Hi, I did that the other day, regarding an earlier complaint. But your web-form didn’t send me a copy of the complaint. I think your website isn’t fine, since it doesn’t have a Professional Standards Department e-mail-address on it.
And people don’t get a copy of the complaint, when they use your web-site, to file a complaint to the Professional Standards Department. But I can send a copy of this e-mail to my local MP, so then can send about this to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, so for them to ask you to fix the web-site. Also, I feel a bit like I’m writing with a school-girl here when you write your name in funny, big letters like that. (And without a last-name). I wonder if someone are pulling my leg a bit here.

    Hi,

like I’ve explained earlier, I think my role in this is to report this to the Police. If you could please escalate this to the Professional Standards Department, to get a second opinion on how to do this. Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Good Evening Mr Ribsskog.

I am sorry if I offended you using your first name.  Let me please explain why I asked how you managed
to obtain the email, is that for the last week or so you have advised someone is placing false orders for you to local fast food establishments, and I have previously advised you to speak to the companies directly.
Therefore I was checking if you had followed my suggestions and therefore the establishments had
    sent them to you.

From the information you have now provided the offender, has your name / address / telephone number
and email address – which is a lot to obtain.
Therefore I would recommend that you do the following:-  Contact the companies concerned and request
they do not send any further orders out to you without a password, Change your password to access your email address (Incase has been breached).  As previously advised we would need each company to contact us, as although this is a inconvenience to you, it
is a financial burden on them.

As you can appreciate I cannot give anymore advice and therefore would suggest you refrain from emailing
us now, unless you find out who the person via the companies.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I checked the inbox in my e-mail-programme. And there it was. (That’s the normal, default way of uptaining e-mails, I think. Or else I would have explained. Why this funny question? Seems like an odd thing to ask. Of course I’ve gotten that e-mail the normal way.

Or else I would have mentioned it. And I’m Mr. Ribsskog to you I think). Erik Ribsskog PS. I have had similar problems many days, the last week: Four delivery-guys where on my door on 14/11, (ref: 1376 14. Nov). Fourteen delivery-guys where on my door around 28/10, (ref: 1578 28. Oct). There where also some on 13/11, (ref: 1275 13. Nov).

Hi, ok, I’ll see if I can find the e-mail address for the professional
standards-department then. I don’t like the web-forms, you see. I’ve gone to commerce-school, (in Norway), and learned that the
citizens can just send a normal letter, (or these days e-mail). Thank you very much for explaining to me how to sort this. Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. Are you going to do anything with the Ofcom-case, I was wondering a bit. PS 2. If you by chance know the e-mail-address to the Merseyside Police
Professional Standards Department, then that would be very fine. PS 3. When I lived in Sunderland, a couple of years ago, one couldn’t send
normal e-mails to the Police. One had to log in to their website. I don’t like that, that’s not right with what I learned on
commerce-shool, (I think). The citizens should be allowed to send just a normal e-mail to organisations. It’s like some kind of ‘Russian’ stuff if they have the ‘funny’ stuff, I think.

    >>> Thank you for your address.  It is unclear from your email what you are asking Steve Rotheram MP to do on your behalf. If you have a complaint against the police you would in the first instance have to make this to the police force concerned for them to investigate.  If you remain dissatisfied with their response you can of course take this to the Independent Police Complaints Commission which can investigate, as this is not the role of the Parliamentary Ombuds.  The IPCC website gives details of how to make a complaint and has the required form for you to complete, which does not require your Member of Parliament to sign.

Hi, I found more about the Ofcom-case now, on my e-mail programme. Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. Here is more about this: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com>

Hi, thank you for your e-mail!
My National Insurance Number is SG 27 09 67 D. It’s also a complaint from May. And then I wondered why Ofcom doesn’t have a general enquiery e-mail
    address on their website.
(Because I wanted to complain to Ofcom about Virgin Broadband, some
months ago, and ended up complaining to ICO instead, since I don’t
like ‘web-mail’, like Ofcom has, (on their website), since then the
citizens sometimes lose control of their complaints, I think, since
one sometimes doesn’t recieve an e-mail where the complaint is
written, when one use ‘web-mail’, instead of proper e-mail-addresses,
because then one can have a copy of the sent e-mail in ones
e-mail-programme, and have documentation about what one wrote). Thanks again for the reply! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog On Thu, Nov 14, 2013 at 1:36 PM, BYRNE, Maureen

Hi, the problem is that when I send e-mails to the IPCC, then that e-mail
address doesn’t work. I’d like to hear this from the IPCC. I don’t like the webforms, since I think the citizens has more control
on the communication if they have a copy of the correspondence, in
their e-mail-programme. Best regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. Then I guess it should be a special department, within the Merseyside
Police, that I should send the IPCC-case to? PS 2. I’ll also try to find more about the other case I mentioned in the
    previous e-mail.

