    Hi,

I'm sending an update to my complaint with you.

Like one can see, in the complaint I sent Lufthansa, there were some
    problems with the Immgration/holiday form.

    I wasn't given a form, by the Lufthansa-crew.

So I tried to find a form, in Norwegian or English, by the passport-control.

So I explained to the Detrot passport control staff, that I spoke Norwegian.

Then one of the staff, screamed to me, 'Sprechen sie deutch'.

But I have only picked up a bit of German, on holidays, so then I answered
'Nicht sehr gut', since I'm not used
with writing og reading in German, I'm only used with talking a bit German,
    but not much at all.

I've never learned German in school, for instance, I've only picked up a few
    words, on holiday in Switzerland,
and from my co-study abroad students, on University of Sunderland, in 2004.

So I was looking for an English form, since I've learned English at school,

or a Norwegian form, since these
are the only languages, that I've formally learned.

But I was given a French(!) form, by the airport staff.

I think they gave me the French form, in a way, to say that they thought I

was gay, since I didn't want to fill out a German form.

I overheard the staff, that asked me if I spoke German, talk about me, to
the other staff, that I spoke fluently German, but
    didn't want a German form.

So I think they started fucking with me, because of this incident with the
form, and sent me back to Europe, and that the American Police, have in some
way been involved in that I've been used as a target-guy, like I've

    overheard.

    That's what I think.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

on 25. February 2005, I went on a flight from Frankfurt to Detroit.

On the flight, a Lufthansa officer, asked me which country I was from, and I

    said Norway,
and then I wasn't given a US Imigration-form, like all the other passengers
    got.

So then I got a bit of problems, in the passport-control, in Detroit, since
    there weren't
any Norwegian or English forms there.

They asked me if I spoke German, but I only speak a bit German, that I've
    learned
on holidays etc., so then I was given a French form, by the Detroit
    passport-control
officers, when I explained them, that I didn't speak that much German.

And then, later, the Airport Police, refused me entry to the US, for some
    obscure
    reason.

And then they also told me, that I had to go back to Europe, but that
    Lufthansa, didn't
want to help, with getting back to Europe.

So I was wondering about, and wanted to complain, about these things:

    1. Why wasn't I given an imigration/holiday-form aboard the flight?

    2. Why were Lufthansa unwilling to offer me a ticket back to Europe, (like

the Detroit Airport Police explained to me)?

I hope you have the chance to explain about these incidents, since I think
    they were a bit strange.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I sent an online DHS TRIP complaint-form earlier today.

And I'm enclosing a copy of the form, and two scans, from my passport.

(Unfortunatly, I didn't have any ink on the printer now, so I just took a screen-shot, of the DHS TRIP form, and signed in Paint).

Hope this is alright, please contact me if there is more information that is needed.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.
