    Hi,

I received the answer from the Jobcenter Plus Directorat, and Director Groombridge, today, (which I attach scans of, with this e-mail).
However, there are a few things, in their letter.

Actually, I don't know where to start, when I read their letter, because I disagree, with so much of what they write, (from my memory of the meeting with Ms Hart, the jobcenter-manager, and more), but I'll try to summarise what I disagree with, in the letter, from the Jobcenter Director.

    1.
I can start with that it says in the letter, that I told Ms Hart, that I didn't understand the local accent, since I hadn't lived in Liverpool, that long.

    But that's wrong.
I said I might have got the tone wrong, when Mrs. Henderson said that 'or else I'm going to show you what I do with men who don't do what I say'.

So I didn't mention the accent, but I mentioned that I might have got the tone wrong, in the meeting with Ms Hall.
But, I wasn't prepared for this meeting, I hadn't got a letter about this meeting, I went to the jobcenter, to have a review-meeting, not a complaint-meeting, but I was told that Ms Hall wanted to speak with me, but not what it was about, so I didn't get the chance to prepare for the compaint meeting, and this want to complain about to you.

Complaint 1: I wasn't given any time to prepare for the complaint-meeting with Ms Hart.

    2.
The jobcenter says that they have started to train their employees, since they don't understand how to deal with e-mails, since Ms Hart didn't get my e-mail, from 27 May.

But I think the jobcenter should train their staff, when they are new, to learn how to deal with e-mails.
Complaint 2: The jobcenter don't give their staff proper training, when they start working there, (regarding the e-mail system and more).

    3.
In the letter, it says that I didn't want Ms Hart to pursue my complain agains Mrs Henderson.
But this isn't true, I told Ms Hart that I wanted her to pursue the complaint.

Complaint 3: The Jobcenter Plus Secretariat lies, when he says that I said in the meeting with Ms Hart, that I didn't want her to pursue my complaint against Mrs Henderson.

(And I don't really want to contact Ms Hart about this, because I think she twisted on the things I said in the meeting I had with her, from reading the Jobcenter Plus Directors letter).

    4.

And in the letter it says that Ms. Hart asked me if I wanted a written response, from her, regarding what was said in the meeting.

But this isn't true, she didn't ask me, she said she would send a written response, and didn't ask me first if I wanted one.
Complaint 4: The Jobcenter Plus Secretariat lies, when they say that Ms. Hart asked me if I wanted her to send me a written response, she didn't ask me this, and I didn't say I didn't want one, but it was in the way, that she sayd she would send a written response, and I didn't disagree with this. I don't understand how she could have got this so wrong, this complaint, and also the same, with complaint 3, and complaint 2 and 1, I don't understand how the jobcenter-manager, could get all this wrong, I think she must have some agenda, and is lieing, in this, after reading the Jobcenter Plus Secretariats letter, so I hope you can investigate this, in the way that you normally do, when the Jobcenter Secretariat are lieing like this, and when the Jobcenter don't train their staff properly.

I cant understand how the Jobcenter can be so stupid, that they don't teach their staff, how to operate their e-mail system.
So I think I have to say, that the Jobcenter Secretariat, are lieing, when they say that this is due to a training-issue, because every 'idiot' should understand that staff need training when they are new in the job.

So to say that they forgot to train the staff, and teach them the e-mail system, like the Jobcenter Secretariat really says. I think this excuse, isn't good enought. The Jobcenter have been ignorante, and haven't trained their staff properly, like everyone must understand is elementary, in a job like this, to teach staff the e-mail system.

So eighter the Jobcenter have been very ignorant, or very incompitent, (if they don't understand this elementary training-issue, is needed), or they are lieing.
I think you shouldn't let the Jobcenter Secretariat get away with this bad excuse, but that someone has to take responsibility for this bad use of tax-payers money, and quit their job.

