Read TERRIBLE NERD — a new book by the creator of FaxZero.
It’s a memoir. It’s a love story about computers. It’s kinda geeky.

You have a pending impersonation report and it’s been awhile since we’ve heard from you. This is a friendly reminder, that in order to move forward with your impersonation report, we need to confirm your identity.
To confirm your identity, please fax the identification information outlined in our previous email. For security reasons, we are only able to accept this information via fax; our systems strip incoming email attachments. We understand that this can be inconvenient; please note that this policy is in place to prevent against false and/or unauthorized reports. Rest assured that this faxed information will be shredded as soon as it has been used to confirm your report. Additionally, we will be able to bypass this step for any future reports.
Please fax the information to Twitter at 1-415-865-5405. Include your ticket number (#11112208) and write “Attention: Twitter User Safety.” This is a United States number, so be sure to include the appropriate international dialing code if you’re sending from outside the United States.
Your ticket will be closed, however, you can reopen it by sending in the requested identification or by responding to this email.
Thank you,
Twitter Trust & Safety

Hi,it’s also impersonation.I’m directly after some Danish kings that were after Wodin, (in mytology at least).Erik Ribsskog
So this is also impersonation. I would have wanted someone else at Twitter to have a look at this for a second opinion.

What username is causing the issue?: @DirectlyAfterOd
Tweet I am reporting: https://twitter.com/DirectlyAfterOd/status/ 313389899745198080
n/a
n/a Blocked user(s): Yes
How many times has this happened?: Only once, but this is an account which has only written one tweet.
So I think this account is dedicated to attacking me.
I’ve sent you more than a hundred similar reports in the last months.
Further description of problem: This person links to a picture of me, which I own the copyrights for.
I think that’s some kind of provocation, which I think is offensive.

Hi,
this account and the tweets from it breaches so many of the Twitter-rules.
– It’s demasculation of me. (They call me baronesse).– It’s impersonation.– It’s copyright-infridgement. (They use photo’s I have the copyrights for).
– They insult me. (They say I’m an ‘oinker’, or a swine, I guess. This might be Al Quaida, or something).
And you say this doesn’t break any of your rules.
I think I would have wanted someone else at Twitter to have a look at this for a second opinion.

FlynnJackson, Jul 17 02:37 pm (PDT): Hello,
While we understand your frustration, the reported behavior is not in violation of the Twitter Rules (http://twitter.com/rules).
Here are some quick tips to help you with your situation:
• Do not respond to the user. We have found that responding to someone who is intentionally attempting to aggravate you or others encourages them to continue their behavior. As a policy, we do not mediate content and we do not intervene in disputes between users. This means that users are allowed to post potentially inflammatory content, provided that they do not violate the Twitter Rules.
• Block the user. You can block the user using the blocking feature described here: https://support.twitter.com/entries/117063
• Learn more about how to deal with abusive users: https://support.twitter.com/articles/15794
• Learn how to flag inappropriate media here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20069937
If someone feels personally threatened, or if you believe the content you are reporting is prohibited in your local jurisdiction, please contact your local authorities with the information you provided to us. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949.
Please let us know if you believe the behavior has escalated or otherwise violates our rules.
Thanks,
FlynnJackson
