    Hi,

could you please explain to me, (and to the UN), why you just shut the window in my face, when I went to the Home Office, here in Water St., Liverpool, a couple of years ago, to seek asylum in the UK.

(Since I'm being persecuted, in Norway, by some 'mafian', that neighter the Norwegian or UK police want's to help me with, they don't even want to tell who this mafia is, and I was tryed to be murdered, by some Spetznas-team, or something, on a farm belonging to my unlcles woman, in Norway, in 2005, when I ran to the UK, and contacted both Norwegian, Dutch and British police.

I really ran away the first time, in 2004, when I went to study at the University of Sunderland, but problems with the study loan bank led me to lose control of my studies, and I ended up back in Norway again some months, before returning to the UK again, at the end of July 2005, after I was attempted to be murdered, in an almost army-like operation, on the country-side outside Norway, it seemed to me).

Hope you can please explain about this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

in the mean-time, I've sent a lot of e-mails to different UN-offices about this.

And the Home Office, here in the UK, have denied me to apply for asylum.

(They just shut the window in my face).

I wanted to complain about this.

    Hi,

thank you very much for your e-mail.
I now called the Refugee Council, and they said I should have an asylum seeker claim, before they can give me advice.
I was wondering, why didn't you let me have this, you just shut the window in my face, when I was at the Home Office, here in Liverpool, a couple of years ago.

I hope you can answer my question.

    Hi,

this is not a complaint on how the IPCC do their job.
It's a complaint on that they've stopped answering my e-mails.
So I can't get on line with them.

This is not to do with the IPCC field, this as a complaint on how the IPCC is administrated.
This is with the EU now.
Also, you don't write anything about my UN/Home Defence-case. (You didn't want to let me apply, to be a refugee, in the UK).

You suggest that I should contact the Citizens Advice Bureau, but they just mess with me, try to get me killed, and say they mess with e-mails, since they are 'new'.
I guess something that came into use in the 90's is considered 'new' to them.

This is just b*llshit, I think it must be the UK Police or Home Office who mess with me through institutions like the Citizens Advice Bureau.
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.

Why do you write this after the office hours?

    Mobster-activity?

    Hi again,

    sorry I'm sending many e-mails.
But, I think the IPCC is what we call in Norway, a 'soup-council'.
Maybe you should let the police-complaints follow the order-lines?

Like it used to be in Norway, in the 70's, I think, if I remember my grandfather there, Øivind Olsen right, when the Norweigan IPCC was started, in the 70's or early 80's.
    If I remeber it right.

    Just as a suggestion.

    Hi,

you also suggest that I should use the IPCC Complaint Procedure, and writes a link to their contact us-section at their website.
But the IPCC stopped replying to my correspondence.

So I haven't been able to go through any such complaint-procedure.
But I've complained about the IPCC to the EU-commission, but the Danish EU-commission, just searched about my name and the Crown-princess of Norway, Mette-Marit, on Google, I saw on StatCounter, a tracking-cookie-program, that I have on my blog.

This is IPCC in Manchester who are messing with me.
In Manchester they have 'Kro'-restaurants, which are Danish-like, I think.
My Danish-born grandmother, Ingeborg Ribsskog born Heegaard, was after old Danish royals and Woden, etc.

There's also the Order of St. John, in my fathers new family, I saw by chance, in a Norwegian newspaper, (Aftenposten), archive.
So I think it could be the Danes or the Order of St. John, or something, who are messing with my IPCC-case, etc.

    Just to try to level.
    Best regards,

    Hi,

I've tried to apply to be a refugee, in the UK.

    Hei,

    Mandag: Rimi butikksjef-jobb.

    Tirsdag: HV-øvelse i Hurdal.
    Onsdag: Rimi butikksjef-jobb.
    Torsdag: HV-øvelse i Hurdal.

    Mvh.

    Erik Ribsskog, (tidligere i HV02018).

    PS.

    Hi,

my complaint is about that the Tax Office, told me on the phone, that the amount of tax-return, was the right amount.
Then they sent me a new letter, telling me that I had received to much tax-return, and they wanted around £100 back.

This is a lot of money for me, since I'm unemployed.

I've overheard I'm followed by the 'mafian', in Oslo, in 2003 and 2004, and was attempted to be murdered, in Kvelde, in Norway, in 2005, and fled here to Liverpool.

(The Police in Norway and the UK, don't want to tell me who this 'mafian' are, and they don't want to investigate the murder-attempt against me, by a 'bunch' of people, organised, in 2005).

So I'm really a refugee, but the Home Office don't want to be a refugee formally, so a complaint from me about this is with the UN, after I've tried to escalate it to the Prime Ministers Office, when Mr. Brown, was in office.

I've sent this to the Adjudicator, who I think failed to see the point, which I think is, that the Tax Office, are bound, by what they say on the phone.
This has been ignored in this case, I think.

So that's why I've tried to send this to the Ombudsman, who adviced me to send this on to you.

I've sent about this complaint in more detail, to the Parliament Ombudsman and the Tax Office

Copies of this correspondence can be sent on request.
    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog
