    Hi,

this report contains a death-theat, (the person wonders if I want to be boiled in a cooking pot).
Still you at Twitter don’t think it’s offensive.

I’ve also not a beginner, on the internet, (I’ve been online since 1996), and I’ve also worked as a Company Researcher, on the net, so I can tell that these accounts I’m reporting to you aren’t ‘normal’ accounts, but accounts set up with the thought of attacking me, as the main goal.

How can you ignore this at Twitter?

    Get real.

GigiMessina, Dec 05 03:55 pm (PST): Hello,
We understand that everyone has different levels of sensitivity towards content, and that you may feel uncomfortable with the posted content. However, Twitter provides a communication platform, and users may use our service to discuss controversial subject matter.
Here are some quick tips to help you with your situation:
    * Do not respond to the user. We have found overwhelmingly that responding to a user who is intentionally attempting to aggravate you encourages that user to continue their behavior.
    * Block the user. You can block the user using the blocking feature described here: https://support.twitter.com/entries/117063
    * Learn more about how to deal with abusive users: https://support.twitter.com/articles/15794
If you believe the content or behavior you are reporting is prohibited in your local jurisdiction, please contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the content or behavior for possible violations of local law. If Twitter is contacted directly by law enforcement, we can work with them and provide assistance for their investigation as well as guidance around possible approaches. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949.
If you’re concerned for your physical safety, please contact your local authorities for further assistance. Please let us know if you believe the behavior has escalated or otherwise violates our rules.

    Hi,

this person is calling me a ‘person non gratia’, insane and a ‘white nigger’.

I think this is very inpolite.
And this is from an account which seems dedicated to attacking me, and which seems to be part of a big, organised attack.

You at Twitter seems to ignore that I’ve sent you around 50 reports on attacks like this.

You just treat these reports individually, and ignores that they are part of an organised attack.

Why else would I be the victim of so many similar attacks, on Twitter?

This Twitter has failed to investigate, I think.

Why don’t you investigate these attacks collected, I’m wondering.

    Hello,
We’ve received your report and will be taking a look at the issue you reported.
    What happens next?
The Twitter Trust & Safety team will review your report and take action if the user is violating the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules). We may follow up with you if we need additional information.
Keep in mind, Twitter is a platform that provides a global communication service which encompasses a variety of users with different voices, ideas, and perspectives. As a policy, Twitter does not mediate content or intervene in disputes between users.
Please keep in mind that filing multiple reports will not resolve your issue faster. Rest assured, we are working as quickly as possible, but our ability to respond may be delayed due to a high number of tickets. We thank you for your patience.
    What else can I do?
We recommend that you block users who you believe are being abusive towards you. Blocking the user prevents them from doing the following:
    adding your Twitter account to their lists;
    having their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search);
    following you; and

The Twitter Trust & Safety team will review your report and take action if the user is violating the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules). We may follow up with you if we need additional information.
Keep in mind, Twitter is a platform that provides a global communication service which encompasses a variety of users with different voices, ideas, and perspectives. As a policy, Twitter does not mediate content or intervene in disputes between users.

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter from 5/12, which I got in the post today, and which I attach scanned copies of.
I think your letter has to many issues brought up in it.

And the issues aren’t even indexed.

So I don’t think I should comment on all the details, in your letter.
From reading your letter quite fast, I didn’t like it that you brought my feelings into this.

    That’s inpolite, I think.
Also, I think the section were you write about the problems with the signature, was difficult to understand, since it was written in a way, to make it problematic, to understand, I think.

I think your English-teacher would have complained if you showed that paragraph, to him.
To try to bring this further.
I have already, about a week before the date your letter, started paying Wescot token-payments, of £1, (from your web-site), like I’ve previously written to your collegue, (Mr. Robinson?), that I would start doing.

So I now plan to continue paying you token-payments, of £1, by the 30th., each month.
Untill I find a new job, then I’m going to set up a new budget, and increase the payments.

    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter from 8/11, which I recieved today, (and attach a scanned copy of).

It wasn’t like you write in the letter.

I contacted Capital One and asked if I could pay them a token-payment of £1 a month.

This was about a year ago now.

Capital One said the signature in my letter wasn’t mine.

And after this I’ve had tens of letters and tens of e-mails, from you at Wescot and Capital One.

So that’s why I wanted the debt deleted.

Since this case wastes a lot of my time.

(And Wescot have also told me in a letter, that I don’t reply to your correspondence.

Which isn’t true, I’ve replied to all your e-mails and letters.

And I’ve gone to business-school, and I think letters shouldn’t contain lies.

Even if they are standard letters).

Perhaps you could contact Capital One again and ask them if they now accept my token-payment offer of £1 a month, from about a year ago?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog
