While I'm a bit sick of hand-washing my clothes, so I think I'm going to order a portable washing-machine, when I get my job-seekers allowance, on Tuesday. And then I really have everything I need. I can just buy more furniture later, if I need it, I thought. This is how I've planned it. I haven't been under care, and I'm not being resettled, so I think it's a bit embarrasing with this Community Care Grant. So I thought I'd try to get by on my jobseekers-allowance. The reason I paid the £12.92 with my rent payment card, is because this is for two weeks service-charge, which I thought I'd pay fourthnightly. I could apply for a Community Care Grant, like you suggested, because I could need to get some more furniture etc., here. Since I'm unemployed it takes me some time to get all the furniture and I'm wondering about buying a used washing-machine now, (or a portable one), but a new one would have been better, of course. Also, there was a small accident with the smoke-detector, when I moved in, about a month ago. The battery was empty, so it made a noise, and when I tried to take it down, I saw that it wasn't like the smoke-detectors in Norway, because they aren't on the mains there. So the smoke-detector needs to be put back, and it was a short-circuit, (eighter from that, or from before), so one of the fuses doesn't work, (that is the lighting, in the roof), so I have to use floor-lamps to get some light here. Also the main heather in the living-room has a fault on the switch, so it's difficult to regulate the temperature. And I haven't been given the code for the gate yet. I thought I'd wait untill the housing benefit was sorted, before I reported about this, but since I got your voicemail now, I thought I'd send you an e-mail, explaing more about this, right away. Hi, I rented a flat, and got into problems, since my new job, as self-employed, didn't pay that much, in 2007 and 2008, and I got arrears. I complained because I had to walk through a restaurant to throw my garbage and it was load noise from a next-door disco, four nights a week. I didn't get a letter about a hearing in Liverpool County Court, so the Bailiff just threw me out, by using Police who removed the door to my flat. Now the Landlord don't want to give me back my deposit, and I was only alowed by Police to bring some of my stuff, from the flat, which I had to pack in ten minutes, when they threw me out. I wanted to complain about this. I don’t have a guarantor, but I have a depost, with Imperial Properties.

They didn’t need a guarantor when I rented from them, in 2006.

I live at MAS, in Rufford Road, in Fairfield, but have been told to move out, in the middle of next week, since others need the accommodation more than me.
Have a web-shop which the Jobcentre knows about, where I sell sweets from Tangerine, to Norway, and would like to live not far from Fairfield/Kensington.
Am eligable for Housing Benefit, (untill the web-shop starts running better), and get a bit more than £60 a month now in Housing Benefit, but am used to also paying service-charge, from my jobseekers allowance, so I could e.g. pay £30 a week, on top of the Housing Benefit, so that it gets to £90 a week.