That's my opinion, at least after I've read all the other lies in the letter as well, as explained in the complaints above.
So I hope you do something about this, so that someone has to pay for this stupid mistake with their job, to show that this type of bad excuses, (which is an insult to tax-payers and other citizens), isn't acceptable, in a transparent and democratic society.

I've also heard in Norway, that I'm being followed by some 'communist-mob'.
I don't want to speaculate why they would single me out with lies and harassment like explained in complaints 1-4, but this _could be_ an explanation for this, even if I don't want to specualate to much, for the reasons for why the Jobcenter do this.

These are executives, who are responsible for their actions, and should be made responsible, and not be let to get away with 'bullshit' like in the letter I got from the Jobcenter Secretariat today.

So I hope you make them pay for the bad way in which they've threated me, at the Jobcenter!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

Problems at the Jobcenter, Williamson Sq., Liverpool/Fwd: Complaint about ICE,

    to Complaints Manager

    Hi,

    are you sure about this?

Because, it wasn't resolved properly, I think.

    – The manager, told me, in the meeting, that she hadn't recieved my initial

complaint, which was sent to her, from the Jobcenter national complaint center,

(or what exactly they are called).

    – The manager said in the meeting, that in the next review-meetings, I would

get a new jobcenter-advisor, still, when I went there last week, it was Mrs.

Henderson, the same case-worker still, who had the review-meeting.

    – The manager, Mrs. Hart,

told me, in the meeting, three weeks ago, on Thursday, that she would send me

something in writing, a summary, from the meeting, which I haven't recieved.

So I want to complain about the manager there, Mrs. Hart.

Then I think, that I should direct the comlaint, to her manager, and not to her

in person, due to that she is involved, from before.

Could you please tell me if you agree with this, that the complaint should go

to Mrs. Hart's manager, and not to Mrs. Hart herself?

    Yours sincerely,

Subject: Problems at the Jobcenter, Williamson Sq., Liverpool/Fwd: Complaint

    about ICE, to Complaints Manager

    To: ice@dwp.gsi.gov.uk

    Hi,

I was at the jobcenter, for a review-meeting, today,

and was also told, that the Manager,

Mrs. Hart, wanted to have a meeting with me.

This meeting was about a jobcenter representative-complaint, that I've sent to

    you,

at the Independant Case Worker-offce, on 23/7.

This complaint was resolved, in the meeting today,

Mrs. Hart was going to speak with

the representative, and I was going to get a new

advisor, due to the problems mentioned

    in the complaint.

But, Mrs. Hart also told me, in the meeting today,

that she 'didn't see the original complaint'.

This I think is strange, since Alison Monkhouse, on

    the central jobcenter complaint center,

for the UK, (when on complain from the

Jobcenter-website), she sent me an e-mail about

this complaint, on 27/5, (which I've also forwarded to

you), and then she also sent Mrs. Hart

a copy of the e-mail she sent me, (containing also the

original complain). One can see this,

since it says Cc: Hart Colette

    JCP WILLIAMSON SQUARE <COLETTE.HART@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk>,

    on the e-mail that

    Alison Monkhouse, sent on 27/5.

    So how could Mrs.

Hart tell me today, that she hadn't seen the original complaint, when

    it was e-mailed to

her, on 27/5, from Alison Monkhouse?

    I think Mrs. Hart

seemed sincere, to me, when she told me this, that she hadn't seen the

    comlaint, until now,

a few days ago, when she got an e-mail from you, at the Independant

    Case-Workers, in

    Chester.

    So, what has

happened at the Willamson Sq. Jobcenter?

Did Mrs. Hart lie, or has someone been messing with the e-mail system?

Or did Mrs. Hart forget that she had read the complaint?

    I was wondering if

this was something that the Independant Case Worker should look at,

    because I think this

    seemed a bit akward.

Are there 'mobsters' at the Williamson Sq. Jobcenter, messing with the e-mails,

    I wonder?

What do you think, at the Independant Case-Examiner, should this be looked at?

    Thanks in advance

    for your reply!

    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,

I got your letter today, with the date 3. august.

You write, that if I haven't got a response, to my jobcenter-complaint, within

    5 weeks,

then I should contact you again.

But, I sent the compaint in May, so this is already more than five weeks ago,

    and I haven't

received a response yet, from the jobcenter, which I

informed you about, in my e-mail from

24/7, then it was already gone TWO MONTHS, when I sent

    you the e-mail.

How can you fail to understand that two months are more than five weeks?

This is ridiculus, how can people trust you, if you act in a 'moronic' way like

    this?

    Please clean up this now!

    Sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

  • Nå skal jeg på ‘Basic Food Hygiene Course’. Mest for å ha noe å gjøre.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Personal Profile:

I’m a hardworking and committed person who has very good management and communication skills.

I’ve studied computing and business, for four and a half years, at university-level. I have a degree called ‘Høgskolekandidat’ in Information Technology, from Oslo University College, which is a two-year degree. I’m also waiting for a two-year degree, in computing and business, from NHI, (now NITH), which also is a University College, in Oslo, where I studied in the early 90’s. But this is a private university-college, so I had to work a lot, besides the studies to finance the studies, so I have lacked 7 of 40 study-points, to get that degree, but now I also have modules from Oslo University College, so I’m in the process of trying to get this degree, as well, from NITH. The last half-year, of these four and a half years, I studied Computing, on the Study Abroad and Bachelor Computing-programmes, at University of Sunderland, but I had to stop studying here, after only one term, due to problems with the Norwegian Government Study-finance bank, who delayed my study-loan, for four months, due to some problems with Oslo University College, aproving of my modules in Sunderland, (strangly enough, since these institutions co-operated, on Study Abroad programmes, etc), so I went back to Norway, and helped my uncle, with working with forest-work, on his farn, in 2005, due to that the problems with the Study-loan, and my home-university, took away my focus from my studies in Sunderland, so these didn’t go so well, even if I got the best grade, on the inital English-test for study abroad students there, etc.

    Army Career:

(In Norway, untill recently, almost everybody, (of the men), had to serve for one year, in the Army, in the way the Government wanted).

    July 1992 – June 1993, Geværmann 1, (Rifle-soldier 1), Geværkompaniet, (Rifle-company), Terningmoen, Elverum, Norway.
Norwegian Army, Infantry, Oppland Regiment, Conscription Service.
(This was one of the best Norwegian army-units. ‘All’ the best officers wanted to stay near the capital, Oslo, (and not in the north), so we often got the officers with the best grades from the Army-academy. This unit has been in war, with both the Germans and the Swedes, and used to have a Viking skiier, a ‘Birkebeiner’, on the crest. I got a medal for finishing my conscription-service, and a lot of competition-
badges: sharp-shooting badge in silver and bronce, skiing-badge, infantry-badge and army sports-badge. I really wanted a career in computing, so while I was at Terningmoen, I applied for an army computing-job, which I got, (a three month job, as an assistant, on a computer-course, with the work-task of instructing high-ranking officers, on a computer-course. I lost this job, after one day, without any explanation, so I ended up working for twelve years in the food-shop business, after the Army, since I lacked work-experience from computing, and there was a recession, in Norway, in the early 1990’s).

    June 1993 – February 1996, Norwegian Mobilization-Army, Oslo/Jørstadmoen.
After the Army, I was transfered to the Mobilization-army, and was on one rehersal here, that lasted for about two weeks, so I had to take time of work. This was on ‘Øvelse Elg’, that’s Rehersal Moose or Elk, in Kongsvinger. (During my conscripton-service, we were on a lot of rehersals, so I was also on Øvelse Elg, in 1992, as an infantry-soldier, in ‘Geværkompaniet’, (Rifle-company), Terningmoen, Oppland Regiment).

