    Hi,

well, this is about the new complaints.

How can you not understand what I write?

People who don’t understand simple things like this should work with putting spread on sandwiches, and things like that, I think.

How can this be so hard to understand?

Am I writing in another language than English here?

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for copyign the IPCC into your correspondence with Northumbria Police. I can confirm these have been filed under your reference 2011/016499.

As stated previously, it is now the responsibility of the Northumbria PSD to respond to your complaint. Should the PSD decide not to record your complaint, you will have a right of appeal to the IPCC.

In the meantime you should await a response from the Professional Standards Department of Northumbria Police as the IPCC currently has no involvement in your complaint.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I’ll try to explain this again.

The problem is that the Northumbria-police aren’t replying to my e-mails when I report crime to them.

I write this in my first e-mail, that my e-mails to the Northumbria Police are being ignored.

What’s so hard to understand about this?

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

I also send a copy e-mail to the IPCC since I think you at the Northumbria Police Professional Standards Department are perhaps pulling my leg a bit, and pretend you are stupid, (like we say in Norway).

Please don’t send me more bullsh*t now!

I am in receipt of the below e mail.

In order that the content can be correctly assessed, can you please confirm whether you wish to make a complaint against the police. If you are we require further details i.e. names/numbers of officers you wish to complain about, date and location of incident and type of allegation.

Once these have been provided then an assessment will be made.

If you wish to report a crime, this would need to be forwarded to the nearest police station to which the incident has occurred.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I’m still getting threats, (and my e-mails are being ignored by the Police), so if you have the e-mail address, to the Professional Standards Department, of the Northumbria Police, then that would be very fine.

We need to talk yes. Something about the 113,000 kr still owed yes?We can meet and discuss.
You know the West Park United Reformed Church? It is less than 5 minutes from you at the junction of Cowan Terrace & Stockton Road.
We should meet at the church tomorrow to discuss things. It’s better this way.

    PS 2.

    I don’t know anything of a debt of 113.000.

I have some car loans etc., from Norway, but I overheard I was followed by the ‘mafian’ in Norway, in 2003.

I therefore went to study, at the University of Sunderland, (to get away from Norway, I also had bad experience with the Oslo Police, and didn’t trust them).

Then my Home University, Oslo University College, messed with my study loan application and my application to study at the University of Sunderland.

This resultet in my study-loan being four months delayed.

I therefore didn’t get to pay my loans in Norway, for four months.

Then, the situation with the loans where a mess.

Also I was delayed with my studies due to that I had to use a lot of energy and time, on these loans, and trying to deal with my Home University and the Norwegian study-loan bank, Statens Laanekasse.

I never had problems paying my bills before I went to the UK, in 2004.

My economical problems are constructed by my Home University, Oslo University College, I dear to say.

(That academy is owned by the Government, eighter the Norwegian State or the County of Oslo).

This academy has now being merged with another government academy, Akershus University College.

So the situation around that Oslo University College messed with me, so that I lost control of my finances and studies, is clouded by this merge.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for contacting the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) regarding your complaint against Northumbria Police.

The IPCC acts as the guardian of the complaint system, however, the police force concerned is responsible for officially recording the complaint, and in the majority of cases, investigating the complaint. It is for this reason that a complaint would normally be forwarded, with the complainants consent, onto the Professional Standards Department (PSD) of the appropriate police force for their consideration.

We note that your correspondence has already been sent to the police and we will therefore be taking no additional action.

It is now the responsibility of the Northumbria PSD to respond to your complaint. Should the PSD decide not to record your complaint, you will have a right of appeal to the IPCC.

In the meantime you should await a response from the Professional Standards Department of Northumbria Police.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for contacting the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC). I can confirm that we have noted the details of your complaints against the Northumbria Police. The case reference number is 2011/015104. Please quote this reference whenever you contact us.

The IPCC is completely independent of the police service and is responsible for making sure that the police complaints system in England and Wales works effectively and fairly. However, each police force is responsible for considering complaints made against that force and for recording your complaint. If you are not happy with the police’s decision on recording your complaint, you have the right to appeal to us.

We now need your address details and permission, either by letter, phone or on the below form, to pass details of your complaint to the Professional Standards Department of the Northumbria Police, which is responsible for enforcing standards of conduct within the force. Without your consent, we cannot pass on the details of a complaint to a force unless, in exceptional cases, the details of the complaint indicate that it is in the public interest to do so.

Please consider that any delay in providing your consent could result in evidence related to your complaint being lost or destroyed (i.e. CCTV footage), or an account of events being forgotten by any potential witnesses.
