    Hi Erik,

    An abondonment notice was affixed to the oproperty 41D Osborne Rd, L13 on 16th March 2018 as you have not relinquished the keys to the property and we have reaon to believe you have abandned the property. This notice advised you or anybodywith any information to contact us by 23rd March 2018 to discuss your tenancy, and failing this it would be assumed the property was abandoned.

    We have not receivied any communicatin from yourself to confirm otherwise so we will assume you have left the property. You have a deposit of £350 registered, and there is currently a balance of £250 rent arrears owed for the period 05/03/2018 – 04/04/2018. As you have failed to relinquish the keys, the landlord will also have to pay for a lock change and for any necessary works to return the property back to its original state. We wil therefore release the deposit back to the landlord to cover this.

    I have attached a rent statement for your information.

    Hi,

    other problems with this flat, was that ‘everything’ fell down on the bath-room.

    They had just used like double-sided-tape to put up the towel-ring, etc.

    And also some shelves fell down, (due to that they weren’t properly put up, I’d say, because when people use the shower, then it gets humid, and then stuff fell down there, so previous occupants probably didn’t shower very much, it seems).

    Also the gas-heathers didn’t work.

    Only the gas-stove, but one couldn’t really use the owen, because the lowest burner didn’t burn clean, I’d say, (even if I’m from Norway were we almost only use electricity for owens/stoves and not gas)).

    I also wonder if it was asbest in the walls there, because one could hear any sound like from the neighbours downstairs and upstairs.

    Further to the terms of your tenancy agreement we write to respectfully request that we may be allowed to visit your home on the FRIDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2018 BETWEEN 10-4  for the purpose of carrying out a visit on behalf of your landlord.

    You do not need to attend but it would be advisable if you have any issues or repairs to report to us. If you are not home, then we will carry out the inspection using the keys that we hold in the office.

    It is in your best interest to contact the office immediately if you need to arrange a new date and/or time for us to visit the property, otherwise the inspection will be carried out on the day stated above with the keys we hold.

    For any inspections that we are unable to gain access on the date stated in this letter, a fee of £29.17 plus VAT will be charged. This totals £35 and will be deducted from your deposit when you vacate the property.

    The Inspection is carried out using an app on a phone. A photo report, similar to the inventory you received prior to moving into the property is produced and sent directly to your landlord. This report is only seen by the office and your landlord and will not be used for anything else.

    it’s isn’t really empty, because I bought a lot of furniture for it, that I couldn’t bring with me on my flight back to Norway.

    I moved out inbetween Christmas and New Year, (but I’ve been a bit occupied in Norway, so I haven’t gotten to tell you before now unfortunately).

    I’ve rented since I was nineteen, and these inspections I’ve never heard of before.

    I lived in Waldemar Thranes gate in Oslo, from 1996 to 2004, and no inspections, (only once, when there was a new owner of my landlord/employer Rimi/ICA).

    There were rat-poison everywhere when I moved in, so you must have been aware of the problem with the mice, I’d say.

    Also, I was first with Golding, (and I got a flat in New Court Road, also in Tuebrook), but they dragged it out and tricked me, so I didn’t have much choise, and one can’t be expected to see every detail, (like the missing ‘D’ on the door, on a viewing), I’d say.

    But this is with Tpas, Taroe and LFB now.

    So I’m going to let them deal with it from now on.

    When did leave?

    All agents carry out property inspections, you were made aware of this when you moved in, and have also signed confirming this.

    I have also double checked the notes and you have never made us aware of any of the issues you mentioned.

    The mice – As per your tenancy agreement it is tenants responsibility to contact the council first. We would then arrange for any holes to be filled if needed.

    Noise from neighbours – We have never been made aware of this, if we had we could have spoken to the other tenants

    Letter D on the door – this has never changed since you viewed the property

    Rubbish outside – This would be down to the building management company Re-Bloom. Belvoir only look after the actual flat.

    Can you confirm f the property is empty now, so we are ok to go in?