    February 1996 – Recently, or when I left Norway in 2005, Home-defence, HV02, Oslo.
‘Støtte-område 2018’, that’s Support-Area 2018, the ones who helps the other Areas who are attacked by the enemy. After the cold war had ended, the Mobilization-army in Norway, was partly or mostly disintegrated. Whole Mobilisation-Units where dropped, including
my unit. The best of the soldiers from these units, where hand-picked to this elite Home-Defence unit, HV-2018, that I was transfered to. So if the Home-defence, hadn’t thought I was going to be a good Home Defence-soldier, then my army career would have ended, after my Mob-Army unit had been disolved, but since I was one of the few hundred who was hand-picked, to this special elite Home Defence-unit, then I got to have a machine-gun, (Hekler and Kock AK3), at home, and also other Home-defence equipment. We were trained for one week, every or every other year. Since I was called in, at the first meeting of this unit, I could have chosen to try to be an officer, in this unit, but I had a quite time-consuming job, in shop-management, so I chose to not comit myself more than I had to, with the Army/Home Defence, so all these three jobs I had in the Army and Home Defence, where not volentary, but something I had to do, since the Government told me to do this. Which was ok, to a certain degree to me, but I didn’t have the time to do a lot of extra, for the Army, on top of this again. So I tried to make it fit in with work and studies etc., so I wasn’t like a fanatic army-guy, or anything like that, even if there was enough of guys like this, in this Home-defence unit, people who lived and breathed army-stuff, but I was never one of them, I was just a normal guy, who was serving my conscripiton-service in the Army and in the Home Defence. I really had a torn of ligament in the knee, (the lower ligament, I think it was, in the left knee), when I was transfered to this unit, so I think it was a bit strange that I ended up here, since I think these were supposed to contact my doctor and my employer etc., to find the people most suited, for being in the Home-defence, and in my doctors files, it should have explained about this injury, (a footballing-injury, from 1994 or 1995), so I think it was a bit strange, that I ended up in this unit, since I had this injury at the time I was transfered to this unit.

    Personal Profile:

I’m a hardworking and committed person who has very good management and communication skills.

I’ve studied computing and business, for five years, at university-level.

In 2001, I received an award, ‘Rimi Gullårer’, (Rimi Goldmines), due to how well I ran the food-shop Rimi Langhus, in Norway. An award which only a few of Rimi’s 500 shop-managers receive every year. I also got a personal letter, and a pen, from the then Rimi-owner, famous Norwegian billionaire, Stein Erik Hagen, (who is #247 on Forbes), when I won this shop-running competition.

At school, I was always one of the best in my class, and in 1988, I was allowed to go to upper secondary school in the county of Buskerud, Norway, although I lived in the neighbouring county of Vestfold. This was because I was one of the ten best students from Northern Vestfold that year, who wanted to go to school in the nearest city, Drammen, in the neighbour-county of Buskerud. I was allowed to study in Buskerud, due to a special co-operation programme, between the two counties, which only the best students were allowed to participate on. So then I could go to a school, that year, which was known to be the best upper-secondary business school, in the district of ‘greather Drammen’, Gjerdes Upper Seconday School.

I got a medal from the Norwegian Army, for completing my one year conscription-service, in the infantry, in Elverum, (Oppland Regiment), in 1993. I also got several badges the year I served in the Army, (In Norway, untill recently, almost everyone had to serve one year in the Army), like sharp-shooting badge, in silver and bronce, skiing-badge, infantry-badge, army sports-badge, etc. In 1996, I was transfered to a new Home Defence Elite-force, (‘Støtte-området 2018’/Force protection platoon, or litterarly ‘support-area’, which consisted of several platoons, including several ‘12.7-platoons’), in Oslo, after the Norwegian mobilization-army, was heavily reduced, after the end of the cold war.

    Dear Erik,

Thank you for your purchasing The Fuller CV email review service.

My first impression when reviewing your CV is that there is not enough

specific, targeted content here to sell you effectively to employers.  For

example, you say very little about how you will use your skills and

personal traits to benefit the new employer.

