Hi,
this is really just an update about the case with Post Office-woman, (the one who went to see Norway with the cruise-ship Arcadia from Southampton), at the Post Office, in Winslow Street, in Walton/Liverpool.
I get a very many emails, letters and parcels, that are due to to trolling.
And when I return the packets like the Arcadia-woman told me, (I write: ‘I haven’t ordered this. Return to sender’ on the envelopoes/parcels), then the Post Office in Norway sends me invoices.
Where as Royal Mail didn’t.
(I started returning ‘troll-post’ like this, when I lived in Keith Court, (where I lived from 2012 til 2014), in Walton/Liverpool.
And I never got any invoices/complaints from Royal Mail/the Post Office).
So I’m really complaining about the Post Office giving me wrong information.
Since Posten don’t agree on this.
But as I understand it, it’s the same, in the US.
Elvis had a song named: ‘Return to sender’.
And from the lyrics in song, one can deduct, that the woman Elvis knew, didn’t put on new stamps, when she returend Elivis’ letters.
So Posten, (the Norwegian Post Office), has made up specials rules, for me, it seems.
So to bully me, (or something like that).
Så that’s why I don’t get this to add up.
So this I have to complain about.
Erik Ribsskog
PS.
Also, the Police refuse to serve me.
If I contact the Police regaring very many ‘troll-cases’.
Then they get sour, and also the IPCC tells me, that they wont read my emails any longer.
I have to send them letters.
But when there are hundreds/thousands of cases, then letters means corporal punishment and economical ruin, (I live on life-support from the government), to me.
So the Police, (including IPCC), are a joke, and are being like nazis towards, I have to say.

Hi there,
the mentioned Post Office-woman, (who informed me about how to send back letters that were for the previous tenants in Keith Court, where I lived from 2012 to 2014), wouldn’t be a third party in this, I’d say.
That woman represented you.
So if I’m the first party.
Then you and the Post Office-woman is the second party, (I’d say).
Since that woman, (that I’ve started calling the ‘Arcadia-woman’, after a cruise-ship that she once claimed to have gone with, (from Southampton), to see Norway).
So this ‘third-party-stuff’ that you go on about, means that you are a bit lost, I think.
So this I have to complain about.
Also, (like I’ve written earlier), the point isn’t what the Arcadia-womans name is.
The point is what she said.
I just wanted a reference, (or a handle like they say), so to easier explain about the case.
It’s ok with me to just call her the ‘Arcadia-woman’.
(Like I’ve written ealier).
I’ve also read more about GDPR after your staff starting using that as an excuse not to do her job, (it could seem).
And GDPR is to do with comercial business-processes, (as I’ve understood it).
It doesn’t seem like it has got to do with customer-complaints.
So this is that the communists that work for you use GDPR as an excuse not do to their job, it seems.
So this I have to complain about.
Erik Ribsskog
PS.
The reason I wanted this return-police, (that the Arcadia-woman explained about to me), confirmed.
Is that the Norwegian Post Office, (Posten), are giving me a hard time.
I’m the victim of several hundrer ‘troll-cases’ where someone order sh*t in my name, (or in ‘funny’ versions of my name), on the internet.
And then I send the ‘junk’ back, in the post, and I write on the packets: ‘Jeg har ikke bestilt dette. Returner til avsender’.
(Which means: ‘I haven’t ordered this. Return to sender’).
I started returing ‘troll-post/troll-mail’ like this, when I lived in Keith Courth, (in Walton/Liverpool).
And I never got a bill/invoice from Royal Mail.
But the Posten sends me weekly, (or so), invoices, (because that I return the parcels that the trolls have ordered, in my name).
And they don’t seem insterested in finding out, who actually orders this stuff, (that sometimes get sent on to bailifs and courts, and around 2016 I got a sentence, since I didn’t go to a meeting, in a very low court/’forliksråd’, to do with this, in Asker/Bærum, they ignored that I had sent about this to the Court Administration in Trondheim, that didn’t do their job eighter, and I learned from mercantile upper secondary school, that one should be sent to ‘forliksrådet’ against ones will, (it’s something for loonys, more or less), still a local court in Bærum sent me there, and the debt collection-company and the courts were neighter in good faith, when it came to reading my explanation, (I hadn’t ordered this), so they just ignored what I wrote, and that applied to many organisations/courts/companies in Norway).
So this is a big problem for me.
The trolls have given me a sentence, (from Forliksrådet), and this takes a lot of my time to clean, (I also get a lot of troll-emails), and I get a poor credit-score, because the troll-orders just go though all the courts/bureucracy in Norway, in what has lately become a typical Norwegian way of doing one job, (noone in the Norwegian society do their job, is well known from a case named ‘NAV-saken’ in the Norwegian media, etc.).
And the people that replys to my emails at Posten’s contact-center, (in Kristiansand), have no respect for me/customers at all, it seems.
They haven’t gotten any background from custommer-support/mercantile education, it seems.
And they refuse to escalate when I ask them to.
And the Managing Director, (a woman with the last-name Wille), doesn’t have an email-address it seems.
So this is taking a lot of my time.
And this started in England, (when the Arcadia-woman told me how to return the mentioned letters).
So this I have to compain about.

