    Hi,

    ok, that's very fine!
I'm getting help with my CV, from Reed now, and the Jobcentre.
(Since I've been working in-house, most of the time, in Norway, in Rimi/ICA, I haven't been that good at learning CV-skills, because I've always been promoted, in-house, without having to even write an application.

So I haven't been that good at updating my CV-skills, since the 80's.
So I've been struggeling a bit).
At the same time, I haven't had that much funds, so I haven't been able to affort a Ladders rewritten CV.

But if I still don't find a job, after I get the Reed-CV, and after I get my inheritance, from my grand-mother in Norway, (who was from Danish nobelity/royalty/Løvenbalk/Platagonet), then I think I'm going to buy a CV from you.

    We'll see.

Again thank you very much for your help!

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi again,

if you see the young woman/girl in the gold-frame, in one of the pictures.
Mary Eva Carla Fog, she was after Løvenbalk, who was after Plantagenet, if I'm not mistaking.

I don't really want to sell these things, because it's also after Adeler, a famous Norwegian/Dutch noble-line.

So that's why I'd rather do this properly, and not sell these things, (if I can avoid it), because it's almost historical things, some of it I think.

I've lost control on my things in Norway, that I put at City Self Storage, in 2004, in Oslo.
The silver-cup with the lion on, in the last picture is/was there, with my machine gun from the home defenece secundary conscription service, etc.

I don't want to lose control on this inheritance.
My sofas here, from 2006, are a bit worn now.
So I've said to my relatives in Norway, that I can have the furniture from the royals/nobles here.

So I'll try to get them to send that.

And my grandmother also had some kind of insurance.

So I'm going to get a lot of money, I think.
But my relatives are so slow.

My grandmother died in the sumer of 2009.

Its my uncle Martin Ribsskog and aunt Ellen Ribsskog Savoldelli, who got the responsibility of sharing the inheritance, from the court in Larvik.

But they are hippies, and Ellen is in the Steiner-shool-'movement'.

I don't why they mess so much with this.
    Sorry about this!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi Mr. Grimes,

sorry that I was one day late with the rent yesterday, (and that I paid a bit to litle).
I was on a course, you see, in CV-writing.
    So now I think I'll get a top-job soon.

I'm on Ladders and have an income-potential, on more than £50.000 a year, so the arrears aren't much money to me.

So please don't worry, I promise you'll get the arrears.

I'm also in conflict with my family in Norway, about the inheritance after my grand-mother, who was of noble/royal background, and owned paintings from the castle Højriis, in Denmark, and furniture in baroc-style, after a baron.

I enclose the photograps of her furniture and paintings.
My mother died in 1999, so I'm supposed to get around 1/9 of the inheritance, since my grand-mother had three children, and also my mother had three children.

I appriciate your help very much, with that I've been allowed to live here even if I've had problems with my relatives in Norway, (who just lie etc., my grandmother died one and a half year ago, and no documents have been sent me or anything. My relatives in Norway are horrible, I think I have to say. I'm sorry about this).

I also wonder a bit about the access to the bin-store, by the Lady of Mann restaurant, where I'm supposed to throw my garbage.
Is it really open 24 hours, like you tell me?
I seem to have noticed, that they close the gates to the court-yard, (where the bin-store is), at 11 pm.
Have you got any comments about this?
One have to store garbage in the appartment sometimes, since the courtyard is packed with drunk people, customers of the restaurant Lady of Mann and Rigbys pub.

Also the lamp on my bath-room, hasn't been fixed, (even if it's long time since I complained).
But the bath-room lamp, I can fix with duct-tape.

I understand it if it isn't fun if I compain about bath-room lamps and things like that, when I have this much arrears.

    Sorry about the problems again!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

sorry that I'm sending many e-mails now.
I've been thinking a bit more about the CV.
I have another IT-skill, called Basic, from life.

(Wasn't it like, that skills could be from education, work or life?
I don't think we focus on skills that much on CV's in Norway, at least not in the 80's, when I learned about CV's, at Upper Secondary School.

I think it's more about qualifications, in Norway, if I'm not mistaking.
So some of the stuff on the course yesterday, was quite new to me).
Also, I was on a Basic Food Hygiende-course, with Jet, last year.

(I was really wanted to go to an IT-course, (in SQL and PHP, at Liverpool Community College), but there was a misunderstanding with Jet).
Also I had to extra-jobs, in Norway, in the 90's, that I weren't on the CV now, I've noticed.

I was doing china-food delivery, for a company in Bærum, in Norway, called Chinatown-expressen.
That looks maybe a bit silly, because we don't have china-town in Oslo, it was just the name.

Also I've been working with telemarketing, as an extra-job, to save money for my driving-licence, for a company called Norsk Idrettshjelp.
Because the job I had in retail, was really a survival job.

Because, after the army, I only got around £500 from the army, after my conscription-service, and after the conscription-service, in Norway, one are only alowed to be un-employed, 3 or 6 months.

So the conscription-service, made me lose a bit control, and I had to get a survival-job, (like we learned about yesterday, that those jobs are called), to get to pay the bills.

Also, my sister's flatmates, moved back home to the country-side, from Oslo, and she then didn't have anyplace to live, so I had to let her live at my place.
And then, I had to have a survival-job, since my sister also was un-employed.

So Store-manager, wasn't like my 'dream-job', (which we learned about yesterday, to do with the job-ladder).
Really I had a university-level education in IT, before I had to go to the army.

But that was from a private univeristy college, so it was quite expensive, so I had to work a lot, besides the studies, so I lacked a few credits, for my degree.
And It was a recession in Norway, in the early 90's, so I had to just take a survival-job.

I didn't think I should study more then, and get more debt.
I was propably affected by the depression and that I almost had responsibility for my sister.
But still I climbed the ladder, in the retail-company, and became Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and then Store Manger.

    But this wasn't my dream-job.

But I didn't have that many contacts in IT, and I didn't have a degree, so I just went on in the retail-company, Rimi, who didn't pay that well, so it was really just a survival-job, even if I got to be Shop Manager, because then I had to work more and I was more or less expected to have a care and a lot of fancy clothes etc, by my collegues, etc.

I haven't been sure how to assess my skills, but the course yesterday, made me understand more about this.
So this course was very useful.
I wonder if I should put the CV-writing course on my CV?

What's the 'proper' name for the course again, because I'm not sure if I got a letter about the course, from the Jobcentre, (even if I possibly did).
I also wondering, after assessing my skills.

I have like cross-competence, I think it's called, in business and IT.
Maybe I should aim for a higher managment job/direction-job.
Hope it's alright that I update about the CV and the course, etc.

Sorry if I send many e-mails.

Say thanks to Mr. Vaughan, from Reed, Victoria House, who helped me get the Arvato-job, in 2005, when he sent me to Randstad.
Is that usual by the way?

    Aren't Randstad your competitors?

Thanks again for the help with explaining about the CV-writing and applications, ect.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

    http://www.johncons-fanclub.net/cv.html

    http://www.johncons-fanclub.net/cv.html

    PS.

    PS 3.

    http://www.johncons-fanclub.net/cv.html

    http://www.johncons-shop.co.uk/

    PS.

    Her er mer om dette:

    https://johncons-blogg.net/2010/11/johncons-shop-var-visst-det-beste.html

    PS 2.

    Mvh.

    Men men.

    Mvh.
