    Hi,

this case is really to do with my mothers fourth-cousin Erik J. C. Young (a British citizen).

He claims that Shell has stolen a big oil-field from his parents (in Brunei).

That perhaps sounds a bit unlikely.

I’ve also tried to contact the Home Office.

Because my mother (Karen Ribsskog) was an au-pair in the UK, in the 60’s.

So I’m wondering if she lived with (and worked for) Erik J. C. Young and his parents (in Surrey).

But the Home Office aren’t willing to answer my email, it seems.

So I’m wondering if this is a case for you.

Could you please tell the Home Office to do their job (and stop fooling around).

    Hi,

it seems you don’t understand the term: ‘Au-pair’.

    Is this a joke?

You pretend my mother was UK passport-holder.

But as far as I know, she wasn’t.

She was an au-pair (a type of nanny, I think you say) from Norway.

And she worked for a family in Surrey (possibly with looking after children and doing house-work).

I think au-pairs typically stay/stayed for a year or so.

And au-pairs normally got pocket-money (from the family they lived with).

So my mother would probably go to London, in the weekends, to go clubbing there.

(Possibly with her Norway/Svelvik-friends Eva Brekke (Voss) and Eli Johanne Berger (Hyde).

But this was before I was born.

But since I’ve lived for ten years in the UK, then I think I should know where my mother used to live there.

And my mother died in 1999.

And I’m her oldest son (and also oldest offspring, I have a younger sister and a younger half-brother, but no older siblings).

Au-pair was earlier an own immigration-category in the UK (I’ve read on your website).

I used to visit the Home Office in Liverpool (in Water Street I think it was) a couple of times, while I lived in Liverpool City Center (in Leather Lane) where I lived from 2006 to 2011.

(And I also walked past your office there, every day (on my way to work) for almost half a year.

Because I worked for Bertelsmann Arvato’s Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation-campaign, in the Cunard Building, on the Pier Head (I think it’s called) while I lived in Leather Lane).

I tried to seek asylum in the UK.

But they refused to let me seek asylum since I was white (or if it was because I was from Norway).

(The Police in Norway refuse to serve me.

They don’t want to investigate who tried to murder me, in Kvelde (on my uncles farm there) in 2005.

So I think that was the reason that I went to the Home Office to seek asylum).

I’ve seen in the news that you now send asylum-seekers to Africa (Rwanda).

    So that’s a bit odd.

So I’m not going to seek for asylum in the UK again.

(I don’t want to end up in Africa).

I think you must be joking when you pretend not to understand what an au-pair is/was.

So I want a reply from a superior about this.

    Hi,

I’m again writing to you about what happened, when I tried to seak
asylum, in the UK, in 2009, (see the forwarded e-mail).

When I wanted to seak asylum, then they, (a woman there), just took
down a roller blind, right in front of my face.

I then wrote to you, (the forwarded e-mail), to complain, (since I
    wasn’t allowed to seak asylum).

But with no success, my complaint didn’t result in anything, (I have to say).

But today, the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, has an article about
this problem, in it’s online edition.

And e.g. an Italian citizen got asylum to Norway, (the article says).

And the article also says that everyone has the right to get ones
    application processed.

Something I was refused, (I was refused to even apply), in 2009, (and
also later, after complaing, to the Home Office).

I thing I must have been harrased, by the Home Office, from 2009 and
till today then, (thats for six years).

After I applied for asylum, I was several times thrown out of my home,
(both in Liverpool and in Sunderland), by UK police.

In the end, (in 2014), I had to flee back to Norway, because the
Jobcentre also messed with me, and I almost died from starvation and
exhaustion, (I think), when the Police came and broke in to my flat,
(something they did daily, in periods, in 2014, and also earlier,
(from 2011 to 2014), the UK police would break in to my flat, and
kidnap me, from time to time, which was shocking, I have to say).

So I now live in Norway, but I’m still trying to stand up for my
rights, so I want a big compensation, (in money), for this terrror
against me, from the British government.

Thanks in advance for sorting this!

    Hi,

I was at the Border Agency in Liverpool today, since I’m being
    persecuted by the Norwegian
Government, by some mafia or gladio that’s under their control, due to
    that my grandfather,
Johannes Ribsskog, offended someone in the Gerhardsen and
    Stoltenberg-families, in the
Norwegian Arbeiderpartiet-party, it seems, from what I’ve been told.

I’ve also been persecuted in Britain, I was harassed when I worked for
    Bertelsmann/Microsoft,
and the Police and the IPCC and you at the Home Office, have been
    ‘messing’ with me, in
a case that’s now at the Prime Ministers Office.