Hi, thank you for your e-mail! My home address should be: 10 Keith Court
    Keith Avenue
    Liverpool
L4 5XJ (I’ve earlier been in touch with you regarding some cases in July, (to
do with the Jobcentre), and which were resolved, if I remember it
right. And there was also a case before that, I think, regarding the
‘telephone ombudsman’, (or something like that), which I can’t
remember now it was resolved. Just something I thought about now, as an update). Thanks very much for the help with this! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

there are also some problems with the Council.

    I worked as self-employed in 2007 and 2008.
And I was a bit under-paid, so I think I should have gotten Council Tax-benefit.

And I contacted the Council about this, in 2010, (I think it was), while I paid around £10 a fourthnight, to Jacobs bailiff, in Birkenhead.

The Council moved my debt from the bailiff, due to their ‘poverty policy’, they’ve told me later.

I think that term is perhaps a bit degrading.

I ask them if I can pay to the bailiff again.

But Liverpool City Council refuse, and send an instruction to the Jobcentre, for them to deduct money from my jobseekers allowance.

Even if I’ve offered the Council to pay them a fixed amount monthly or fourthnightly, directly.

The Council says my claim for council tax-benefit is ‘out of date’.

But how can the claim be out of date, if the debt isn’t?
Then the debt should be out of date as well, I think.

I also think it’s harassment towards me, that the Council move my debt to them around, and change payment-method all the time.

Since I always used to pay the £10-payments on time, (for years), to Jacobs Bailiff.

Just while I remembered it here.

    Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,
I’m refering to your letter from 10/7, (which I attach a scanned copy of).
Could you please confirm that you have gotten my letter from 16/6.
Which I first sent to you in the post, but you wrote in your mentioned letter, that you haven’t recieved this letter.
And Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree Jobcentre has faxed you this letter last week, (Sara there told me, in a sign-on-meeting, Thursday last week).

I just send this e-mail to be sure.

Since my local MP has now told me it’s ok to send you e-mails, even if you have told me you don’t respond to e-mails, when I called you, (Rude there), last year, on your general enquiery telephone-number.

(And also since you write you wanted the mentioned letter by today.
Because you write in your letter that it could affect my entitlement to jobseekers-allowance if you doesn’t get this information by today).

If you still haven’t gotten this letter, then please just contact me, and I’ll e-mail you a copy, ASAP.

Hope this is alright! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

    Ok,
my Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree jobcentre has faxed them the letter this time.
(Since I sent about this to you).

I’ve sent them, (Birkenhead Benefit Centre), e-mails earlier, which I have ignored.

And then I called them, after they’ve stopped my allowance.

And then they’ve, (Rude there), told me they don’t respond to e-mails.
Perhaps someone should tell Birkenhead Benefit Centre that they should stop not responding to e-mails.

    Erik Ribsskog PS.

I’ve also sent you a second complaint about that Ofcom, (I think they’re called), doesn’t have a proper e-mail address on their web-site.
    PS 2.

Also, the Jobcentre shouldn’t hide their e-mail address.
If I go to that link you gave me it’s just a lot of hyperlinks.

I’ve worked as a Company Researcher, and I didn’t find the e-mail address.

I think that isn’t good enough.
It’s like they try to hide their e-mail address and trick people then.

Yes, the Jobcentre have stopped my allowance a couple of times for no good reason, I’d say.

    Hi,

    I’m not happy with this.

Why have the Jobcentre told me earlier that they don’t reply to e-mails then?

Also, in the link, in your e-mail it doesn’t say an e-mail-address.

I’ve gotten it earlier, (many years ago), and it’s: Contact-Us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk.

Like I’ve written to you earlier people want to use a normal email-address, to keep a copy of the correspondence in their e-mail programme. Could you please ask the Jobcentre which specific e-mail address I should use if I want to send an e-mail to Birkenhead Benefit Centre.

Can I use this e-mail-address: Contact-Us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk? Because Birkenhead Benefit Centre has told me on the phone that they don’t respond to e-mails.

(And if I send them a letter, they seem to not recieve it).

Thanks for trying 🙂 Erik Ribsskog

    Dear CRT

I am writing on behalf of the above constituent who has contacted our office. Mr Ribsskog has asked me to enquire as to why Jobcentreplus do not respond to e-mails from members of the public, he claims he was
told this by a member of staff in Jupiter Drive, would it be possible to let me have the procedure for e-mails to and from the public?
I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes

    Ok,
my Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree jobcentre has faxed them the letter this time.

    Hi,

    what do you mean with:

‘The link is the e-mail you have’.

That doesn’t make any sense to me.
