    Hi,
I sent the Benefit Service an e-mail on 26/2. That was regarding a case with your ref: 10055749.
And the later e-mails were meant as updates regarding that e-mail/case.
Hope this is possible to understand! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

the ICE-cases were a few years back.

They called me when I was at Tesco in Liverpool One, (instead of

    contacting me in writing).

And they broke the complaints into elements, (I think they called it),

and after they had shuffeled/shufled the complaints, then the

compaints no longer have the same meaning.

I tried to get them to change the meaning of the complaint back.

    But they were 'deaf'.

So it's like they send the complaints to the Jobcentre in Moscow, or something.

And therefore need to write the complaints in some kind of simple English.

So that they should be easy to translate to Russian or Albanian, or something.

It's just very ridiculus, I think, and it makes it pointless to

escalate jobcentre-complainst to ICE; I think.

So I have stopped sending them to ICE for a few years now, (if I

    remember it right).

    Best regards,

Hi, I’m refering to your letter from 24/2, which I recieved in the post today, (and attach). There are no change in my income, like I’ve explained in the forwareded e-mail:
What has happend was that I sent a Personal Advisor, at Aintree Jobcentre, (Sarah Bamber), some e-mails about job-seeking. Then the police were here two days in a row, first warning me and then
arresting me, for having been writing love-letters to the mention government-employee. It’s a complete lie, but noone seems to care. They, (the Police), also stole my computer.
Then they banned me from my five closest jobcentres. Then they say I haven’t sent my jobseekers-diary. Even if I have a photograph, (on my blog), where I post the letter.
A lie again. And I sent them e-mails about the missing payments, on Thursday last week, (two days after I should have recieved the payment), and I went to Edge Hill Jobcentre, (one hours walk, my old jobcentre), on Friday.
But then the Jobcentre had closed my claim, three days after I was supposed to have recieved the payment. And even if I had called Birkenhead Benefit Centre, on Thursday last week, and also sent an e-mail on Thursday last week, to the
Jobcentre’s general enquiry e-mail address. HM R&C don’t have an e-mail-address. So I also send about this to you, (since I can’t e-mail them). Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog
PS. I’m also attaching the letter from the Jobcentre, (I got three letters from them in the post today), where they write I haven’t attended to
sign my declaration. But like I’ve mentioned above, they had banned me, from Aintree Jobcentre, so I couldn’t go there, (I would have been arrested, I guess. So this doesn’t make much sense).
The Jobcentre sent me a declaration-form, a jobseekers diary-form, and a ‘stamped’ envelope. Which I returned to them, (I put it in a Royal Mail post-case), on Thursday last week.
So I haved done my part here. But the Jobcentre are on a crusade against me, (or a war against me), it seems. And they just produce a lot of lies, it seems. This has been going on for years, since I became unemployed, in 2006.
They are perhaps trying to ‘cover up’ for Arvato, since I have an employment-case against them, from 2006, I’m wondering. But they are distroying my reputation and life with their lies and
plots, (I think I have to call it). I worked on behalf of Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, so this might be some American inteligence, who use sophisticated methods to try to terminate me, or something like that, it could perhaps
seems. Something like that. Hm. Or some mafia or something. Who knows. ———- Forwarded message ———- From: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com> Date: Wed, Feb 26, 2014 at 10:21 PM Subject: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: E-mail address for HM Revenue & Customs To: Phso Enquiries <phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk>

Hi, this letter I got in the post today, (from the Jobcentre). It doesn’t make any sense to me. It says, (on part 3), ‘To the new employer’. But I haven’t hired any new employer.
(My web-shops are like hobbies and I’m not going to need to hire anyone in the near future, at least, it seems). What has happend was that I sent a Personal Advisor, at Aintree

Hi, I’m refering to your letter from 25/2 which I recieved today.
You write that I have not shown good cause for the delay in making my claim. But like I write to you, in the forwarded e-mail, from 21/2, I sent
you a letter, on Thursday 13/2, which contained some forms you had sent me, (a jobseekers diary-form and a signature-form). I had filled out both forms, and I sent them in a pre-franked
envelope, which the Jobcentre had sent me, together with the mentioned
    forms.
So I did this the way the Jobcentre wanted me to, I did. So you have poor routines then, if you don’t get the forms, I think. And then you punish me, (by not sending me the allowance), even if the problem here really is with the Jobcentre and your routines. This is what we call ‘goddagmann økseskaft’, in Norway, it means that
your writings don’t make any sense and that you show poor judgement when you make this desition. I’ve even e-mailed you a digital photograph, which I had on my blog,
(and on Flicker), since Sunday 16/2 or Monday 17/2, where I show, that
I send the letter. So I think I’ve showed in a very fine way, that I’ve actually sent you the forms, (where I show I’ve done my job-search), and done my part
here. So your desition, (to not pay me my jobseekers-allowance), seemes very
unreasonable and unfair to me. So this I wanted to complain about.

Hi, today I walked to the Jobcentre in Edge Hill/Kensington. (Since I’m not banned from that Jobcentre, and only have six pence left of calling-time on my mobile). I spoke with John in the reception there. He told me you hadn’t recieved my letter, with my job-seeking-diary,
for the sign-on, which was scheduled on Thursday last week.
So you had closed my claim, John said. I attach digital photographs, which shows, that I sent the letter, on
Thursday last week, (these photographs have been on my blog, since
Sunday). So it isn’t right that I haven’t done my part here.
You have also banned me from five job-centres, (so I had to walk for
one hour, to get to a Jobcentre I wasn’t banned from), due to
something which is invented. I have not sent love-letters to bureaucrats.
Not to my Personal Advisor Sarah Bamber or to the one at Ingeus,
(which you Brits acuse me of). This must be some kind of vicous mafia-attack or sophisticated murder-attempt. The Personal Advisor put me under pressure, to use from my allowance, to buy Learn Direct-courses. So now I have no savings for food, etc. Then you invent some phoney love-letters. You get me arrested. And then you say I haven’t sent the jobseekers-diary and the sign-on-form.
You are so full of lies. This is a terror-attack. Is this the Al Quaida who has taken over the UK. I warn a lot of other people, which I copy my e-mails to, but I get no replies. It’s like everone are in the Al Quaida, or something like that.

<norconsulate@itcgm.co.uk>, billing@spexhost.com Hi, I haven’t gotten a reply, but I send an update. I called Birkenhead Benefit Centre now, at 0845.608.8529, and got to
speak with Stuart, in a call-centre in Manchester, (I think it was).
He asked me when I signed in last. I explained that I was banned for some ‘funny stuff’, and that I had
sent you a letter with my jobseekers diary, a week ago, this
afternoon. Stuart said it was nothing about my sign-on on Thursday 13th of February, on the Jobcentre computer-system. He adviced me to call my jobcentre, and tell them to contact the
Benefit Centre, to get a same day-payment. I told him I was banned. But he still thought I could call them.
I then found the number 0845.608.3719, for Aintree Jobcentre, on the internet. But then I didn’t get throught to Aintree Jobcente, (I think I just
ended up at the Benefit Centre again), and now I only have 6 pence credit on my mobile. So I’m planning to my old jobcentre in Edge Hill, (I think it’s
called), tomorrow, (because I don’t think I’m banned from there). Because the Jobcentre use ten days to look at e-mails I think I’ve been told earlier. I sent the jobseeker-diary, and another form, (where I signed for the
payment), in the post, around 4.30 PM, on Thursday a week ago. This was some forms, which Aintree Jobcentre had sent me in the post, (for me to send back in the post), due to the mentioned ban. So maybe the postman have been curious about my letter? I’ve earlier notices that packets from my web-shop to Norway have
disappeared, (it seems from a custommer in Norway, and one in the USA, last year, or so). So there is perhaps a problem with Royal Main? Regards, Erik Ribsskog

<norconsulate@itcgm.co.uk> Hi, I was supposed to receive my job-seekers-allowance on Tuesday. But you havn’t sent it, (for some reason), it seems. At the same time, you’ve put me under preasure, (by use of Personal Advisor), to use my last savings on courses, (so I have no money for
food now). And not enough with that. But you have also claimed that I have sent love-letters to some of
your bureucrats, and you have gotten me arrested and banned from the five jobcentres, which are closes to where I live. And you have also removed the telephones from the jobcentres. Is this some kind of sophisticated murder-attempt? What’s going on with my jobseekers-allowance?

