Subject: Complaint about obstruction of garbage-bins

    Hi,

I wanted to complain about that today the access to the garbage bins, (the Landlord, Imperial Property), says I have to throw my gargage, in the bin-store at the Lady of Mann, (earlier the Courtyard), restaurant.

But today the passage was obstructed, so I could not throw the garbage, in the purple bins there, like the young 'fatty woman', (I think I have to call her), working at the restaurant tells me to.

I wonder if it's anything the Council can do about this, and attach digital photographs showing the obstruction.

I send copy e-mails to the Landlord and the County Court, since there's a dispute between the Landlord and me regarding the bin-store, my Landlord says it's accessable 24 hours, where as I say it's accessable only during the resturant opening hours, and that theres sometimes a lot of people there, and that the bins should perpaps be in Leather Lane, on public property, because I think this garbage-throwing-arrangement, is a bit degrading, for tenants, since they have to walk passed indifferent rich people, eating an expensive dinner, when the tenants themselves can't afford their own flat, but have to have a Landlord who lies about the garbage-arrangement. Something like this).

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

thank you very much for explaining about this!

I have been unemployed, during the recetion now, since November 2008, so I think it's a bit strange, that you did this change with the debt now, after I've been unemployed for more than two years.

But at least I've got that explained now, so that's ok, I guess.
What initisiated this, from me, was that I think I perhaps should have had Income Support, (and perhaps Council Tax-benefit and Housing Allowance), from when I worked as self-employed, as a Company Researcher, on behalf of Packaging Europe, in Norwich, from March 2007 to November 2008.

Could you please tell me if it's to late for me, to apply for Income Support, for the years 2007 and 2008 now?
(Since I think I perhaps was a bit under-paid at Packaging Europe.

If one did the research as thorow as one were told, then one would use hours on one company, (at least in the start), and only gotten paid around £1).

Where as agencies they used must have had another work-instrucs/tariff, I think, since they only added one product, for each company, (I noticed when I reviewed them), when they were meant to put all the products the packaging-company sold, on the database.

Anyhow, I don't think I got the equivalent of minimum-wage in this job.
But I send a copy e-mail to the Jobcentre, since I guess they are the right organisation to bring this up with.

    Thanks again for clarifying this!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

Thank you for your recent email regarding your Council Tax account arrears.

The balance indicated (£532.21) is the total debt outstanding on your account, for the 2007/08 and 2008/09 financial years.

Only the 2007/08 debt had been passed to the bailiffs for recovery: taking into account the payments you have already made, the balance on that part of the debt is the lower amount of £36.50.

It is the Authority's standard policy, when it is confirmed a debtor is in receipt of an appropriate State Benefit, to recall from the bailiffs and set for direct deductions from that benefit. This falls in line with the Authority's anti-poverty strategy policy, where we avoid the most vulnerable citizens incurring additional costs and fees, and are able to set up an affordable and secure repayment arrangement.

I trust this reply is satisfactory. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

    Hi,

in your letter, from 5/4, you write that you've stopped the Housing Allowance, to the Landlord, and finish your letter with 'Please let me know when you would like payments to commence again'.

Now, I think this is under control, since it's with the County Court, and I've asked the Council, to start sending the Housing Allowance, to the Landlord again, to pay the washing-company, etc.

(Since I try to calm this down a bit, I don't want to make to much out of this).
But also, the Landlord, hasn't put on the statement, earlier Housing Allowance, which they have collected at my door, (by a employee called George), for some reason, for a lot of months after I used some on the housing allowance on a new washing machine, from Argos, since the landlord didn't fix the old one, when it was broken.

These money, collected by George, must have been many thousand pounds, and I've sent the Council, the Landlord and the County Court evidence, on that those money haven't been put on the statement from the Landlord, where the Landlord claims I have much more arrears than I really have.

The other day, I got a new letter from the landlord, where the arrears-figure still hasn't been corected.
They also inform me, that the Council haven't started sending the Housing Benefit again.

    How can this be?

I've informed the Council that I want the Housing Benefit-payments to the Landlord, to start again.

(Even if I don't agree with that they were stopped being sent to me, so that I could buy washing-machines etc., if the Landlord didn't fix the old one, when it was broken).

Could I please ask you why the Council haven't started sending the Housing Benefit to the Landlord again?

(I also send copy e-mails, to the County Court, since the dispute over the arrears etc., is going to be dealt with by them. And to the Landlord, to update them, since they send me letters).

    Hope this is alright.
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
I attach the latest letter from the Landlord which I received on Saturday, I think it must have been.

    Hi,

today I received a new letter under the door, from the Landlord.
I've sent you evidence about that the arrears-figure, which the Landlord operate with, is much to high.

(The haven't added the rent collected by their employee George, on my door, in the months before September, last year, when I started going to their office in Weaverthree again, since their employee George, 'never' turned up on the agreed date).

I know from working as a Shop Mangager, in a big retail-chain, Rimi, in Norway, that buildings have a lot of expenses, for things like cleaning, etc.
So even the statement from the Landlord is very inacurate, and has much to much arrears on it.

