    Hi Eric,

    that's very fine!

I just remember that the Council wanted a reply by today.
But I guess they'll get the e-mails etc.
And I think you said you were going to send them some e-mails, in the meeting last week.

So I'm not sure if I'm updated about this.
But that's alright, I'll be there on Monday so we can talk about this again.
I really think you should do the painting when the house is empty, because I know a painter in Norway, (Roger from Drammen), and he says he got brain-damage or something from the paint.

Also, how can one take a shower before a meeting if the painters are painting the bath-room?

    Just some feed-back. 🙂

But anyway I'll be at MAS on Monday at around 10 or 10.30 to discuss the housing-allowance again.

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi Erik

to inform you that the painters will be there on Monday and they will be painting peoples rooms as part of the maintenance plan for the house.

if you feel that they are blocking your way please just ask them move so that you can gain exit or access.

i hav asked you to come in to try and finalise the difficulties that the housing benefit are causing you and hopefully resolve this problem but i need to discuss this with you.

hope thats ok with you erik,

    thanks Eric houghton

    Hi,

I send an e-mail about this, since I guess you get them.

I'll be there on Monday at ten or half past ten like you say in your voicemail.

    About the needs-assessment.

(Even if the Council write they want a reply by today, and even if I thought we had had a meeting about this, on Thursday last week, and another one before that as well).

If the painters that are here now let me past them, if they're going to be here on Monday.

Are the painters going in to peoples rooms as well or only the shared rooms, by the way?

I don't think I've gotten any information about the painters, that's why I ask.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm enclosing a scanned copy of a letter, which I got in the post, from the Council, today, regarding housing-benefit.

Could you please give the letter to Mr. Eric Houghton, just to check that this is sorted.

Because I guess this has been sorted since the Council sent me the letter.

Also, I'm going to the One Stop Shop one of the next days, regarding the Property Pool-forms, which you gave me help with yesterday.

I searched on the internet, and saw that there is one in Derby Lane, which isn't that far from here, so I could try that one I thought.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I refering to your letter from 12/3, which I recieved today.
I was sent to MAS by James Wallace from Liverpool City Council, in Garston, in the end of January, after I was thrown out of the Scandinavian Church, in L1, after they broke an agreement, that I could stay untill I found something more permanent.

MAS have written to you on my behalf, so I don't know what they've written.
But it was Mr. Wallace from the Council who sent me to MAS.
(Since I didn't have any place to live).

So that the Council now doesn't want to give Housing Benefit, I think is very strange.
Maybe you could contact Mr. James Wallace at Liverpool City Council in Garston, so that he can exlain why he sent me to MAS?

I don't have any other place to stay, unfortunately, so I'm just happy having roof over my head, so to speak.
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

you write in your letter that I didn't apply for Income Support when I got the vacancy I found on the Jobcentre website, in March 2007.
This was a job working as self-employed, on behalf of a company named Packaging Europe/Positive Publications, in Norwich.

I worked from home in Liverpool, doing reserach about packaging-companies in Scandinavia.
I couldn't know then how much I was going to earn, because this job wasn't paid on a monthly basis, but I was paid for each company I did research about.

If I did this job properly then it could take me an hour, to call the company and get all the information.
And I would only get one or two pounds, for each company.
But I couldn't know in the beginning that this job wasn't paid as well as the National Minimum Income, since it wasn't paid per hour but per company one 'cleaned'.

And I'm a thorow person so I wanted to do it properly.
And I also was tired after the last job I had, in 2006, for Arvato, who I have an employement-case against.
    So I couldn't know this in 2007.

The company in Norwich gave me the impression that I would get paid like national minimum income, but I didn't.
And it isn't like I've first contacted you about this now.
I've contacted you several years ago, about the possibility of getting Income Support for the time I worked on behalf of Packaging Europe, from March 2007 to November/December 2008.

I therefore want to please escalate this to stage 2 of your complaints procedure.

Please contact me if you want me to find my initial e-mail to you about Income Support from around 2009 I guess it must have been.

    (Something like this).
I also send a copy e-mail to Packaging Europe so that you can contact them if you want to check how much, (or little), I earned in this job.
Thanks for escalating this to the next step of your complaint procedure!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to your letter, from 13/2, which I recieved earlier this week.
You write that I owe you £498.21, in council-tax.
I've written to you earlier and explained that this council-tax was from when I worked as self-employed, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, in 2007 and 2008, when I was under-paid, (I think I have to say), and should have recieved Income Support.

You have told me that my Income Support-claim was 'out of date', without explaining how the rules are for claims like this.
To just say that claims like this are 'out of date', I think is just childish.

You threaten my with court-proceedings, which I think is a scandal, since I have explained to you, that I really should have gotten income support, at this time, from when your council-tax-clam dates.

So I wanted to comlain about this again.
I've tried to send about this to the UN, etc., but they don't reply eighter.
But I'm trying to update them again.

Please tell me where I can find the laws which say that my income-support-claim, (which I've sent about a couple of years ago now, to you, I think it must be), is 'out of date'.

    Erik Ribsskog

But this takes a while, due to that I've recently switched to a new Jobcentre.
When I get this proof of benefits, then I think M.A.S. are going to contact the Council, regarding Housing Benefit, (if I haven't got myself a new job in the mean-time).

    Thanks again for the e-mail!