I’ve also been recieved funny letters, threat-letters, this year, from
    Germany and Liverpool,
while I have been staying in Liverpool, with strange drawings, and the
    German one had
a strange pyramide, so this could be some Illuminati-stuff etc.

I had an agreement to claim asylum in the UK, today, at 9 am.

But, I was told, that one couldn’t get asylum, if one were from a
    European country.

But I think they must have meant the EU.

But Norway aren’t in the EU, and I tried to explain this, because,
    Norway and the UK, aren’t
the same country, since Norway aren’t in the EU.

So then it should be possible for me, to claim asylum, to the UK, in
    accordance to normal
international principles and laws, I reckon.

So I would please like to complain about your representative, and I
hope you can sort this out,
so that I can get asylum, since I’m being persecuted.

(Why would they give me an appointment, if people from Norway can’t
    claim asylum?

I doesn’t make any sense to me, I’m afraid).

I hope you can sort this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I also want compensation because the mentioned arrests resulted in murder of justice-court-cases.

And a prosecutor (in Liverpool Magistrates Court or if it was Liverpool County Court) said I was a: ‘Fantasist’:

But then I replied that noone has called me something like that before.

I now wonder if they have mixed me up with my mothers fourt-cousin Erik J. C. Young, from Surrey.

He has been part of a funny state, called Ladonia, that is/was run by an artist from Sweden.

(He was their embassador in Thailand.

    Something like that).

I have geneaology as a hobby, so I’ve quite recently found out about this relative.

(When I lived in the UK (from 2004 to 2014) I didn’t know about this relative.

It was last year that I found out about that my great-grandmother had a cousin named Vagn Aage Fog, that had a daugther, that married Merwin Sheffield Young, who I wonder if was a Surrey-police-man and also in the RAF like a jobcenter-staff in Huyton, around 2013).

Erik John Clive Young has written all over the internet about how his Norwegian/Danish mother inherited a property in Brunei from the Danish King (the one who died around 50 years ago) and that Shell Brunei has stolen this property from him/them, and that the property had a valuable oil-field on it.

I’ve tried to ask my relatives (on my mother side) about where she worked as an au-pair.

It could be that she lived with her mothers second-cousin Fredrikke Louise Young b. Fog, in Surrey).

So this is also a mix-up, it seems.

So I also want compensation due to that the upper-clas-prosecutor mocked me and called me a: ‘Fantasist’ etc, in court (around 2013) when it’s really my mothers third-cousin Erik J. C. Young that he meant (it could seem).

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

    My nick is: ‘johncons’.

And that could be shortened to: ‘jc’.

And I also have the first name Erik.

So that could be the reason for this mix-up (I think one have to call it).

    PS 2.

    Here is more about this:

‘Dear Supreme Court of the United Kingdom,

My name is Erik John Clive Young and I have written to The Supreme Court Judges many times over the past ten years.
My mother, Fredrikke Louise Young, who originated from Scandinavia was left land in Asia by the King of Denmark upon his death in 1972.
In 1973 my father, Mervyn Frank Sheffield Young, was in Hong Kong staying at The Londoner Hotel. He left two Samsonite brief cases full of title deeds in his hotel room it was 2.30p.m. on a Saturday afternoon so he went for a walk and a cup of tea.
Whilst he was away from his room three men came to the room, one kept watch for him at the end of the corridor whilst the other two entered his room and stole title deeds relating to land on the island of Borneo located in Brunei.
My father discovered the robbery two members of the hotel staff witnessed the robbery. He note the Borneo title deeds had been stolen but didn’t call the police because he assumed it was worthless jungle.
Around the same time three men turned up in Brunei offering title deeds for sale to Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei. I have chapter and verse of what happened because a daughter of the last British High Commissioner To Brunei witnessed everything from 20 feet away and came and reported everything to me years later. She told me “The Sultan’s father said”those men are criminals they are not their title deeds don’t have anything to do with them” the Sultan became angry with his father who said “It’s not our land why do you want it we have enough money already why do you want more?” the Sultan’s father obstructed the Sultan from dealing with these three men so the Sultan had his security seize his father and lock him in a room nearby. The Sultan then purchased these title deeds from these three men his father had labelled as criminals.
That is how The Sultan of Brunei got hold of the 10% commission royalty payments made by The Shell Oil Corporation to him in spite of the fact that the SOC did not believe it was his land his name wasn’t on title deeds he took five months to produce and I have chapter and verse minutes of all the meetings between the Sultan and the Directors of Shell because the P.A. to the Directors of Shell Boardroom was a personal friend of mine and she recited everything to me years later. She added that she didn’t believe it was the Sultan’s land and nor did the Directors of Shell who decided to “assume” it was his land so the could win the rights for the oil reserves. Hi,

I see on Wikipedia that the old British police-complaint-organisation (IPCC) has been closed down.

