    COMPLAINT

In May, last year, I bought some strange tins with Minced meat & onion, from your

Lidl store, off London Rd., in Liverpool.

I had quite recently started in a new job then, and I was a bit stressed with the new

work, so I made the dish, and ate it, even if really tasted very strange.

I had bought the dish earlier, and I can’t remember that I thought it tasted strange then.

On 31/5, I think it must have been, I found something that looked like a few milimeters

piece of a vain or an artery.

But I don’t think it could have been from a cow, because then I think it would have had

a larger radius on the vain/artery.

Later, I’ve been wondering about if it was something strange with the Minced meat &

onion reduced price campaign, or not.

I’ve been working for many years in different food-stores myself, mostly in the Rimi

    food-store chain, in Norway.

And I remember from Rimi, when I worked as a store-manager, that we had allocated

places for where the different campaigns were to be placed.

And my impression, is that the Lidl-stores are very structured and organises.

And that the reduced price campaigns should be the same in all the different Lidl-stores.

But this, the tined Minced meat & onion, reduced price, from 59 pence to 46 pence

campaign, it was placed almost in the middle of the hall-way, were there is supposed to

be room for the trolleys to be pushed etc.

So I was wondering if this could have been some kind of unautorised campaign, and if you

think someone could have some kind of ‘fishy’ stuff in the Minced meat and onion tins?

So I would appriciate it very much, if you could have a look at this, and check if it could

have been some kind of unautoised campaign, and what the funny stuff in the tins could

    have been.

I’m going to enclose a copy of the receipt where I’ve drawn on the receipt in paint, to

    mark the specific product.

And I’ve also written a drawing in paint, explaining how the reduced price tined Minced

meat and onion campaign was placed in the hall-way, since I thought this placement

    was maybe a bit strange.

So I hope very much that you have the chance to investigate this!

Thank you very much for your help in advance!

    Yours sincerely,
