    Hi,

yes, I sent it to you since the Council pay the Housing Benefit, and since Tpas don't reply.
LHT doesn't have a general enquiry e-mail address, (like I wrote on the attached form), so I think it's a bit tricky to send regular e-mails to them.

But I hope Tpas is going to reply now.
So I forward this e-mail to them.
Since I've also complained to them about my earlier landlord, (T.J.Thomas/Imperial Properties), without getting a reply, (if I'm not mistaking).

Thanks again for informing me about this!
    Best regards,

    Hi again,

what I mean with 'no code for gate', on the form, btw.

Is that you don't use the code, on the gate, like Housing Officer Sarah told me today.

I've lived here since May, but wasn't informed about this, when moved in.

An old guy told me his code didn't work, right after I moved in.

    So I let him in.

But now understand, that was a hoax.

    Things should be proper.

Also, no electricity on meter, and no electricity-key here when moved in.

Had to wait for the electricity-key to be sent in the post from Scottish Power.

That took many days, so I had no electricity at all, the first days here, due to missing key when moved in.

Also, the woman at my induction chewed chewing-gum, in the meeting.

I'm an old Shop Manager, so sometimes notice many complaints 🙂

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I send the form on e-mail.

    Hope that's ok.

Also, smoke detector fitted in not beautiful way, I think, today, by electricitans.

    (See attached photograph).

But you don't need to send repair-people due to this.

Stressing with guys like that here, all the time.

I can try to get some paint myself on a later date.

But if you want me to explain more about the form, please just e-mail me, it a bit exhausting with officers here all the time.

I want my privacy, (which I hold dear), like I've told you earlier.

    If that's ok, please 🙂

    Hi Mr Ribsskog

Thanks for clarifying the £12.92 payment.

The service charge of £6.46 per week is actually paid by Housing Benefit so you don’t have to pay this.

I will arrange a refund of the £12.92 along with the £10.00 you paid at sign up.

    Hi,

there's really no change in my income.
Like I told the Jobcente, (in Aintree), my two small businesses don't earn any money yet.
It's just the Jobcentre playing games, it seems to me.

I've read in a newspaper archive that I have the Order of St. John in my fathers new line in Norway, so I wonder if it's them who are having 'fun' with me.
    Something like this.

At least theres no change in my income.
So I hope you can put this back like before you heard this non-sence, (I think I have to call it), from the Jobcentre, so that I don't get a problem with my Landlord.

The only change in my income now, is that the Jobcentre have stopped sending me money.
So I wonder how to pay for food and electricity.
This will run out here in a few days.

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to your letter of 3/9 which I got in the post today.
First I want to complain that I've gotten a lot of grey hairs due to your lack of communication, the last couple of days.

I signed for a payment on Thursday last week, at the Jobcentre in Aintree.
So I should have gotten that payment on Tuesday, but I didn't get it, so now I have no money.
My agreement with the Jobcentre in Aintree was that I would hear from Birkenhead and then we would take it from there.
But you have broken that agreement.
Because I was going to sign on as usual, in the mean-time.

But you messed with a payment in the meantime.
So that means you have broken an agreement and been doing fraud, (I think I have to say), and made me not get food, and made me get a lot of new grey hair, and you also made me have a protest due to the missing payment/fraud, yesterday.

You don't seem to take people serious.
It's really no change in my income.
I don't get any income from my two small businesses, since they don't earn money yet.

So this is really just dumb.
I've been told at the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq., a couple of years ago, that there is no limit on how long I can claim Jobseekers Allowance.

I asked about this since I was curious due to the Finance Crises.
But now you write about the tax-years 2006 and 2007.
I worked at Arvarto, (first for Randstand and then for Arvato), from 2005 to 2006.

And then as self-employed untill 2008.
So I have been working for many years in the UK.
So I have the right to Jobseekers Allowance like I'm from the EU, I've been told by EFTA.

What I am supposed to do now?

Your missing payment have left me with no money, and I have no income from my two businesses.

You punish me for showing initiative, and try to start businesses, I think.

My food and electricity is soon running out.
What am I supposed to do?

How can you make mistakes like this?

    Hi again,

I've also gotten a letter from the Council now, dated 3/8, regarding this debt.

So I just throw that letter now.

ok, I wasn't aware of that the Housing Benefit was being paid to my landlord.

I can't see that I've gotten some documentation about that.

Thanks again for the update about this!

    ok, I moved from
Fairfield to Walton, in the middle of May.

Perhaps that's what the Jobcentre means?

It sounds ok that you send about this to the Jobcentre again.

I didn't understand what caused this move of debt, but I guess the explanation is that I moved address.

I guess I'll hear from the Council regarding the Housing Benefit.

I'll think it's strange that this takes long time.

But it's probably a reasonable explanation for this as well.

Thanks for helping me clear up about what caused this move of debt!

    Hi,

I'm on a budget in co-operation with the CCCS.

And I usually only offer a token-payment of £1 to my creditors.

This is something called a token-payment.

And this is only untill I get a new job.

    Then I'll pay more.

This is how the CCCS has adviced me to deal with my situation as un-employed.

To make it more clear that this is only a token-payment-offer, I'll reduce my payment-offer to £1 a month, from next month.

Hope this is easier to understand now!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

Thank you for contacting my office.

Your means form is incomplete as only the first page has been received.

In any event your recent offer of payment of £ 5 per month is not acceptable as this will take 7 years to discharge the debt and recovery action may continue.

This will mean you will have to pay further costs.

Please revise your offer and provide full details of your outgoings.

If you want to discuss this further, please visit one of our One Stop Shops. You can hand in evidence/documents without an appointment or make an appointment
to see a member of staff by calling 0151-233 3016.

    Hi,

ok, I moved from Fairfield to Walton, in the middle of May.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

this debt was untill quite recently deducted from my Jobseekers Allowance with in the region of £7 a fourthnight.

I'm wondering what happened since suddently you are writing me e-mails about this debt.

    Who wanted it moved.

(I can't remember asking about this).

Also, is this some kind of warfare from the Council since I've complained about your gym, Lifestyles, to the LGO once?

You also seem to be slow with my Housing Benefit-aplication, (from May, which haven't been sorted yet, as far as I understand).