    I’ve now moved back to Norway, so I’m not going to use the flat anymore.

    Also I didn’t like it that you said you were going to have ‘inspections’.

    Also there were mice there, (that were almost mad, it seemed).

    And also the neighbour downstairs talked load all the time, with a discusting ‘bass-vibrato’ voice.

    So one had to have the TV on loud, so not to get sick by this ‘bass-voice’.

    And no letter ‘D’ on the door.

    (People, (who someone let into the staircase), harrassed me, and wondered if it was ‘E’)).

    Also lots of garbage behind the bins, and sticks, (that someone put there, or if they were from the neighbours garden), that made it imposible to open the bins without making a noise.

    And a shopping-trolley in the garden, (a bit hid).

    It was a bit like in a ghetto, I think.

    And also the people in ‘E’ where fighting and the police were in the stair-case for lots of hours, (so these were probably criminals).

    This was the worst place I ever lived, I think.

    This I wanted to complain about.

    Det var jo sånn, at jeg først ringte Golding, (av husvert-firmaene i Liverpool).

    (Og jeg var på visning med de først.

    I New Road Court, (ikke så langt unna Osborne Road).

    Var det vel).

    Og Golding begynte bare å kødde, (og de dro liksom ut tida), må jeg si.

    Så da Belvoir begynte med tullet sitt, så var jeg så lei av, å bo på hotell, osv.

    (Eller jeg var lei av å flytte fra hotell til hotell ‘hele tida’, da.

    For å si det sånn).

    Så jeg gikk med på tullet, til Belvoir, da.

    Og det var blant annet sånn, at jeg måtte betale et halvt års leie, med en gang.

    Siden at jeg ikke hadde referanser, (eller hva det var).

    Så jeg har egentlig betalt leie, til begynnelsen av mars en gang.

    Men når politiet og rettsvesenet i England, plager meg med tulle-sakene sine.

    Så gikk det ikke an å bo der lenger, (må jeg si).

    Og det var også sånn, at Belvoir nevnte, noen slags ‘inspections’.

    Så jeg fant liksom aldri roen der.

    Jeg har aldri hørt om husverter som skal ha inspeksjoner.

    (Dette skulle vel være hver tredje måned.

    Det er uhørt, (vil jeg si).

    Så dette firmaet, (Belvoir), kan jeg ikke anbefale.

    Og heller ikke Golding, kan jeg anbefale.

    Så det var noen indere, (eller noe), som var eierne, da.

    Og alt på badet bare falt ned.

    Det var ikke festa ordentlig.

    (For eksempel så var håndkle-holderen kun festet, med noe slags dobbeltsidig ‘pute-teip’.

    Så den falt jo ned med en gang.

    Og dusjforhenget var en slags sugekopp-løsning.

    Som løsna, (og falt ned), cirka en gang i uka.

    For å si det sånn).

    Så hver uke liksom, så falt jo en ny hylle/ting ned.

    Og det var mus der.

    (Den/de kunne fritt gå inn i stua.

    For de hadde gnagd hull under stuedøra.

    Virka det som.

    Og jeg hørte også noen ganger, at mus løp, i taket liksom.

    Og jeg fikk ikke gass-varminga til å funke.

    Og å finne gass-måleren var også vanskelig.

    (Det forklarte ikke Belvoir noe om).

    Og gass-firmaet ville så ikke sende en nøkkel, til gass-måler-skapet.

    Og gass-firmaet var det samme firmaet, som også hadde strømmen der.

    Men det var to forskjellige kunde-nummer.

    Og brevene om strøm og gass, så nesten helt like ut.

    (Det ble liksom skjult, at et brev var om gass og et om strøm.

    Vil jeg si).

    Så sånn var det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    PS 4.

    Og det gikk også så mye strøm der.

    At det virka som, at en av naboene, dreiv og snylta, på min strøm.

    (Noe sånt).

    Og trappa var livsfarlig der.

    (For trappetrinnene var så små).

    Og det var noe rare kameraer, i gangen der.

    (Som jeg ikke vet, hvem som hadde kontroll over).

    Og det skulle muligens være gratis internett.

    (Sånn som jeg husker det).

    Men det var bare noe tull, (virka det som).

    Og det var ikke antenne-ledning for TV der.

    (Noe det var, både i Mandeville Street og Leather Lane.

    Hvor jeg bodde fra 2005 til 2011).

    Og da jeg kjøpte en ny microbølgeovn.

    (Fordi at den gamle peip så høyt, blant annet).

    Så gikk sikringen hele tida.

    Og ikke hang det bokstav-nummer på døra mi.

    (Så jeg fikk blant annet en ‘filur’ på døra.

    Som lurte på hvor leilighet ditt og datt var).

    Og det var også sånn, at noen av naboene, slurva med å låse inngangsdøra der, (til trappe-oppgangen).

    Så det var jo sånn, at hvem som helst kunne gå inn der, (i trappe-oppgangen), for å si det sånn.

    Så sånn var det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Men men.

    PS 5.

    Det var også sånn, at det ikke var blandebatterier, på noen av vaskene.

    (Så det var kronglete å vaske henda der.

    For å si det sånn).

    Og på badekaret var det festa, noe slags plast-løsning, over vannkranene.

    Sånn at det ble til en dusj, med blandebatteri, liksom.

    Men dette var en dårlig ‘patent’.

    Plast-greiene var noe ‘dritt’, som ikke var helt tett, da.

    Så når man stod i badekaret og dusja.

    Så drypte det glovarmt vann, på føttene ens.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn var det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Det var også noen, som hadde festa, noe slags brun teip, på alle listene, i stua.


    (Av en eller annen grunn).


    Så det så jo helt jævlig ut der og.

    Det var også sånn, at doen gikk i stykker der.

    Så det gikk ikke an å skylle ned lenger.

    Så jeg måtte bruke søppelbøtta, (som jeg hadde i stua), til å skylle ned i doen med.

    (Jeg brukte vann fra badekaret).

    For jeg ville helst ikke ha noen ‘tulle-rørleggere’ der, liksom.

    (Etter tullet med Virgin, i Keith Court, (hvor jeg bodde fra 2012 til 2014), osv.

    Og det var jo også det tullet med ‘inspections’.

    For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn var det.

    Det var heller ikke klart, hvordan de nevnte inspeksjonene, (til Belvoir), skulle foregå.

    Og det var heller ikke klart, om disse, skulle være forberedte eller uforberedte, liksom.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn var det.

    PS 9.

    Det med at noen ikke låste utgangsdøra, (til trappeoppgangen).

    Det kan ha vært fordi at utgangsdøra ikke låste seg ordentlig alltid.

    Den stoppet først, noen desimeter fra dørkarmen.

    Men når den gikk inntil dørkarmen, så var det sånn, at den noen ganger, ikke gikk i lås.

    (Det lå kanskje noe rusk, i dørkarmen.

    Og det var så artig å stå der lenge.

    I tilfelle han med ‘bass-vibrato-stemmen’ skulle ut).

    Og når det gjaldt søppelkassene.

    Så var det sånn, at de ble satt ut i gata, dagen før de ble tømt.

    Og når de ble satt tilbake, så ryddet man ikke under de.

    Så det stod ofte, den del greiner/kvister, mellom søppelkassene.

    Og disse kvistene lagde støy, når man brukte søppelkassene, (etter at det ble mørkt).

    Så det var som å bo, i en ghetto.

    Siden at ‘husvert-folka’ for eksempel ikke rydda bak/under søppelkassene, da.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Og de greinene/kvistene som noen ganger da stakk opp.

    Det virka som at det liksom, var ‘russiske’ kvister.

    Som noen hadde gjort seg flid med, å plassere sånn, at de stod i veien, når man ville åpne lokket, på de søppelkassene, som ikke var fulle, da.