Even so, I would think it would be fair to let the Landlord have the Housing Allowance, so that they can pay the washing-company, etc.
Hope you agree with me on this.

(So that they don't go bankrupt, I mean).
I'm now going on a work-programme, with the Jobcentre, so I reakon I'll get a job soon, and can pay the rent myself.

(And the recetion also seems to be better now, I think, so I should get a new job soon I think).
I attach the letter and statement from the Landlord, which I recieved today, on my door, where they wonder about the Housing Benefit, since they haven't gotten that since April.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

thank you for your letter of 14/6.
I can't see that there's a contradiction between resuming the Landlord-payments and claiming that the statements from the Landlord are wrong.

This is two different cases I think.
Which evidence is it that you want to see?
When you stopped the payments I was told just to tell you, when I wanted them to start again.

This is now with the Liverpool County Court, and I've provided evidence on the statements being wrong to them.
I can forward you my last e-mail to them.

    Hi,

today when I got home from Tesco, at around 10 pm., a lesiban couple, (I think it was), sat on the doorstep to my building.
One looked masculine and frisked me, to see if I had a gun, I think, while I had to help the other woman move from the stairs to get her to let me pass into the building I live in.

There are often people from the discos in Eberle St., in Leather Lane at night, I've noticed, often using drugs.
But untill now they haven't obstructed the door into the building I live in.

I wanted to complain about this.
I also send a copy e-mail to the police, in case this is a case for them.
I attach a picture, (which isn't very clear, but anyway), of the woman sitting on the stairs to my bulding.

(Some photoshop-experts or something might be able to add light to that picture, I would perhaps think).
Just thought it was strange that the woman would frisk me.
Maybe this is a muslim attack, I'm wondering, like Al Quaida, since my sister in Oslo, has been with several muslims there, and I've had several muslim collegues at work there, in Oslo.

    Hope this is alright.
    Best regards,

I attach a letter from the Jobcentre, which shows that the Council Tax-arrears I had, were only £33.10, (and not £532.21 like you write).
Why did you move this debt from the Bailiff to the Jobcentre?

I had paid every payment on time, to the Bailiff.
I can't understand why you did this.
Could you please be kind and inform me more about this decition?

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
The arrears have now been recalled from the bailiff and a request has been made for direct deductions from your benefit , a total balance of £532.21 remains payable.

As you can see of the attached letter from the Bailiff, the balance as of January this year, was £126.50.
(And now it should be only around £20).

I've been paying every payment of time.
There's absolutely no reason for why you should recall this debt from the bailiff.
This is a hoax, and I send about it to the police as a report of fraud-crime.

    Hi,

this is the e-mail I mentioned in my e-mail earlier today, where I send evidence to the County Court, about that the statements from the Landlord are wrong,
(their representative George, wanted to collect the rent, on my door, for around a year, money which isn't on the statement. It must be thousands of pounds, even if George almost never showed up, on the agreed date, (so I got tense and used to much money on comfort food, so I was really terrorised, but he's stopped showing up here now), and I also had to use from the Housing Benefit to buy a washing machine and dish washer since the Landlord never did repairs, and also furniture, since the flat wasn't properly furnitured, with bedroom tables in the living room etc, and only a coffee-table and two small sofas, that was all the living room furniture).

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to your letter under my door today.
The County Court haven't replied but I sent them an appeal, on the day the Court Order got to my flat.
I also dispute the figures you write.

There has been a person name George sent here by Lorna, who have collected the rent, for around half a year.
Figures which you haven't put on the statement.
I've also paid for a washing machine, furniture and a dish-washer, since you don't do repairs, (or wait for years with doing them).

You also waited for two years with repairing the boiler.
I've lived here for five years now, so I think there should have been a court-hearing.
This has not been told to me, that this is short-term rent.

You lie about the garbage-throwing arrangement, and says it's open 24/7, while it's in the bin-store of a neighbour resturant, only open their opening hours, and one have to walk past a lot of guests eating dinner or drinking there, to throw ones garbage.

You also kept my original of my last tenancy-reference, from Mandeville St.
This was explotation I think, why did Mr. Grimes want the original and not a copy?
The court are sending fake e-mails, so it's not easy to deal with them.

I own some property in Norway, in a co-ownership with some relatives there, which I've contacted a laywer about that I want to sell.
So I have money, but not at the moment.

But I think the rent claim is to high.

I think I have receipts and even a picture of George, showing that he has collected the rent here.
Why haven't you put these money on the statement?

    This must be fraud.
I also send about this to the law firm in Norway and the police and the Norwegian embassy.
    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.
Now I found on my blog, copies of recepts, from George, (who never was here on the dates agreed but often later. I did not ask him to go here, but I complained about Lorna there, since she never got the boiler ordered fixed, and I didn't have hot-water for two years).

I attach copies of these recepts, (which are only a few, that I found on my blog just now).
    PS 2.
So I'll await the result of my appeal, sent to the County Court, the week before last.

Then I'll decide what to do, when I receive that correspondence from the court.
    Hope this is alright!
