Hi, thanks for the e-mail! I have an old e-mail-address for Scottish Power, in my e-mail-programme. (From when I lived in the city centre some years ago). So I also try to send them a copy of this e-mail.
Thanks again for the help with this! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I don't think I owe Scottish Power any money from the electriciy-meter at this address.
I moved in here on 14/5, and on the same day I called Scottish Power who sent me a new key, for the payment of the elecriticity.

I went to the Post Office and bought £10 of electricity, when I got the key, and I noticed that Scottish Power had put on another £5, when they sent the key.
Which they didn't charge me for, for some reason.

    Is this about those £5?

After this I have gone to the post-office two or three times to top up more electricity.

I can't understand how I can owe Scottish Power money from this.

But I hope that this e-mail, with my explenation about this, will clear this up.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

  • Her er det jeg skreiv i e-posten til Scottish Power

    Hi,

I called you on Monday and spoke with Susan, about a key for my electricity.

She said I would get it in the post, on Tuesday.

Today it’s Wednesday, and I still haven’t got the key, (to use to top-up the electricity).

I need electricity for several things, and wonder when I’m going to get this key/prepayment-card?

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
