Because this is just part-time-jobs, which I spend 5-10 hours a week running.

Hope this is alright! Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter, from 5/9, which I received today.
The work I did, (on the mentioned forms), was only a few hours.

When I went to sign on, at the Jobcentre, four weeks ago, on Thursday.

I wasn’t allowed to sign on.

But I had to have a ‘funny un-scheduled meeting’, (I’d call it), first.

Which I didn’t get to prepare for, at home.

In this meeting I informed that on my two, small businesses, I worked _less_ than 16 hours a week.

(Since this was some kind of limit, I was told).
I also informed that my businesses ran in minus.

And that I didn’t earn any money on them yet.
You say a letter was generated on 28/8.
I got a letter on Friday, last week.
    That’s 7/9.

How can the letter use this long time? And how the sanction started on 17/8.
How can you send a letter about that, on 28/8?
That’s something to complain about I think.

Because in the meeting I was told I would sign as usual, untill I heard from you.

    But this hasn’t happened.

I signed on, on Thursday, two weeks ago, on Thursday.

But I didn’t get any money on Tuesday, last week.

So I had a protest, on Thursday last week.

And got the generated, (and very slow), letter, on Friday, last week.

How can you inform about a desition almost a month after the desition is made?
It should be the other way around, I think.

Inform about the desition in advance.

This is a business, that I’ve had for two years now.

And the Jobcentre have previously called it a ‘hobby’.
    Now I have no money.
I’m going to read the form, and try to understand how to get money.

Should I apply for Income Benefit, since I have no income yet, from these two, small businesses.

Maybe next year, or something, I can get some income from them.

Thanks in advance for a reply regarding this.

I’ll also try to get the form sent back later today.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,
today I got a new letter from you, (which I attach).

You tell me to post some forms for you, but no forms were enclosed.
I don’t have money for printer-ink or postage since I didn’t get the payment on Tuesday, (which I signed for last week).

Can I go to the Jobcentre in Edge Lane, (where I used to go when I lived in Fairfield, earlier this year), and fill out the forms?
You say I have to send the forms no later than five days after my sign-in-day.

But my sign-in-day was Thursday last week, and that’s already more than five days ago, today, and I got your letter today.
I also think it’s like the Jobcentre have tried to trigger a reaction from me, (like I write in my e-mail yesterday), since you just stop sending my Jobseekers Allowance from 17/8.

You should have told me this well in advance of 17/8 then.
But you tell me this on 7/8.

I would please like to you to have a look at that fact, in case you forget it in all the other information here.

Because if you inform about decitions almost a month later, then people are going to be misarable, and desperate, because they aren’t going to understand anything, and they are going to be hungry, and worry about how to pay their bills, to get money for food, etc.

And they are going to feel humiliated.

I don’t it should be necessary to explain this.

Because it’s well known that people need food, etc.

So I wanted to please complain about this again.
So if you could send me the missing payment as soon as possible please, and also the relevant forms, (which I didn’t get with your letter today), then I’ll buy stamps, and send the forms back as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for any help with this! Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,
I’m refering to your letter of 3/9 which I got in the post today.
First I want to complain that I’ve gotten a lot of grey hairs due to your lack of communication, the last couple of days.

I signed for a payment on Thursday last week, at the Jobcentre in Aintree.
So I should have gotten that payment on Tuesday, but I didn’t get it, so now I have no money.
My agreement with the Jobcentre in Aintree was that I would hear from Birkenhead and then we would take it from there.
But you have broken that agreement.

Because I was going to sign on as usual, in the mean-time.

But you messed with a payment in the meantime.

So that means you have broken an agreement and been doing fraud, (I think I have to say), and made me not get food, and made me get a lot of new grey hair, and you also made me have a protest due to the missing payment/fraud, yesterday.

You don’t seem to take people serious.

It’s really no change in my income.
I don’t get any income from my two small businesses, since they don’t earn money yet.