Upon perusing your CV, I have outlined below my recommendations to you:

Create an achievement section after your profile. It is important that

very early on in your CV that you can reflect the value you can bring to

the next organisation. This is where you can really identify your

successes and show how you are going to benefit your audience.

You need to qualify and quantify each of your achievements by showing

measurable results. A helpful way that you can do this is to use  STAR –

Situation – Task – Action – Result – as a template for each of your bullet

    points.

We recommend that you write your CV in 3rd person throughout, so no me, my

or I in the document, otherwise your CV will become wordy and chatty, more

‘book like’ rather than a professional document.

You have a heading of ‘Work’ but this is more than that, it is your

    Professional Experience’ or ‘Career Summary’.

Employers will want to know how specifically your work has been excellent

or successful and how that in turn impacted on your employers operating

results for the better. So far you are just reflecting your job

description so you need to sell yourself much harder to get interview

    responses.

If someone has to re-read something or cannot retain the information

without having to refer back to the document then the CV is not capturing

the reader’s attention. Choose active rather than passive verbs and keep

the CV to two pages or less.

My primary concern however, is how recruiters view you.  As a recruiter I

am investing in excess of £30,000 per annum on you and need to know what

my return on investment will be.  Therefore you must reflect performance

results, your ability to influence the role and add value, as opposed to

    your job description.

Remember, your CV is your personal sales brochure and your key that

unlocks the door to high quality interviews.  Decisions to interview or

reject candidates will be made on this document and in most instances, you

will be pitched against a potentially vast number of other candidates. A

former recruiter, my personal record was 324 applicants vying for one

office position! This should lead you to question what sets your CV apart

from so many other candidates with comparable experience. Effective

communication and marketing skills, amongst others, may be drawn from your

CV, so it is time you contributed more than your list of job

    responsibilities.

Take time, plan and prioritise the information you supply, with many

recruiters having as little as 10 seconds to peruse your details, ensure

they glean more information than your age, nationality and previous job

description. Furthermore, wherever possible, write your CV when your

career is flying. Everyone takes a knock from redundancy and other issues

resulting in a new job search, confidence knocks can come across in your

    CV.

Remember whilst design is aesthetically pleasing, structure and content is

    what sells you.

Reflecting value for money, accomplishments, highlighting transferable

skills, pre-empting the reader’s objections and strengthening perceived

weaknesses are all areas you are need to consider.

Recognising the importance of your Curriculum Vitae is half the battle

won. Many employers pay large sums of money to recruit their future

workforce you have only to invest in your CV.

    =================================================================

I hope you found my assessment and recommendations regarding your current

    CV helpful and constructive.

Looking at yourself objectively can be very difficult, yet is necessary

when writing your CV. We recognise the difficulties faced by individuals

and therefore operate a service whereby a recruiter ‘interviews’ you by

telephone, then writes a new CV for you.  Furthermore, you will glean

valuable insights on how the recruiter shortlists candidates and the best

places to apply for your next dynamic career move.

As described above, this includes a full telephone consultation with an

independent, senior HR professional, plus the construction and design of

your own tailor made CV aimed specifically at the industry sector in which

you are aiming to develop and further your career.

Again, I hope that my assessment was of help to you and that The Fuller CV

can work with you to a positive future. The professional CV writing

service we discussed is priced at £229 plus VAT. If you wish to discuss

this, please call me on 08700 278 377, quoting your customer ID: 965678

    Some important points to remember:

    – Every day without an effective, positive CV is another day without the

    job you require and deserve.

    – Competition is high and if you’re not selling yourself effectively,

somebody else will be. These people will also get the interview.

    Note from a past customer:

‘My daughter suggested I test this new document by applying for a position

that my old CV had failed to achieve an interview for. I submitted my new

CV last night and this evening I have an email requesting dates for an

interview! I’m very impressed!’ (International Sales Manager)

May I take this opportunity to wish you every success for your future

    career.
