And come to think of it.

The Landlord first said the rent was £520 pounds a month.

And I tried to pay that, when I worked for Arvato, in the Cunard Building, on behalf of Microsoft.

But then I was self-employed, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, and then I was under-paid, and sometimes couldn't afford to pay all the rent, but at this time, (in 2007 and 2008), also the boiler wasn't fixed even if I reminded the Landlord many times.

Then, I was unemployed, at the end of 2008.

And then the Council didn't want to pay the Landlord £520 in Housing Benefit, but set the Housing Benefit to around £330.

And at the beginning of this year, I think it was, this war reset to around £390.

So my arrears from last year, which the Landlord and the Council use as excuse, to patronise me, and Mr. Nugent at the Council now calls it 'safe-garding'.

That's insane, I'd say.

Because those arrears are due to that the Council don't think the rent should be more than around £330.

So Mr. Nugent, at the Council, must be a mafia-guy, or something, the way he twists on it, I suspect now.

So this is just a constructed case, I'd say.

On top of this, the Landlord just mess with me, and don't repairs and lie about the garbage-throwing arrangement.

And don't stick to procedure, (the don't have a possessioning order), when they want to throw me out.

So this process is just a joke, from the Landlord and the Council, I'd say.

Government have no respect for me, and have just been fucking me around for years.

Now I've had enough.

I'm just going to by a new axe, and kill anyone who goes into my appartment or try to change the lock.

It's the only way to stop this madness from the governments of Norway, USA and UK, etc., I think.

You at the County Court now have a choice, do you want to tell this landlord or undercover cop, or what he is, to stick to procedures, or do you want this to escalate in the way I've mentioned above?

Just trying to level.

Hi,

this Landlord wants to throw me out, without a possesioning order.

And they have done disrepair, like not fixing the boiler for two years, and not fixing the washing machine.

I've therefore kept some of the rent, and now the Council, (Benefit Officer A. Knight, in a letter from 16/3), is patronising me, and says the Council have to send the Landlord the Housing Benefit directly, since I have arrears.

But there's a reason I have arrears, I have a big case against the Landlord, for many instanses of disrepair, lying about the garbage-throwing arrangement etc.

I would have wanted to settle it in court, how much I owe this Landlord, or they owe me, before the Council starts messing with my Housing Benefit, and patronise me.

I'm a business-man, an academic, an IT-expert, a commerce & office, marketing and Information-management expert, I'm an infantry and home defence veteran from Norway, I've been in politics, in Norway, I'm an earlier shop manager, I'm a shooter.

(And now also a refugee and blog-writer, from Norway, since I don't get my rights, by the Norwegian government, after overhearing I'm followed by the 'mafian' there, (noone wants to tell me who this mafia is), and after someone tried to murder me).

And I don't like to be patronised like this.

Like the Council and the Landlord are doing against me.

I want to settle this in court like adults and civilised people.

I hope the HM County Court can please advice me how I should go forward, to settle this in court and not in the stair-case of Hope Chambers.

Ja, nå leste jeg det brevet på nytt.

Og det det egentlig står, er at de _ikke_ vil stenge den gata likevel.

Fordi at majoriteten av tilbakemeldingene, fra beboerne, i området, (sånne som meg), var negative.

Grunnen til at de ville stenge var pga. trafikksikkerheten, virker det som.

(Og det krysset kan også være ganske farlig, har jeg merket, når jeg for eksempel har gått for å betale leia, hos the Landlord.

Her i England, så er det fotgjengere som har vikeplikt, og ikke bilistene, kan det ihverfall virke som.

(Og det mener jeg også at jeg har lest om en gang vel.

I en avis, eller noe, vel).

Man må ihvertfall se seg mye bedre for, som fotgjenger, i England, enn i Norge, synes jeg.

Siden fotgjengere vel har vikeplikt og også siden bilene kjører på venstre side, noe som jeg synes at noen ganger er litt uvant, som nordmann, som fotgjenger, her i England.

F.eks. på 80/90-tallet, da jeg var mye på ferie og språkskole, i Brighton, så skjedde det vel ihvertfall en gang, at jeg bare gikk rett ut i gata, etter å ha sett meg til feil side, pga. uvane etter å ha vært fotgjenger i Oslo osv., kanskje).

Så sånn er det.

Så her i England, så hører faktisk kommunen på hva innbygerne mener, (kan det virke som).

Hi,

after a rethink, I've decided, that I have to send this to the top, to you, the Leader of Liverpool City Council, since I'm having problems with that several of your employees, are acting unconventional.

It's the Disrepair Inspector, who was here, at my flat, (Flat 3, 5 Leather Lane, L2 2AE, Liverpool), who haven't sent me anything in writing, following his visit here, about a month ago.

(Even if I've sent reminders).

Also the Housing Benefit-department, is sending my Housing Benefit to my Landlord, even if I wanted it sent to me, since my Landlord don't to repairs, so I have had to buy new washing-machines etc., when they don't repair what's broken.

Also, Alex Danylko, don't reply in writing, when I send the noise-form about the neighbour-disco, G-bar, to him.

But he wants me to call an ASBO-unit, you have, on 233 3001.

I almost smell a plot here.

Have my Landlord turned the Council against me?

Are you allowed to have secret processes?

Why is the Council acting so strange and unconventinal.

I would have needed a fast reply, since my Landlord threathen to throw me out, before 4/4.

(Even if they haven told me about any contact with the County Cort, which they would have needed to contact, according to information I've found on the internet).

This seems like a Stalinistic process, more or less, to me, from the Council, and my Landlord, (Imperial Properties/T.J. Thomas).

What's going on here?

I've overheard in Norway, in 2003 and 2004, that I'm followed by some 'mafian' there.

I've also attempted to be murdered, in Kvelde, in Norway, in 2005.

(The Police don't want to investigate or clearify to me, about what's going on).

I've also found I have the Order of St. John, in my extended family, in an online newspaper-archive, for the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten, and am wondering if they are setting me up, due to something from my childhood, or since I'm after Plantagenet and the old Danish Kings, so the nobles in that order would maybe be jealous, and feel not so fine, in comparason.

can the Landlord just throw me out like this?

I think they are unreasonable, since I'¨ve let Liverpool City Council send

my housing benefit directly to them, so they aren't going to get more economical

problems due to this case.

Also they are slow with repairs, they used one to two years, to fix the

boiler, so even if I have arrears, it isn't just me who haven't fullfilled my

obligations, in this case, it's also the Landlord.

The Landlord also lies, and say the bins are accessable 24 hours, while

they are only accessable when the neighbour restaurant is open, since the bin

store is at their premesiss.

I think I'm being unfairly threated here.

It's like the Landlord get's to have their cake, and eat it to.

(They get away with not doing repairs etc., and still threaten to throw me

out).

What are my rights in this?

Can they just throw me out, when we have a dispute like this.

(I also have a case against them, I mean, due to disrepair).

Hi,

I would like to complain about Mr. Grimes, at T.J. Thomas/Imperial Properties.

He says the bins are accessable 24 hourse, where as they are only accessable when the neighbour restaurant is open.

Also he tries to throw me out, without a possession-order, (like I've read on the internet, that one needs).

Also this is after I've agreed to let the Council send you the Housing Benefit directly.

(I'm also sending a copy of this e-mail to the Council. To Mr. Anthony Nugent, who deals with the Housing Benefit-case).

Last year, (or the year before), I removed the door between the living room and the kitchen, since it wasn't any heating in the kitchen.

And when the Council came here to inspect about disrepair, I carried the door, to the bin store, belonging to the Lady of Mann restaurant, and Rigby's Pub.

So that the flat would look representable, before the Council-inspector, arrived here at the flat.

Then I met the guy in flat 4, John, I think, in the stair-case, and he offered to help me carry the door.

(He tought I was taking it upstairs, but I haven't been informed that there's a storage further upstairs in the building, so I carried it to the bin-store).

I'm used to carry things like that, since I used to help my father, as a teen-ager, to carry water-bed-parts, for his factory and shop, in Norway, when he delivered them in Oslo.

So I didn't crash into the lamp in the roof.

Yet, later this lamp, outside my flat, has moved position twice.

And is no longer working again, (as of today).

Last week, when I got home from Tesco with four bags of groceries.

Then the guy in flat 4, John, was right inside of the front-door, (where the letters are), so we 'crashed' in the front door almost.

I told him, that he should go out before I went in, because I had a lot of groceries there.

But he must have been nervous, I think now, because he was smoking, where the letters are, (inside), and blew sigarette-smoke, in my face, when we passed each-other, in the front-door.

So I want to complain about him smoking in the building.

(Shouldn't he wait until he get's outside, according the smokeing-laws in the UK?).

Is he being nervous?

Is it he who mess with the lamp outside my flat, I'm wondering.

Just as a complaint.

I've contacted the Council, Mr. Nugent, about your threat of throwing me out.

I haven't got anywhere to move, and I don't think you can just throw me out like this.

I'm trying to be reasonable, and have let the Council send the Housing Benefit directly to you.

Still you want to throw me out.

Here, it's something wrong, I reackon.

Is it something with the guy in flat 4?

What's going on.

Why do you have this hate towards me.

I'm not going to let anyone throw me out, before I see a posessioning order.

And I'm going to level with the County Court, about all the problems that has been from your company, with disrepair and lies about the garbage throwing arrangement, etc.

So please, let ut do this the normal way, through the County Court.

Please stop with this 'silly business' of Mr. Grimes, with the 'counthdown' and all.