So this is really just dumb.
I’ve been told at the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq., a couple of years ago, that there is no limit on how long I can claim Jobseekers Allowance.

I asked about this since I was curious due to the Finance Crises.
But now you write about the tax-years 2006 and 2007.

I worked at Arvarto, (first for Randstand and then for Arvato), from 2005 to 2006.

And then as self-employed untill 2008.

So I have been working for many years in the UK.

So I have the right to Jobseekers Allowance like I’m from the EU, I’ve been told by EFTA.

What I am supposed to do now? Your missing payment have left me with no money, and I have no income from my two businesses.

You punish me for showing initiative, and try to start businesses, I think.

My food and electricity is soon running out.

What am I supposed to do? How can you make mistakes like this?
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,
I read about this vacancy on the DirectGov-website and I wanted to please apply for this job.
I’ve worked as a Store Manager for four years, in the Norwegian grocery-chain Rimi, between 1998 and 2002.

I worked in Rimi, for twelve years, (from 1992 to 2004), and ten of these years, (from 1994 to 2004), I worked in different management-roles.
I was responsible for motivating, training and developing up to 25 employees, at a time, when I worked as a Store Manager, in Rimi, and one of the shops I worked as a Store Manager in, (Rimi Kalbakken, in Oslo), from 2000 to 2001, had a weekly turn-over, at around 850.000 NOK, (which is around £90.000).

I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you!
    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,
    that’s fine.
But why don’t you tell me who these criminals are?
It’s like Twitter let the criminals hide, I think.
Because they don’t have to use their real name, when they ‘micro-blog’.
And you have a complicated system, for reporting abuse, at Twitter.
Facebook have a much more user-friendly system for reporting abuse.
I have to sit one day each month to report the hundreds of criminals who
    mess with me at Twitter.
(For some reason, which they don’t ‘micro-blog’ about in 160 symbols.
At least not in a clear way.
So this is some kind of degenerates who are vague-ist, I’d say.
And Twitter let these ‘scum-people’ hide).

Hi, it also seems to be some problems with your Store Locator earlier today, by the way. I didn’t get up any results when I typed the post-code.

(So I had to use your drop-down-menu and choose ‘Liverpool’ there.

    Hi,
I was in a meeting with Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree Jobcentre today.

Thursday last week she got Sara there to give me some paper-sheets which I thought were job-descriptions.
When I got home I saw they didn’t have any job id’s on them.

And that they really were called ‘Role profiles’.
Today I had a meeting with Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree Jobcentre.
I told her I had searched for ‘Pausa Coffee Shop’, (a name mentioned on one of the paper-sheets), but that I couldn’t find any vacancies in the north-west. Sarah said this was because this was an in-store coffee shop at ‘Dunhelm Mill’, in Speke.
She said you also had a department store in Aintree.
When I search at your store locator I can only find that you have a shop at Switch Island.

Is Personal Advisor Sarah pulling my leg?
Because I’ve also searched your web-site, and it says you have no vacancies in Liverpool, at the moment. And all the three role-profiles I were given on the sign-on-meeting last week were for your shop, Sarah said today.

And she also gave me a jobdescription for a job that has the final application-date tomorrow.

(A vacancy which one had to fill out a big application-form for).

    And it’s my birthday today.
And she also gave me an application form for TK Maxx, (but no job-description).

Could you please explain to me is there a Dunelm Mill with a lot of vacancies in Speke?
Is there also a Dunhelm Mill, like Personal Advisor Sarah calls you? Best regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. Her er mer om dette: dunelm mill 1 dunelm mill 2 dunelm milll 3 møte idag PS 2. Her er mer om dette: dunelm mill no vacancies

    Hi,
I got the jobdescription for this job, from Personal Advisor Sarah, at Aintree Jobcentre, today.

And I’ve now printed out and filled out the application-form, (after I got home from the mentioned jobcentre-meeting).

So I attach the filled out application form-sheets, with this e-mail.

I hope this is alright! Please just contact me if you need some more information from me regarding my application.