And that wasn’t a bad idea, I think.

Because in 2011, the IPCC told me, that they didn’t want my emails.

And the emails where copies of police-complaints, to do with internet-troll-activitiy (possibly Russian internet-trolls or something).

And the Police refused to serve me.

(Someone tried to kill me on an uncles farm in Norway, in the summer of 2005.

I fled to the UK, for the second time (the first time was in the automn of 2004, when I went to study at the University of Sunderland, and also went to London (to get air like, since I worked in a clammy part of Oslo named Bjørndal, where it’s like in Blackburn or Staines or Rotherham perhaps, with lots of immigrants) in the summer of 2003).

I contacted the Merseyside-police many times about this (and I also called the Norwegian police a lot of times about this) in the summer/automn of 2005, but the British police (and the Norwegian police) refused to serve me/do their job/investigate.

So I want compansation due to that the IPCC refused to serve me/do their job.

And also your new police-complaint-organisation (IOPC) are even worse, it seems.

They also refuse to read me emails (these are updates to do with an earlier email where I explained about the harassment from the Merseyside-police around 2013, when they knocked on my door around a hundred times (sometimes several times a day) they arrested me between five and ten times, and they also smashed my door a number of times (so it couldn’t almost be called a door in the end) and they also stole my computers all the time.

This was due to that internet-trolls (Russian?) tricked the Merseyside-police into swatting me, all time, by sending a lot of false emails in my name, to a jobcentre-staff, that was a single mum (she told me) named Sarah Bamber, from Aintree Jobcenter.

So this is like Putins wet dream I think, when your police-complaint-organisations are like this (that they refuse to do their job).

So this I wanted to complain/warn about.

Why do they call me Liying Yang?

What the hell is this crap supposed to mean.

Have Putin told them to call me a funny/Chinese name?

This I want to complain about.

    Dear Liying Yang

We are writing further to your recent emails which you have sent to the IOPC.

It is noted that many of the emails you copy to the IOPC are regarding matters that do not fall under our remit. We sent you an email, dated 10 November 2023, advising you of the remit of the IOPC. To clarify, the IOPC is solely responsible for overseeing the formal Police Complaints process in England and Wales. We have no remit over issues that lie outside of this process, including criminal matters or housing.

Since this email, you have continued to copy us into emails which do not fall under our remit. We consider the level of correspondence excessive; you have sent at least 11 emails of this nature since the start of December.

If you continue to copy us into emails which do not require any action from the IOPC, we will consider restricting your email contact with us. This is not something we want to do but it is now taking a significant amount of time to file your correspondence which does not require a response from the IOPC.

Please consider this email as your first formal warning regarding your excessive correspondence.

    Hi,

I’m corresponding with EE about this complaint now.

I remember what my mother said about subscriptions in the seventies.

And I think she went to mercantile-school.

(At least I found a newspaper-add, when I did geneaology, where it said that she was going to go to ‘handelsskole’ (‘trade-school’).

But it could be that she in stead went to Surrey to be an au-pair (because my father and his brother told me about this, around 1979.

My mother later took a typewriting-course (around 1980) I remember (when she lived at Steneth Terrasse, in Solbergelva).

And I guess she should have learned that on the commercial/trade-school.

So it could be that the subscription-thing was something her father Johannes (who was a counselor, in Hadsel municipality (and a teacher at a commercial school there) had told her).

You also ignore the fact that the sim-card stopped working.

And due to that EE had been recently bought by BT (when I got this monthly-plan in 2017) then I was a bit freaked out, by the shop, since I couldn’t find any of the old ‘stuff’ there (the pay as you go-internet-dongles from 2013).

So I was a bit freaked out by that shop, I remember.

And they also asked me a lot of funny questions.

It was a bit awkward experience, shopping there.

So when the router/sim-card stopped working, I didn’t go back.

(I wasn’t aware of that EE had gotten new owners, while I lived in Norway.

It was something fishy there, I thought.

So I didn’t go back to complain.

But that was also due to that I had bought a better (a newer generation router) from Three.

And the Three-router didn’t have a problem with the charging.

So it was like an internet-dongle, really.

So I was quite happy with the Three-router.

(Even if it was pay as you go.

So I had to top up, each week, at Tesco, etc.

To not run out of data).

