    Hi,

well today I've applied for this job:

    http://www.cwjobs.co.uk/JobSearch/JobDetails.aspx?NoExpire=1&JobId=54473450

I have a degree in IT, so apply for IT-jobs.

I've also worked as a Shop Manager in Rimi, (Ahold), so I also apply for retail manager-jobs.
I'm on Ladders, (which is for people with an income potential of more than £50k, a year), but due to the high unemployement, I also apply for lower paid jobs.

I've been on one job-interview, (in Ellismere Port, for an IT-job), since I moved to this address in May.
I hope I'm going to get to more job-interviews soon, now that the summer holiday is finished, etc.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I read about this vacancy on the Jobcentre website, and I wanted to please apply for this job.
I've designed four web-sites myself, from scratch, these year and last, on these web-addresses: http://www.godteposer.net/, http://www.goodyshop.co.uk/, http://www.ukgoodyshop.com/ and http://www.goodyshop.eu/.

I've gone to the Marketing-line, at Upper Seconday School, (in Norway), and I've also had Marketing as a module on a private Norwegian academy, named NHI, (now NITH).
I've used the Microsoft Office-programmes, when I worked as self employed, in 2007 and 2008, and I've also learned about these programmes, at Learn Direct, where I was on and ECDL-course, (full), there.

I've also got a degree in IT, from Oslo University College, which means I can learn new IT-skills fast.
I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you!

    Hi,

I can try to start again.
A couple of years ago, I read on the internet that they had stopped selling the Glacier Mints, in Norway, and that custommers in Norway, missed them.

I was unemployed so I thought I could sell them on QXL, (a Norwegian version of E-bay almost), since I'd found them, here in the UK.
QXL wanted me to send them a deposit, since I didn't live in Norway.

I was unemployed, so I couldn't afford to pay the deposit.
But I could affort to rent a web-hotel, (because One sold them for £10 a year).
And I found a free web-shop-programme, (osCommerce), on the internet.

So I started a web-shop, which I explained about, to the Williamsson Sq. jobcentre, which was my local jobcentre then.
Mark there told me this business was a 'hobby', so I didn't have to explain about it in detail to the Jobcentre.

Then the Jobcentre put me on the Work Programme.
Where I got a complaint since I didn't speak Finish.
I had to move to Sunderland due to problems with my landlord.

Ingeus in Sunderland told me to buy a double entry ledger, for my web-shop.
I moved back to Liverpool, this spring.
I've started publising some old material on my blog, as self-publish-books, with CreateSpace.

I got around £20 in royalites, for these books, last month.
I sent an e-mail to the Jobcentre, (which ended up at your office in Sheffield), and agreed to bring this up, at Aintree Jobcentre on my next sign-on-meeting, (which was Thursday, twelve days ago).

I was told the royalities were a part-time-job.
Now I wonder why the royalities are a part-time-job while my e-business is just called a hobby.
I think these are a bit similar, so I don't understand why one is called a hobby and the other a part-time-job.

Why do the Jobcentre tell me one is a hobby and one is a part-time-job?

Does this mean I have to fill out forms regarding the book-publishing but not regarding the e-business?

(I think this seems a bit inconsistent) 🙂

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog
