    Hei,

    Mvh.

    Erik Ribsskog

I wanted to complain about some doubfull pracises, from T-Mobile, when it comes to custommer-support, (please see the forwareded e-mails), and hopefully get some kind of compensation for the misery, that T-Mobile have made me suffer, in connection with this complaint.

    Hope this is alright!

    Hi,

today I was again at the T-mobile-shop, at Bridges Shopping Centre, in Sunderland.
Jaqueline, who sold me the insurance I didn't want, on Saturday, without asking, wasn't there.

I checked your website, and saw that the broadband USB-stick was £29.90 and not £39.90, like your representative Jaquline told me, on Saturday.
When asked her, later that day, what the insurance was about.

She said it was part of a 'package'.
I checked your website, and it mentions no such package.
It says this item is for sale for £29.90.
So this was fraud, I think.

I'm an economist, and have learned about business-law, and from what I remember, from this module, which I had in the 80's, you have to ask first, if the customer want's a product or service.
I asked for the price of the gadget, and was presented with the price of the gadget plus insurance added togheter, without exlaining that this was including insurance.
This is fraud-crime, as far as I understand it.

I went back to the shop today, and talked with Assisting Manager Steven there.
He said _I_ had to call the insurance-company within 14 days to get a refound.
I think this is very bad customer-support.

I was tricked in you T-mobile-shop and I have to clean this up myselves.
I've worked as a Shop Manager, in three supermarkets, (Rimi/ICA), in the Oslo-area, and I think this was very, very poor customer-support, from both your Jaqueline and your Steven.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, I think.
I explained to the Assistant Manager Steven that often calling a phone-number like that is expensive, and it would probably cost me around £10 to get the £10 refund.

He didn't offer to call the insurance-company himselves, from the shop.
This was so poor customer-support I think.
On top of the fraud and lieing from Jaqueline.
To use modern language, I think your custommer-support suck.

I asked the Assistant Manager to get the e-mail addresse to T-Mobile UK and the insurance company.
    He couldn't give me eighter.
He just tried to steal my pen, and stood there with tears almost in his eyes, but didn't appologise, for the fraud by Jaqueline there, on Saturday.

It's like your shop is full of criiminals I think, who have no idea about manners or customer-support.
I think how your shops in the UK are threating customers is shocking.

As a person who have worked with customer-suppport and shop-running for around 20 years, I think this was way, way below the standard one should expect from big companies like T-mobile/Deutche Telekom.
    Is this your standard custommer-support?
    Don't you aim higher?
I'm going to warn people, on my blog, about that T-Mobile have bad custommer-support.

And I forward this e-mail to the Police who should really investigate this as fraud, I think.

Even if they probably have enough to do with criminals on the streets, but it seems T-Mobiles hires criminals, so to give the Police even more to do.

    With very disapointed regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

today I went to the shopping-centre Bridges in Sunderland to buy a mobile broadband gadget.
I first went to Carphone Warehouse, and I found the gadget I wanted in their advertising-folder, and was stopped by a man in the shop, before I got to the check-out, he wondered what I was buying and I showed him the picture.

He said they were going to get them on Monday, but didn't have them in the shop now.
I then went to the T-mobile shop, also at Bridges.
They wanted £40 for the same USB-stick that costs £35 at Carphone Warehouse.

I explained that I was a bit bored, so I thought it was ok to pay £5 more, since then I could have internet this weekend, and didn't have to wait untill Monday.
I was told by the woman there that I could get it less expensive, but then it was only for one month.

Later today, at the library, I saw that I had paid for insurance, that I hadn't asked for or even been informed about.
I'm an economist, from Upper Seconday school, so I know that these insurances are often unecessary, since customers are also proctected by law.

So I would have wanted this insurance, if I had been asked.
When I shopped some groceries at Tesco, then I dropped by T-mobile again, and spoke with the blonde woman there, (her intials were J. C. it says on the invoice).

She said the insurance was part of a package.
I told her I'd check you website, and read the details there, since T-mobile didn't have a folder like Carphone Warehouse.
    That I could see there.
I had to get all the information from the sales-person.
I now read on your website, that this device is only £29.90.
It doesn't say anything about a package.

So I think your saleswoman first tricked me and then lied about a package.
It should be possible to buy this item for £29.90 without insurance according to your website.
So this with a package was just some 'bullsh*t'.

I don't like to be tricked like this, and I know that the saleswoman should have asked me if I wanted insurance and not just assumed I would have it.
And she also later lied, the way I can understand it.

So I wanted to compain about this, and I want a refund for the insurance.
I like to send e-mails to 'proper' e-mail addresses.
Since then I get a copy in my e-mail programme, etc.

But I couldn't find one for the UK.

I'm also going to this shop, to complain again, next week.

But I think I also should get compensation for the time I have to spend on this.

So I hope you send me some money for the time I have to use on this.
I'm on Ladders, (even if I'm unemployed at the moment), so my time is really worth a lot of money, so I hope you send a cheque for around £200.

Really you should pay me even more, since things like this put grey hair into peoples heads.

    Hi,

I'm a quite well known earlier supermarket-manager from Norway, and have run three Rimi-shops in the Oslo-area.
I went to your Londis-shop in Ashbrooke, a couple of weeks ago, to hear if I could pay with PayZone.

They said yes, (an old man sat there, with a younger man standing behind him), but that the magnet-strip on my payment-card didn't work.
I got confirmed that they had PayZone, I pointed to a Whitephone-sticker on their door that said PayZone on it.

Then the younger Londin-staff confirmed that they had PayZone, and that the magnet-strip didn't work on my card.
    I said I'd order a new card.
Yesterday, I got the new card, from United Utilities.

Today, I went to the Londis-shop again, (it's a shop just around the corner from where I live, and I've seen that other Londis-shops have PayZone, when I tried to find the ASDA-shop here.
I'm an earlier Shop Manager, and like to look a bit in food-shops abroad, and try food they don't have in Norway).

Today I was told that the Londis-shop didn't have PayZone.
So your staf lied to me, the last time I was there.
I wanted to complain about this.

The young Pakistani man, (I think he probably was), working there today, said the manager there was named Mr. Dylan.

I went to my other local-shop, and they had PayZone, I found out, and I paid the £2 token-payment at R&D Ledger, in Worcester Street.

A thing I though was strange, the time your staff at Londis lied, was that when I went in there to pay my scheduled PayZone-bill.
A young woman with blonde hair, and in a cape, was babeling outside, something strange, and impossible to understand.

She then was standing, hiding her face, inside the Londis-shop.
    What's going on?

    Was this some Al Quaida-stuff?

I've worked as a Shop Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder, for ten years, in a busy shop-chain, ('Norways Wall Mart'), Rimi.

So I can understand when something is going on.
    What the hell was this?
I'm sorry I'm swearing, but I think that's in place here.
    Because this really sucked!

    (To use very modern language).

    mailed-bygmail.com

hide details 2:25 PM (0 minutes ago)

    Hi,

someone have sent me an e-mail which I think means that the UK Police are trying to murder me.

    (I attach this e-mail).

I also have thought about this, yesterday.

Are the British Police trying to murder me?

I want the IPCC to investigate this, and not give dispention to the Police, like you do when the Merseyside Police called me ‘Miss’, in 2007, (and 18 more compaints. After you had first upheld my Appeal. So the IPCC seems a bit corrupt to me. You also mix up the cases, lately, after the Police threw me out twice in a week, in Liverpool and Sunderland, and got the Council in Sunderland to send me to a prison-like hostel with though gay managers where the landlady says their ‘very though and very friendly’).

    1.

Someone are attacking me by sending me hundreds of spoofing e-mails daily.

I’m a well-known blogger, and I use this e-mail account for my blogg as well.

And for every e-mail like that a maniac sits somewhere hating me, I think, so I think this is serious.

The IPCC started a case against this, at the time I was evicted the second time, (From University of Sunderland).

    (And you ignored the eviction-case.