I understand that you believe you do not owe this as you stopped paying your account and this is how it worked in the 70’s.

Please be advised that it is in the contract and terms and conditions of this account that when cancelling the account, you must give a 30-days’ notice and pay for that final month. As this was not done you have been deemed as liable for the outstanding balance of £38.71.

Please confirm how you wish to proceed.

    Subject: [AD]Re: [AD]Re: Complaint/Fwd: Manage your accounts (Thread:4945716)

    Hi,

my mother used to subscribe to the newspaper Nybrott, in Norway, around 1978.

And then we got an invoice in the post.

And my mother showed me the invoce (for some reason, because this was really not my business, I was only around eight years old).

And she said that she/we would just not pay the bill.

(Because she wanted to stop the subscription).

And they I asked her, and she said, that the newspaper-deliveries would then continue, for some days/weeks.

But still, we wouldn’t need to pay, for these extra newspapers.

So that’s how people did it in the 70’s.

So it it was ok to do it like that then, then it should be ok these days as well, I think.

It’s not right if consumer-rights are beign squized, I think.

So this I have to complain.

Like I wrote in the last email, EE also used an old-fashiened USB-wire, so that the router charged to slow (and one could sometimes not use the internet for hours, and I have one of Norways biggest blogs, so I want to have access to the internet 24/7 (and not 12/7)).

And also EE stopped the sim-card from working, around the time I bought the Three pay-as-you-go router/sim-card.

But like I’ve mentioned, I have a big blog, so I wanted to be a bit sorted, when it came to internet/sim-cards/routers.

So even if I also bought a pay as you go-router from Three, that didn’t mean that I automaticaly wanted to shut down the EE-subscripton.

I could perhaps have put the EE sim-card in the Three-router.

Or I could have started climbing the ‘internet-subscripton-ladder’ with Three.

I also send a copy of this email to Ofcom, as a complaint.

And also it was a bit odd (I remember thinking) that data/GB was more expensive (in the UK) if the product was named: ‘Wireless broadband’, than if the GB/data where part of a mobile-sim-card-plan.

I haven’t lived in the UK since 2017.

So I can’t say how this is now.

(The police in the UK harass me all the time (some internet-trolls make them swat me).

So it’s not possible for me to live in the UK.

    It seems).

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

I don’t think it’s right that I should need to explain this again and again.

I want a reply (a second opinion) from a superior, about this.

    Hi,

the way I remember it, EE owes me money (and not the other way around).

I got a monthly wireless broadband-plan, from EE (in Liverpool City Center) in the summer of 2017.

And after a few weeks, the sim-card stopped working.

And that wasn’t the only problem.

    I really wanted a USB-dongle (like T-Mobile/EE sold, around 2011).

    But they’d stopped selling these.

And instead I had to buy a router.

But the problem was that the router didn’t charge that well.

So sometimes it ran out of power.

And then I couldn’t use the internet, for a number of X hours.

And that’s not really an alternative to ADSL/regular broadband then, I think.

    So I got a pay-as-you-go sim-card/router, from Three.

(Since I’m a Norwegian citizen, then I’m not in the electoral-register.

So it’s not easy getting monthly-plans in the UK (for Norwegian citizens).

Even before Brexit this was a problem).

So I just started buying pay-as-you-go-data/gigabytes at Tesco, etc.

    For the Three-router.

And I got myself a flat in Tuebrook, in the autumn of 2017.

    And the flat was unfurnished.

And I hadn’t brought any furniture etc. with me from Norway.

So I had a lot of other stuff to buy (for the flat).

So I just continued using the Three-router/sim-card/wireless broadband.

And when the EE sim-card stopped working, then I must have stopped the direct debit, by using eighter my RBS internet-bank og Barclays internet-bank.

But this was EE’s own foult, since their stuff didn’t work.

They made the sim-card stop working (the way I remember it).

And their router wasn’t good enough to do with charging (of the built-in battery).

So it was basically rubbish, I’d say.

(And it was also in a funny yellow colour.

So it looked like EE had used a lot of effort into this product.

    But it didn’t work properly.

And also they shut down my sim-card, after a few weeks, even if I had gotten money from a property-sale in Norway, some weeks earlier, so it was plenty of money, on both my British bank-accounts)

So this I have to complain about.

    Her er mer om dette:

  • Jeg lurer på om det her kan være en av min mors britiske firemenninger (broren til Erik John Clive Young). Fra Dorking Advertiser 4. november 1999

    https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/viewer/bl/0003665/19991104/001/0001 (bak betalingsmur)

    PS.

    Men men.
