    mailed-bygmail.com

hide details 2:24 PM (0 minutes ago)

    Hi,

the Northumbria Police have contacted the UN, on my behalf.

This is patronisation, which is harassment-crime.

I don’t want to be patronised.

I also have the Order of St. John, in my line, in Norway.

This has a bit the smell of a plot by them, to me.

The Police go behind me back, on my behalf.

That’s power abuse and patronisation and conspiration and secrecy I think.

I don’t want any Jane, John, Ian, Janine or Janet’s etc, on this case, since they are versions of the name John, from the bible.

The people who are named this are raised a special way that makes them to be moralist, I think, by their parents.

And also with the Order of St. John in my fathers new family, (something I had to find out about in the newspaper Aftenposten’s online archive), I don’t want that ignorant, (I think I have to call her), Jane, with you.

I think your Jane just messed with my case, since I live at a hostel, after the Northumbria Police threw me out of my university-accomodation, and got the council to place me in a hostel full of ‘very though and very friendly’ people, accouring to the House Manager.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

I get a lot of spoofing e-mails and haven’t heard anything from the Northumbria Police, regarding this.

    I think this is wrong.

The Northumbria Police goes above my head here.

They should tell me what to do, not do it for me.

    Erik,

I have been asked to contact you on behalf of the Northumbria Police (UK) in regards to a number of malicious E-Mails that you have received. As criminal activity carried out on the Internet is, by definition, an International matter it isn’t appropriate to contact your regional police force in regards to this matter. I have generated a case number for you, please make a note of this. I would request that you quote this reference number in all correspondence you make with us. Your reference number is:

    UN-FIL-CRLSUK-000314829

I have been tasked with investigating the alleged criminal activity, so please respond to me directly henceforth. In order to proceed with this case more expediently it would be useful for you to reply to this E-Mail, providing a summary of the nature of the alleged criminal activity, as soon as I receive this, I will be able to move forwards with your case.

subjectThe British Police are trying to murder me, it seems
    mailed-bygmail.com

hide details 2:25 PM (0 minutes ago)

    Hi,

someone have sent me an e-mail which I think means that the UK Police are trying to murder me.

    (I attach this e-mail).

I also have thought about this, yesterday.

Are the British Police trying to murder me?

I want the IPCC to investigate this, and not give dispention to the Police, like you do when the Merseyside Police called me ‘Miss’, in 2007, (and 18 more compaints. After you had first upheld my Appeal. So the IPCC seems a bit corrupt to me. You also mix up the cases, lately, after the Police threw me out twice in a week, in Liverpool and Sunderland, and got the Council in Sunderland to send me to a prison-like hostel with though gay managers where the landlady says their ‘very though and very friendly’).

    1.

Someone are attacking me by sending me hundreds of spoofing e-mails daily.

I’m a well-known blogger, and I use this e-mail account for my blogg as well.

And for every e-mail like that a maniac sits somewhere hating me, I think, so I think this is serious.

The IPCC started a case against this, at the time I was evicted the second time, (From University of Sunderland).

    (And you ignored the eviction-case.

So this could have been a ‘clever’ Black Adder-ish plot by someone at the IPCC, I think).

The PSD called me on a number I hadn’t given them, and wanted to meet me one of the next days.

This could have been to murder me, and the call couldn’t have been traced, because the hostel landline was used and not my mobile.

In Liverpool the PSD sent letters about meetings, but not here in Sunderland.

So that could have been a Nazi murder-plot against me I think.

The cops who threw me out of my university-room also seemed like part of a Nazi-plot, I think.

The cop who called me at the hostel was named Malcolm, (like in Malcolm X).

I also had this problem with ‘blond square-head nazi guys’ in the Norwegian infantry, during my conscription service.

They bullied me by singing ‘workoholic’ in my face.

This means nazis think I’m a ‘nigger’ since I’m ambitious and try to do my work fine, I think.

So they wanted to murder me like the african in Malcolm X, I’ve been suspecting a bit.

I think the sqaure-head in the army, in Norway, (a guy who became ombud for soliders in my platoon, Bakke, I think his name was, he was second-team-‘fuhrer’ in the cannon-team).

I think he could be linked with the Northumbria cop Nazis or someone (the Illuminati?, since my grandmother was after King David etc, and Faraos, and I have crusaders Order of St John in my fathers new family), could be playing games.

I don’t want to be part of this game, with people playing with my life.

I’m not a phoney guy and I don’t want to be part of any games like this.

    2.

On Saturday, I went home from updating my blog at the library, and two cars chased by police almost drove me down.

This was in Sunderland City Centre/Asbrooke.

It’s a street there with two lanes in the same direction.

And the pavement crosses that street in a turn.

And there are no traffic-lights or zebra crossings.

So this could have been some Taliban-plot, I’ve suspected.

I’ve seen Taliban-like patrols in this area, after I was at Lidl in Grangetown once.

I’ve also seen Taliban-like groups by the University-reception.

If you have Taliban-controled areas in the UK, then you should tell, so that Norwegians could understand.

I’ve lived in the West all my life and have no interest in suddently living in an area which is like Afganistan.

Should be openes in society I think.

Or else it’s alianating Norwegians, (and others), who aren’t in the underworld.

I acknowledge your email of 27 October 2011.

