    PS.

    Hvem vet.

    Men men.

Jeg ble ihvertfall kvitt søpla nå.

    Med vennlig hilsen

    Hi,

it's you that are imature, and I don't say that things are for free in life.
I've told you that I'll pay _all_ the rent.
You haven't eighter fulfilled your obligations, in that you haven't fixed the boiler, that

I reported was broken, in 2007.
The flat wasn't fully furnitured, (like the contract said it should have been), so I have had to
    use bedroom-furniture, in the living-room.

Leather-sofas are of poor quality, so one can't have guests here.
Four 'repairs' have been done by work-men you've sent, none were successfull.
Your company is a scam-company, and I'm not afraid of meeting you in the County Court.

However, in the mean-time, I haven't got anywhere else to live, so I have to live here.
So, now I've started fixing the apartment, and I've bought a new washing-machine, last
month, and this month, I'm going to buy a new dish-washer for the apartment, and

    a TV-table, etc.
So I think you're company should be afraid of a Court-case, since you operate like a
    scam.
You run the famouns International Inn hostel, who has visitors from all around the world,

aren't you ashamed of operating like this?

I reckon that if I have

    Hi Lorna,
I checked a bit about my rights on the internet, after I got your letter yesteday about throwing me out.

    It says:

As a tenant, you have the right to adequate living facilities such as hot and cold water, heating, electricity, ventilation, toilet facilities and a drainage system. If the house you are in does not meet health and safety standards you may be able to take legal action.

So I have the right to have hot water, which I haven't had for almost two years now.

    It also says:

A landlord can ask the court to decide if eviction is necessary if: you've broken the terms of your contract (i.e. trashed the place); you're consistently late in paying the rent; you lied about yourself to get the place; you're unemployed (in cases where having a job was a condition of the contract).

So you can't just throw me out, as I understand it.

I know I have had problems paying the rent, but I've been un-employed and self-employed and underpaid working on behalf of Packaging Europe,

and I also wrongly lost my job at Arvato, working on behalf of Microsoft, like I explained to you, in 2006.

And it's not easy for me to get control of my life, when I haven't got hot-water in my flat.

I'm trying to get control, and I will pay the rent, but I don't think it's fair that I should pay the whole rent, when I haven't even got hot-water,

washing machine, stove, and it isn't fully furnitured eighter, I have to use the bed-tables for the TV in the living room etc, and the heather isn't

    working in the bath.

You have promised me many time to fix this problems, but nothing had happened.

I haven't got anywhere else to live, you see, so it's not to make problems, but I have to get a job, and find another place to live first, you can't

just expect me to live on the street.

So I hope you can fix the hot-water at least, which I have contacted you about many times.

Sorry again with the delays with the rent, but I'm going to get a study-loan, from Norway, in the automn, so then I can afford to pay the full

rent again, since that's quite a lot.

    Sorry about the delay again!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi Lorna,

thank you very much for your fine letter, that I recieved today!
I went to the Council at the One Stop Shop, with the letter, but they said that they needed
    a tenancy-agreement.

A new tenancy agreement, as I understand it, since the one from 2006 was to old, as I've
understood it, from when I went there in December.
So I was hoping that you could please send me a tenancy-agreement as well!

I haven't heard anything about the boiler and the washing-machine, and the stove is also
not working by the way, and the owen on the bath-room, hasn't been working at all, since

I moved in, but I didn't want to make any fuzz about it, so now I mention everything at the
    same time.
    🙂
    Sorry about all these problems!
    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
