    Hi,

the dish-washer I bought from you, in July of last year, is beginning to not work properly.
The timer now stops, at least once, for each programme, so the dish-washer washes for hours, without finishing the programme.

As far as I remember, there is a one year warranty, for foults like this.

So I was wondering how I should go forward, to get the dish-washer fixed?
    Best Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

  • Argos prøvde å lure meg, og ville bytte med to like bord. (In Norwegian)

    Photo 1606

    Photo 1607

    Photo 1608

    Photo 1609

    Photo 1610

    PS.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beech

    https://johncons-blogg.net/2009/07/argos-alts-in-norwegian.html

    PS 3.

    Hi,

ok, I'll think I'll go to the Argos-shop, in Liverpool city center.
I'll also check up more, about which colours that you have the tables, that I've bought in.

Because I suspect that you only have them in 'sand'-colour.

So you don't have to send anyone with new tables here tomorrow, since then I have to
    assemble the tables again.
And that's very dum, if the colour is the same, on the new tables.
Hopes this is alright, and sorry that I didn't check more about the colours first.
Please send me a confirmation e-mail, for my order, from Thursday last week, by the way,

if you know how to do that, in the internet-department.
    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Ok,

    that sounds very good!

Have you got the TV-table now, that was sold out, last week, the one to

    around nine pounds?

Could you please bring one of these tables as well?

And how about the dishes-set, that I tried to order, but also was sold out,

    the cheapes set,

that cost 4 or 5 pounds, I think.

Could you please also bring this on Tuesday, together with the Norwegian

    three-coloured new tables.

The packaging, I unfortunalty threw yesterday, becuause I didn't notice at

    once, unfortunalty, that

the colour was the wrong colour at the tables, at once.

I'm sorry that I'm not using your website, to make a new order, now, but you

    have som many

system-problems there, so I prefer to use regular e-mail as the prefered

    system now.

    Hope this is alright!

    Dear Mr Ribsskog,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding placing an order by e-mail.

I am sorry to report that it is not possible to place an order by e-mail.  We in the internet department are not connected to the bank servers, so it is not possible for us to take a payment from your credit card.

However, you can place an order for delivery in any Argos store, or you can call 0845640 2020 option 1 and one of my colleagues will take the order for you.

Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us at order.enquiries@argos.co.uk or call us on 0845 640 2020.

    Regards,

    Tom Steele

Argos Direct E-Commerce Customer Service Team.

For your reference the above reply is in reference to your earlier email ARG4225519X:

    Ok,

    that sounds very good!

The packaging, I unfortunalty threw yesterday, becuause I didn’t notice at

    once, unfortunalty, that

the colour was the wrong colour at the tables, at once.

I’m sorry that I’m not using your website, to make a new order, now, but you

    have som many

system-problems there, so I prefer to use regular e-mail as the prefered

    system now.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Ok,

    that sounds very good!
Have you got the TV-table now, that was sold out, last week, the one to around nine pounds?
Could you please bring one of these tables as well?

And how about the dishes-set, that I tried to order, but also was sold out, the cheapes set,
that cost 4 or 5 pounds, I think.
Could you please also bring this on Tuesday, together with the Norwegian three-coloured new tables.

The packaging, I unfortunalty threw yesterday, becuause I didn't notice at once, unfortunalty, that
the colour was the wrong colour at the tables, at once.
I'm sorry that I'm not using your website, to make a new order, now, but you have som many

system-problems there, so I prefer to use regular e-mail as the prefered system now.
    Hope this is alright!
    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    I think your company suck!

You don't even know how to send a confirmation e-mail, and you deliver

    duplicate orders.

And I have to stay home the whole Monday for you to pick up the duplicate

    order, and I

don't get any compensation for you bullshit stuff.

I'm going to take your company to court if I get the money.

    Now you pissed me off.

    You suck at customer-service!

    Fucking shit company!

I hate Argos, you are rubish.

    Now I got pissed off.

I'm going to take you to court if I get a lot of money, your company suck!

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
I saw just now, that you have sent me the wrong tables, after I assemble then.
Because you have sent the tables, with the color 'Sand-color'.

While everything else in my flat, is in the color, that I'd call 'Scandianvian
tree-color', like the threes we have in Norway, 'gran og furu'.
So could you please send me the tables in Norwegian three-colour, in stead, please.

Thanks in advance for your help!
Med vennlig hilsen (With friendly regards),

    Hi,

btw. I had to carry these tables up to my flat, on the 2nd floor, even if I'd pay for them
to be delivered, to my flat, so I think these tables are mine now.
Since you charge, for carrying and delivering these furniture, then I also can charge

    you for this.
So I'll send you an invoce!
Also, I thought, that I can just put these tables outside, in Leather Lane, since I had
to carry them up the stairs, and then you can collect these tables, at your own

    convenience.
    Hope this is alright!

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
Where should I send the invoice, for the delivery of the tables?

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but I've also studied computing, (not only marketing), and I know

    that you are supposed

    to have back-up system.

Why is this, that you don't send the confirmation e-mails later, like any

    responsible e-commerce

    business would have done?

Also, Argos rang on the calling-system, at my address, just now.

They were in a hurry, since they had to park in Dale St., where it's quite

    much trafic.

And now, I can see here, that it seems that I've recieved four

    coffee-tables, in stead of two.

And I've recieved two sets of cutlery, (that I ordered with the dish-washer,

    who's being delivered

on Monday), in stead of one set.

Have you got some two-for-one campaign this week, is that why your system

    isn't working?

    much trafic.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

    Erik Ribsskog
