I actually have more than ten years management-experience, so I was
hoping to get offered a higher membership-type, (fellow-membership).

And perhaps to be a certified manager.

good Saturday night! In the first e-mail this didn’t seem to be manditory. But in this e-mail it seems manditory. This looked a bit like some ‘mumbo jumbo’ to me, the other day.

The normal recruitment-process is that I send an application, (like I’ve done).