The IPCC expects the police force to provide a decision about recording a complaint within fifteen working days of receiving the complaint. If more than fifteen working days have passed, you should contact the police force for an explanation for the delay. If the police force has not given you a decision on recording within fifteen working days and you do not accept their reasons for the delay, you would then have a right of appeal to the IPCC. Until this time you do not have a right of appeal.

    Hi,

I think I’ve asked you to do this earlier, so I don’t understand why this takes so long time.

I’m also internetting from the library, so I write the consent in the form of an e-mail.

Another thing I want to add is that last night, a guy knocked on my door, at the hostell, saying: ‘it’s Peter’.

    I don’t know any Peter.

Could be linked with that the Police threw me out from Leather Lane, in Liverpool, and then again from the University of Sunderland, around a week later.

    Peter is a christian name.

I have the Order of St. John, in my fathers new family, in Norway.

I suspect the christians could be messing with me for some misunderstood moralist reasons or something.

So please no St. John-masons etc on my case.

I hereby give consent for you to investigate.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog,

I am writing in response to your Appeal against Non-Recording which we received on 11 October 2011.

Before outlining our decision, I should explain that our role in the appeal process is not to investigate your complaint but to review:

    * whether or not Northumbria Police is the right police force to consider your complaint; and if so,
    * whether or not they should have recorded a complaint about the way their staff have behaved.

After considering all the available information we have decided that your appeal cannot be upheld. The reasons for our decision are set out within the attached report.

If you have any questions, or need more information about the appeal decision, please contact me.

I should emphasise that this decision is final and can only be overturned by the courts through the judicial review process. Should you intend to pursue this course of action, we would suggest that you seek independent legal advice.

    Yours sincerely,

    Jane Carruthers

    Hi,

I’ve been thinking more about your latest e-mail now, (where you list your records, which I haven’t seen before).

    Regarding this case: 2007/006341:

I have to say that it was news to me, that the Merseyside Police have got a dispension in this case.

They ridiculed me, and called me ‘Miss’, (and much more).

How would you like it if someone called you ‘Mister’?

Where can I complain about this dispension?

Regarding this case: 2011/015104., (Eviction from University of Sunderland):

This eviction was only a few weeks ago.

So even if it seems to have been a misunderstanding somewhere, it should still be possible for you to investigate the Police.

They didn’t have an Eviction Order from the Court, and they placed me in a hostell, where the landlady said their very though and very friendly, by chatting with Council-staff about me, behind my back, (this was how it seemed to me), after evicting me from my university-room, and off-loading me, early in the morning, by the Sunderland Council-office.

    The Burger King case:

I have not been talking with the Police at Burger King.

This complaint must be in regards with that the Police don’t reply when I send them crime-reports.

    Regarding this case: 2011/016499:

Is this case regarding that the Police don’t reply to my e-mails?

Hope you can clear this up!

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

this isn’t the way I remember it.

I think the complaint when I was thrown out from University like by the Gestapo was serious.

I can’t remember that I haven’t given you consent in this.

This seems highly unlikely to me.

Then I have been tricked, I think, by the IPCC.

You helped the Police get out of this I think.

And you also make up funny cases about Burger King.

    This is ridiculus.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Our records show that your appeal is in relation to the police failing to investigate allegations of harassment. I have set out your cases below for clarity-

2007/006341- This complaint was in relation to the way in which the police responded to your attempts to report serious organised crime. The complaint was sent to the force on 11 May 2007. You made an appeal to the IPCC on 28 August 2007, which was upheld. Merseyside Police then sent an application to the IPCC to dispense with the case. The IPCC made a decision to grant the dispensation.
2007/017332- This complaint was in relation to an allegation of harassment against the female officer on the front desk at Walton Lane Police Station. As you did not provide your consent for your complaint to be forwarded to the Professional Standards Department (PSD) of Merseyside Police- no action could be taken on this case.
2008/001710- This complaint was in relation to the staff at Burger King, you were therefore sent a letter to inform you that this matter does not fall within our remit and no further action was taken.
2011/004716- This complaint was in relation to police stealing an axe and harassing you. This complaint was sent to the PSD at Merseyside Police on 25 August 2011.
2011/015104- This complaint relates to allegations that the police helped Sunderland University to evict you. We requested your consent on 26 August 2011, however we did not receive a response to that email- therefore no further action could be taken on this case.
2011/016499- This case relates to allegations that the police have failed to investigate your allegations of harassment. You submitted an appeal on 11 October 2011, which has been passed to our appeals department for a response.
Further to my email of 15:03, you have sent a further 6 emails. I have requested on several occasions that you do not send emails that are in relation to your details being used on websites, as we are already aware of your concerns. Criminal matters do not fall under the remit of the IPCC. Please note if we continue to receive further emails that are unrelated to the IPCC then we may need to consider restricting your access by email. You should now await a response from our appeals team.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

I acknowledge receipt of your emails.

I am aware that the basis of your complaint is that you have reported harassment to the force and you feel that your concerns have not been responded to. However, as stated in my previous email, the IPCC does not need to be copied into emails in relation to people using your details on websites. The IPCC has received your appeal in relation to this matter and you will be contacted by the appeals department in due course. I would be grateful if you could refrain from sending any further emails in relation to your details being used on websites as we are already aware of your concerns.