So this could have been a ‘clever’ Black Adder-ish plot by someone at the IPCC, I think).

The PSD called me on a number I hadn’t given them, and wanted to meet me one of the next days.

This could have been to murder me, and the call couldn’t have been traced, because the hostel landline was used and not my mobile.

In Liverpool the PSD sent letters about meetings, but not here in Sunderland.

So that could have been a Nazi murder-plot against me I think.

The cops who threw me out of my university-room also seemed like part of a Nazi-plot, I think.

The cop who called me at the hostel was named Malcolm, (like in Malcolm X).

I also had this problem with ‘blond square-head nazi guys’ in the Norwegian infantry, during my conscription service.

They bullied me by singing ‘workoholic’ in my face.

This means nazis think I’m a ‘nigger’ since I’m ambitious and try to do my work fine, I think.

So they wanted to murder me like the african in Malcolm X, I’ve been suspecting a bit.

I think the sqaure-head in the army, in Norway, (a guy who became ombud for soliders in my platoon, Bakke, I think his name was, he was second-team-‘fuhrer’ in the cannon-team).

I think he could be linked with the Northumbria cop Nazis or someone (the Illuminati?, since my grandmother was after King David etc, and Faraos, and I have crusaders Order of St John in my fathers new family), could be playing games.

I don’t want to be part of this game, with people playing with my life.

I’m not a phoney guy and I don’t want to be part of any games like this.

    2.

On Saturday, I went home from updating my blog at the library, and two cars chased by police almost drove me down.

This was in Sunderland City Centre/Asbrooke.

It’s a street there with two lanes in the same direction.

And the pavement crosses that street in a turn.

And there are no traffic-lights or zebra crossings.

So this could have been some Taliban-plot, I’ve suspected.

I’ve seen Taliban-like patrols in this area, after I was at Lidl in Grangetown once.

I’ve also seen Taliban-like groups by the University-reception.

If you have Taliban-controled areas in the UK, then you should tell, so that Norwegians could understand.

I’ve lived in the West all my life and have no interest in suddently living in an area which is like Afganistan.

Should be openes in society I think.

Or else it’s alianating Norwegians, (and others), who aren’t in the underworld.

    Regards,

    Hei,

Klagen paa Tingretten i Drammen faar bli punkt 4 da.

    For aa fleipe litt.

    To: Solvit Norway

    Hei,

    1. Tingretten i Larvik

    Mvh.

    Hi,

the Council are charging me for Council-tax, (around £511), which I’ve paid to Jacobs Bailiff, in Birkenhead, (like the Council asked me to).

    Regards,

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your email. You still need to complain to the council first I’m afraid. If you would like to discuss the complaints process in more detail you can contact the advice team on 0300 0610614 and an advisor will try and help you.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

I was wondering, before I contact the Council.

Are you aware of that the Parliamentary Ombudsman refered me to the LGO?

I’ve already had a complaint from before, against the Liverpool City Council, and then I just sent e-mails, by the way.

Thanks in advance for clearing up about this!
    Yours sincerely,

    Dear Mr Ribsskog,
Thank you for your complaint against Liverpool City Council (the “Council”).
The law says that, before investigating a complaint, the Ombudsman must normally be satisfied that the Council knows about the complaint and has been given the opportunity to investigate and to reply. Usually, you need to put your complaint through all stages of the Council ’s own complaints process before the Ombudsman can look at it. The attached fact sheet explains this in greater detail.
From the information you have provided it is not clear whether your complaint has been through the Council ’s complaints process. If you have not yet done so, I suggest that you now make a formal complaint, in writing, to the chief executive of the Council. If you are still dissatisfied at the end of the process, you may complain to the Ombudsman.
If you feel that your complaint has already completed the Council ’s complaints process, please call the Advice Team on the number above. It would help if you have with you the Council ’s written response to your complaint when you call as our Adviser will ask you some questions about what the letter says.
I hope this is of assistance. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you will make a complaint to the Council, and we will not contact you again.

    Yours sincerely