Hi,
if I’m not mistaking, then I learned at Upper Secondary School, (Mercantile School), in Norway, that a name, isn’t considered sensitiv information.
I think this sound strange.
What about common sense?
How can one complain about a staff if one can’t mention the name?
That’s very poor customer-service from you.
And if you go to a shop, then staff are going to have name-signs.
How can they have name-signs, if their first-name is a personal data, which is forbidden to not keep secret.
I’m not sure if I’m buing this.
This seem idiotic.
I used to run a web-shop, (Posegodt), when I lived in Keith Court, (where I lived from 2012 to 2014), in Walton.
So I was quite often at the mentioned post-office.
(Also to buy ‘leccy’, like they say in Liverpool).
I don’t remember the old womans name, (the staff in question).
But once when I wanted to send one or more packets, (from my web-shop, (I sold Glacier Mints etc. to Norway, since they’ve stopped selling a similar sweet there)).
Then this woman, (she had white hair and possibly glasses), told me, that she had always wanted to see Norway, (when I mentioned that I had some packets that I wanted to send to Norway).
And then later, (in 2013), she said she had been, (with her husband), on a cruise, with the ship Arcadia, from Southampton.
And she had seen a lot of Norwegian towns like Ålesund and Stavanger, (she said).
And she said that she also got to see the midnight sun.
(I wrote about this on my blog.
Back then.
Because I thought this a was a bit strange/unprofessional, to talk about stuff like this, with customers).
And this woman also had a collegue named Sue.
And one that worked on Fridays named Mary, (who was very difficult, so I had to stop going to the Post Office on Fridays, so my web-shop got longer delivery-time).
And there also was another Post Office in Walton, (in County Road).
But this Post Office was a bit ‘ghetto-like’.
The sign, (saying ‘Post Office’), had fallen down.
And they didn’t put up a new one, in a year or so.
Also like I’ve told your earlier, if it’s against the law to mention the name of a staff.
Then it must be against the law, when you mention your own name.
This doesn’t add up, I think.
But to try to move it a bit forward, the point isn’t really the name of the Branch Assistant, (like I think her title was).
We can just call her the Arcadia-woman, (after the mentioned cruise-ship), if you want.
It’s just to have a reference, or a handle, when we communicate about what this woman said, back in 2012-2014.
(She then represented the Post Office.
When she said these things about what to do with the mentioned letters, for the previous tenants, at 10 Keith Court).
I’ve earlier told you to escalate.
And I can’t see that you’ve done that.
So I’m wondering if you are being a bit like primadonna, since you aren’t really trying to be good at customer service, it seems.

https://johncons-blogg.net/2013/06/mer-fra-england_11.html
Jeg måtte skrive: ‘No longer at this address. Return to sender’, på brevene.
(Sa hu).
Og så måtte jeg legge disse brevene, i en rød postkasse, (som det stod Royal Mail på), sa Post Office-dama.
(For i England, så er visst posten delt opp i to firmaer.
Nemlig Royal Mail og the Post Office, da.
Men men.