Hi, I also send this e-mail, to the Benefit Service. I think it’s fine if they get updated, about the problems, at the Jobcentre. The Jobcentre send them wrong information, all the time.
And it has been a lof of ‘funny stuff’ going on, at the Jobcentre, I think. I don’t want to get a poor reputation, due to that the Jobcentre are incompetent, (or full of ‘phonies’, it could seem).
So I also forward about this to you at the Council. Hope this is alright!
    Best regards, Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
When I worked at Arvato, (some years ago), I also got training from East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
So I’m more or less a collegue, of you, who are working at Liverpool City Council. So I think it’s a bit fun, to send about relevant ‘stuff’, also to my fine collegues there, at Liverpool Council.
(SInce I remember how it was to get training-calls, about the bins, etc.
From when I worked in the Cunard Building).
    Hope this is alright!

    Hi,

the ICE-cases were a few years back.

    Hi,
I meant to update the Council about the problems with the Jobcentre and the jobseekers-allowance. Since you at the Council have gotten som wrong information, from the Jobcentre, regarding ‘changes’ in my employment-status.
(It’s really that the Jobcentre have ‘lost’ a letter, which I’ve sent them). Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

My next meetings are at 31/3 and 1/4, and I was wondering if I would
recieve the missing jobseekers-allowance, before those meetings. (Because I’m a bit low on food, and would need money for the
    train-tickets to Huyton, as well).
Gary told me to send you an e-mail about this. And said he would try to get me sent the Jobseekers-allowance quite
quick, (or something like that). So I’m sending you this e-mail as agreed.
Hope this is alright! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

    Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I also got a letter from LHT in the post today. It’s about the rent. It’s six pages about the service charge, and more. However, it isn’t clear to me if they’ve changed it, with the gas again. When I moved in here, in 2012, then I didn’t have to pay for the gas, (but it was included, in the Housing Benefit). Then last year, (I think it must have been), LHT wanted me to pay £6.24 per week, for ‘personal gas’, (like they re-named the gas to, if I remember it right), from my jobseekers allowance. However, this time, it is a lot of writings, about service charge, but it isn’t written about who’s supposed to pay it. So I can’t say that this seems clear to me. So I thought I could send an e-mail, to you at the Council, (and the LHT), about this. Hope this is alright! It doesn’t make any sense to me. It says, (on part 3), ‘To the new employer’. But I haven’t hired any new employer. (My web-shops are like hobbies and I’m not going to need to hire anyone in the near future, at least, it seems). What has happend was that I sent a Personal Advisor, at Aintree Jobcentre, (Sarah Bamber), some e-mails about job-seeking. Then the police were here two days in a row, first warning me and then arresting me, for having been writing love-letters to the mention government-employee. And even if I had called Birkenhead Benefit Centre, on Thursday last week, and also sent an e-mail on Thursday last week, to the Jobcentre’s general enquiry e-mail address. HM R&C don’t have an e-mail-address. So I also send about this to you, (since I can’t e-mail them). Hope this is alright! Hi, I’m refering to your letter from 24/2, which I recieved in the post today, (and attach). There are no change in my income, like I’ve explained in the forwareded e-mail: What has happend was that I sent a Personal Advisor, at Aintree Jobcentre, (Sarah Bamber), some e-mails about job-seeking. Then the police were here two days in a row, first warning me and then arresting me, for having been writing love-letters to the mention government-employee. It’s a complete lie, but noone seems to care. They, (the Police), also stole my computer. Then they banned me from my five closest jobcentres. Then they say I haven’t sent my jobseekers-diary. But then the Jobcentre had closed my claim, three days after I was supposed to have recieved the payment. Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. I’m also attaching the letter from the Jobcentre, (I got three letters from them in the post today), where they write I haven’t attended to sign my declaration. But they are distroying my reputation and life with their lies and plots, (I think I have to call it). I worked on behalf of Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, so this might be some American inteligence, who use sophisticated methods to try to terminate me, or something like that, it could perhaps seems.
