    Hi,

    i had a Home Insurance, when I lived in Leather Lane.
    I've been the victim of fraud, from my landlord, and have had problems getting income-support, from the Council, so I suddently didn't have the founds to afford the Home Insurance any longer.

    Now I've been thrown out, (by Liverpool County Court), after an unfair trail, last automn.
    The Landlord, (Imperial Properites/T. J. Thomas), don't want to give me my stuff and deposit.

    They've also done fraud, because payments that they collected by their representative George, on my door, for half a year, or so, isn't on the rent-statement.
    Also I had to walk through a restaurant, to throw my garbage, and the disco next door, (G-bar), played load music four nights a week.

    This was going on from 2006 to 2011.
    And I had Home Insurance the first of these years, when my economy allowed it.
    I wonder if I have the right to get some sort of compensation from my Home Insurance, that I had with you, some years ago.

    Have been thrown out many times, unfairly, since 2011, and haven't got to contact you about this earlier.

    I'm no lawyer but I think that perhaps the Home Insurance that I had with you could compensate me, (at least some), since I had it for around two of these years.

    Det var kanskje en sånn her de brukte for å fjerne inngangsdøra hos meg da, i Flat 3, Hope Chambers.

    Noen hadde låst opp døra, fra utsiden, så det var en gløtte, mellom døra og barrikaden, (som var laget av en sofa og to stoler), da Politiet begynte å rope og bråke der.

    Så det var nok da antagelig the Landlord, som låste opp døra, fra utsiden.

    Men når de merket det, at det var en barrikade der, så har de nok ringt Politiet, og stått og ventet på dem, i krysset Dale St./Leather Lane der.

    (Uten at jeg hørte at the Landlord var der.

    Så de har nok vært stille).

    Jeg trodde jo da at Politiet hadde nøkkelen til døra, men det var nok da heller the Landlord, hvis jeg skulle tippe.

    Men men.

    Så sånn var nok det.

    Har Kieron Grimes latt deg fortsette å bo der eller hva skjer? Veldig fint om du kunne

    Dessuten så tror jeg ikke at Kieron Grimes er sjefen for det husvertfirmaet, (TJ Thomas/Imperial Properties).

    Han er nok bare ansatt der.

    Jeg har jo skrevet alt jeg har gjort i forbindelse med dette, på bloggen.

    Dette er en komplisert sak, som ikke er enkel å oppsummere, synes jeg.

    Man må vel nesten være jurist, for å fatte denne saken.

    Noen har spurt før, hva Ola Nordmann kan gjøre for å hjelpe meg.

    (Sånn at jeg slipper å bo på gata i tilfelle jeg blir kasta ut.

    Det er jo også sånn, at jeg nok kan få bolig av the Council, hvis jeg blir kasta ut.

    Selv om det kanskje er mye byråkrati, men de har noe opplegg for sånt.

    Hi,

    I'm refering to your letter under my door today.
    The County Court haven't replied but I sent them an appeal, on the day the Court Order got to my flat.
    I also dispute the figures you write.

    There has been a person name George sent here by Lorna, who have collected the rent, for around half a year.
    Figures which you haven't put on the statement.
    I've also paid for a washing machine, furniture and a dish-washer, since you don't do repairs, (or wait for years with doing them).

    You also waited for two years with repairing the boiler.
    I've lived here for five years now, so I think there should have been a court-hearing.
    This has not been told to me, that this is short-term rent.

    You lie about the garbage-throwing arrangement, and says it's open 24/7, while it's in the bin-store of a neighbour resturant, only open their opening hours, and one have to walk past a lot of guests eating dinner or drinking there, to throw ones garbage.

    You also kept my original of my last tenancy-reference, from Mandeville St.
    This was explotation I think, why did Mr. Grimes want the original and not a copy?
    The court are sending fake e-mails, so it's not easy to deal with them.

    I own some property in Norway, in a co-ownership with some relatives there, which I've contacted a laywer about that I want to sell.
    So I have money, but not at the moment.

    But I think the rent claim is to high.

    I think I have receipts and even a picture of George, showing that he has collected the rent here.
    Why haven't you put these money on the statement?

    This must be fraud.
    I also send about this to the law firm in Norway and the police and the Norwegian embassy.

    Now I found on my blog, copies of recepts, from George, (who never was here on the dates agreed but often later. I did not ask him to go here, but I complained about Lorna there, since she never got the boiler ordered fixed, and I didn't have hot-water for two years).

    I attach copies of these recepts, (which are only a few, that I found on my blog just now).
    PS 2.
    So I'll await the result of my appeal, sent to the County Court, the week before last.

    Then I'll decide what to do, when I receive that correspondence from the court.

    I have a tracking-cookie programme on my blog, to see how many readers I have, etc.
    Today, I picked up that someone in Norway, searched about my landlord, (Kieron Grimes, from the company T. J. Thomas/Imperal Properties), and 'mafia contract'.

    I think this could be something with crime.
    So I thought I'd e-mail this to you.

    I'm not sure if this is the right e-mail address to write to.
    It seems the fan over the owen isn't working now, even if it makes a lot of sound.
    Maybe the pipe on the top of the roof, isn't open, I'm wondering.
