    Update about leakage

Erik Ribsskog Wed, Jul 16, 2014 at 8:09 PM

    To: LHT Customer Service

    Cc: Runcorn Office , Info

    Hi,

I send an update about the leakage, which I spotted, today.

It was a problem with the sealing, the plumber, (Lee from HPH), said.

I called Karen at 0300 555 0131 about this, at about 6.30 PM.

Earlier today, I went to LHT, in Walton Road, and got to borrow a
phone, that they had on a table there.

And I liftet the phone, and dialed ‘1’ for repairs.

And got to speak with Alex, (at around 2.30 PM).

Alex said that the normal office, should have taken the call, (I later
spotted on the internet, that your normal office is closed for
staff-training, for some hours each Wednesday afternoon).

But he also said he would get a plumber sent to me, within three hours.

The neighbour in flat 9 has been on my door, all day.

He showed me, (before I went to LHT in Walton Road), that it was
leaking, down his bathroom-wall, from the top of the wall, (most
probably from my bath-room, I’d say).

But no plumber was here, within four hours.

So I called LHT, from a phone-box, in City Road.

    (At around 6.30 PM.

And got to speak with Karen).

A plumber was here, around 7.30 PM.

He said his name was Lee, from HPH.

He said the problem was the sealing, for the pipe.

(The same problem as in May.

Then it was a leakage on the same pipe, (the pipe between the wall and
the toilet), closer to the wall.

So it’s a problem with the sealing being old/rotten, it seems, in this pipe.

I’m not sure why it leaks into flat 9.

I’m not a plumber, or anything.

But it’s supposed to be membrane, I think, in bathroom-floors.

But it could seem it’s a problem with the bathroom floor leaking, from my flat.

Or if it could be, that the pipe leaks, inside the wall, or something.

    I’m not sure exactly.

I got the plumber to have a look at the leakage in flat 9, as well.

Perhaps he can explain to you, more about the problems.

He said they were fixed now.

But the neighbour also complained, earlier this month.

And then it was just some wated, that I’d managed to splash on the
    bathroom-floor, when I had a bath, I think.

(Even if it could also be a leakage, in the pipe, in the wall, or
    something like that).

I’ll try to not splash on the floor, when I take a shower/bath now.

But I think it should be a membrane, in the bathroom-floor, so that
water like that, should evaporate, I think it’s called, (‘fordampe’ in
    Norwegian).

I attach a photo of the mentioned sealing, that needed to be replaced.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

perhaps I should go to the Police and report you for harassment.

    I’m not ‘Madam’.

Postgang is a Norwegian word which means ‘post-walk’.

The time from the letter is posted untill it gets to the address on it.

Also, it doesn’t seem like LHT checked that it actually was a leakage in flat 9.

So this was just an unanoused house-inspection really.

You should have taken photos of the leackage and showed me, I think.

It was no leakage at all, (like the plumber father and son confirmed),
so this was just like something invented by a group of scumbags, like
you say, here in the UK.

(After some plumber woke me up on Thursday, like I complained about in
    the e-mail you replied to.

And after that Sarah Vermiglio and an unshave LHT-guy more or less
    woke me up on Friday.

Someone ringing on my door woke me up at around 8 AM.

And then it was noone at my door.

But then Vermiglio & Co. were on my door at around 9 or 10 AM).

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

today I woke up by a plumber on my door.

He said it was leaking from my flat and down into number nine.

I think I would have known if it was a leakage like that, and asked
him who at LHT he had spoken with.

    He couldn’t answer.

He said he would call his office.

And I didn’t hear anything more.

Then an hour or so later, the postman was on my door, with four
letters, and something advertisments from Farmfoods, etc.

I later opened the letter from LHT.

I said a plumber would come on my door.

(And that I had recently contacted you about this).

I have not ordered any such plumber.

    Recently is very vague.

    Please use proper references.

    On top of this.

There’s something wrong if letters arrive after the appointment they
    inform about I think.

It’s like you haven’t heard of what we in Norway call ‘postgang’.

And also people should get letters like that a week at least in advance.

I’ve gone three years to commerce and office-school in Norway, so I should know.

It’s like you have Hitler as an Office Manager I think.

This I wanted to complain about.

    Hi,

I also got another letter from you, last week, (week 26).

(Which I attach a scanned copy of).

It says I should pay the weekly gas charge of £6.77.

But as I remember it, there are also a few very small service-charges,
    of only a few pence.

So I was wondering if you could please list up the service-charges.

Like you did, the time before last, when it was a change in them.

Because then you explained which service-charges, that was supposed to
    be paid, by the Council.

And which service-charges, that was supposed to be paid, by me.

You change this, ‘all the time’.

At the time I moved in here, around two years ago, all the
service-charges were paid for, by the Housing Benefit, from the
    Council.

And when that changed, then you listed which of them I was supposed to pay.

But when they changed again, earlier this year, then you didn’t
specify which of the service-charges that were paid by me, and which
were paid by the Housing Benefit.

So I was wondering if you could please specify this, in a letter,
where you list up all the different service-charges.

(Like I think you should have done, earlier this year, after you
    changed the service-charges).

    I hope this is alright.

There’s also been a problem with the Jobcentre not sending me close to
    all my Jobseekers Allowance.

