    das Team von Bouncer4You hat stets nur ein Ziel vor Augen: alle Kunden zufrieden zu stellen!

    Offenbar ist uns dies in Ihrem Falle nicht immer geglückt, denn Sie haben sich dazu entschlossen, Ihren Server bei uns zu kündigen.

    Wir würden nun gerne erfahren, woran es gelegen hat und was wir tun können, um Sie als Kunden zurück zu gewinnen. Vielleicht glauben Sie, woanders ein besseres oder günstigeres Angebot gefunden zu haben? Oder Sie vermissen einen bestimmten Service bei uns? Über ein kleines Feedback Ihrerseits würden wir uns sehr freuen.

    Nichts desto trotz bestätigen wir hiermit den Eingang Ihrer Kündigung vom 11.11.2011 bezüglich Ihres 1 ( ) unter der Kundennummer 15262.

    Sie haben Ihren Vertrag bei uns ursprünglich am 29.01.2010 über eine vertragliche Mindestlaufzeit von 12 Monaten – bei einer vier wöchigen Kündigungsfrist – abgeschlossen. Gemäß unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) – welche Sie vor Kauf gelesen und akzeptiert haben, verlängert sich Ihr Vertrag, sofern dieser nicht im Rahmen der Mindestvertragslaufzeit gekündigt wird, jeweils um eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten. Ihr rechnerisch frühster Kündigungstermin ist somit der 30.01.2012.

    Da Sie Ihre Kündigung fristgerecht bezüglich der aktuellen Vertragsperiode geschrieben bzw. eingereicht haben, wird Ihr Vertrag bei uns nunmehr zum Ende der aktuellen Vertragsperiode, zum 30.01.2012 gekündigt und Ihre Produkte bei uns gelöscht.

    Ihr Produkt ist derzeit bei uns noch bezahlt bis zum und Ihre Kündigung wird wie beschrieben wirksam zum 30.01.2012.

    Ihre Produkte werden wir zu diesem Datum löschen – bitte kümmern Sie sich um etwaige Sicherungskopien Ihrer persönlichen Daten rechtzeitig. Ihr Interfaceaccount und die Ihnen zugeordnete Kunden ID bleiben für etwaige neue Bestellungen erhalten. Ihre Zugangsdaten werden nicht gelöscht.

    Achtung: Sofern Ihr Produkt nicht bis zum endgültigen Tag Ihrer Kündigung bezahlt ist, werden wir die entsprechenden Monatsraten bis zu diesem Datum noch von Ihrem hinterlegten Konto einziehen bzw. Ihnen die entsprechenden Rechnungen zum Überweisen noch zu kommen lassen. Die Abrechnung erfolgt hierbei tagesgenau.