But if you detail it a bit more, about the service-charges, (like I’ve
explained above), and write about this, in a dedicated letter.

Then I’m going to start to pay this/these weekly service-charges, as
    soon as possible.

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I got a strange letter in the post, earlier this week, (week 26).

It says it’s to you at LHT.

    But I acidentely opened it.

I thought I could just scan it and e-mail it to you.

It really says two addresses on it, (1A and 2A).

It says the letter is for LHT.

So I can write your Walton Road address on it, and put it in a post-case.

Hi, I also got a letter from LHT in the post today. It’s about the rent. It’s six pages about the service charge, and more. However, it isn’t clear to me if they’ve changed it, with the gas again. When I moved in here, in 2012, then I didn’t have to pay for the gas, (but it was included, in the Housing Benefit). Then last year, (I think it must have been), LHT wanted me to pay £6.24 per week, for ‘personal gas’, (like they re-named the gas to, if I remember it right), from my jobseekers allowance. However, this time, it is a lot of writings, about service charge, but it isn’t written about who’s supposed to pay it. So I can’t say that this seems clear to me. So I thought I could send an e-mail, to you at the Council, (and the LHT), about this. Hope this is alright! Like I wrote to you yesterday, I’ve done my part here, (and sent the forms to the Jobcentre, but they say they haven’t recieved the forms, so it’s perhaps someone from Royal Mail then, who has stolen the letter. Who knows). I was at a meeting, at the Jobcentre in Huyton today. But Gary there couldn’t make it anyway today, (like he said), so I’m going there again on Tuesday. And am still unemployed, (there’s no change really, just some problems eighter with Royal Mail or the Jobcentre, so with the Government). It’s a complete lie, but noone seems to care. They, (the Police), also stole my computer. Then they banned me from my five closest jobcentres. Then they say I haven’t sent my jobseekers-diary. Even if I have a photograph, (on my blog), where I post the letter. A lie again. And I sent them e-mails about the missing payments, on Thursday last week, (two days after I should have recieved the payment), and I went to Edge Hill Jobcentre, (one hours walk, my old jobcentre), on Friday. But then the Jobcentre had closed my claim, three days after I was supposed to have recieved the payment. And even if I had called Birkenhead Benefit Centre, on Thursday last week, and also sent an e-mail on Thursday last week, to the Jobcentre’s general enquiry e-mail address. HM R&C don’t have an e-mail-address. So I also send about this to you, (since I can’t e-mail them). Hope this is alright! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. I’m also attaching the letter from the Jobcentre, (I got three letters from them in the post today), where they write I haven’t attended to sign my declaration. But like I’ve mentioned above, they had banned me, from Aintree Jobcentre, so I couldn’t go there, (I would have been arrested, I guess. So this doesn’t make much sense). The Jobcentre sent me a declaration-form, a jobseekers diary-form, and a ‘stamped’ envelope. Which I returned to them, (I put it in a Royal Mail post-case), on Thursday last week. So I haved done my part here. But the Jobcentre are on a crusade against me, (or a war against me), it seems. And they just produce a lot of lies, it seems. This has been going on for years, since I became unemployed, in 2006. They are perhaps trying to ‘cover up’ for Arvato, since I have an employment-case against them, from 2006, I’m wondering. But they are distroying my reputation and life with their lies and plots, (I think I have to call it). I worked on behalf of Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, so this might be some American inteligence, who use sophisticated methods to try to terminate me, or something like that, it could perhaps seems. Something like that. Hm. Or some mafia or something. Who knows. ———- Forwarded message ———- From: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com> Date: Wed, Feb 26, 2014 at 10:21 PM Subject: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: E-mail address for HM Revenue & Customs To: Phso Enquiries <phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk> Cc: Contact-Us <Contact-Us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk>, CONTACT-US <CONTACT-US@dwp.gsi.gov.uk>, ica@ica.se, anne-kathrine.skodvin@ica.no, info@linskills.co.uk, steve.rotheram.mp@parliament.uk, “emb.london” <emb.london@mfa.no>, post@mfa.no, Akademikerforbundet <post@akademikerforbundet.no>, admin@lpl-norwegian-consulate.org.uk, ITCGM- Norwegian Consulate <norconsulate@itcgm.co.uk>, billing@spexhost.com, ove.magne.ribsskog@bondelaget.no, she@topdanmark.dk, Liverpool Direct <liverpool.direct@liverpool.gov.uk>, 2200@vg.no, 2400@dagbladet.no Hi, this letter I got in the post today, (from the Jobcentre). It doesn’t make any sense to me. It says, (on part 3), ‘To the new employer’. But I haven’t hired any new employer. (My web-shops are like hobbies and I’m not going to need to hire anyone in the near future, at least, it seems). Even if they know my name. That’s harassment, I think. They know I’m a man, but mess with me. It’s perhaps the Queen, who mess with me, since I’m her distant relative, I suspect. I wanted to complain about this harassment to you the Ombudsman. I don’t like the ‘funny’ online forms, that they have, on their web-site, you see. Because those forms doesn’t always send a copy of the correspondence back to the sender. (And one can’t know in advance if they do, because it doesn’t say, most often). Thanks in advance for the help with this! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog
