    Hi,

I'm refering to the letter, from your daughter-company UDS, from 30/8, with client ref. no: 012373289370.
    And your e-mail from 20/7.
I haven't heard anything from the Energy Ombudsman.

And I haven't got the e-mail address, to UDS, so I hope I can send about this to you, at E-on, since it says on the internet, that you are the same company:

I repeat my offer, that I can pay £5 a month, as a token-payment, untill I find employment.
(I'm also waiting on getting my pension from Norway, since I've worked there for 15 years, from I was 18 to I was 34, in 2004.
But I don't know exactly, when I'm going these money, since it's with the government in Norway now.

    But I hope it's soon).
In the mean-time, I'm on a shoe-string budget, in co-coperation, with CCCS, and can only afford a small token payment each month, unfortunatly.
    Hope this is alright!
    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

Hello Mr Ribsskog and thank you for your emails

In your reply to my email which you sent on 12 July 2010 you asked me to let your account go to a debt collection agency as they would be able to agree lower repayments than we can.

I also suggested that you contact Consumer Credit Counselling Service concerning your balance of 530.12 and seek their advice about the best action to take. I realise from your later emails that you have now contacted the Energy Ombudsman regarding this matter. Thank you for supplying your case reference number.

Our final position with regard to the balance is that we are willing to accept repayment over a twelve month period. This would mean that the monthly payments would be £44.18.

I do appreciate your financial situation, however as I explained before this is the maximum term over which we can normally spread the payments on a closed account.

Please be assured that every case is dealt with on an individual basis and there are no set guidelines for any given situation. We do not operate on the basis of a single resolution for any particular type of complaint and you can be confident that there is no discrimination over your nationality or any other personal circumstance.

As you have already passed the complaint on to the Ombudsman I will keep your complaint open until 17 August 2010 to give them time to contact us. If we have not been contacted by this date then I will close your complaint and normal follow up will continue for any balance on your account. As I advised previously, it is likely that at this stage your account will then be passed on to an agency for collection.

Should you need to contact me you can call me on 0115 843 4013 extension 2345.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I called the Energy Ombudsman now, and asked for your e-mail address.
But I was told you didn't have personal e-mail addresses, but that I should explain that the e-mail was for you, in the subject-line.

My last e-mail to you, was to 'the superior of Tara Forshaw'.
But I got an e-mail back yesterday, from Tara Forshaw's collegue Pauline Bahia.
So I think you have a problem with the way you handle e-mails and with your organisation.

Therefor I send about this to you, the Chief Ombudsman, since then I know who I deal with, (which I think now isn't clear).
I have complained about E-On, since they have harrased me.

    – They called me on Good Friday, a public holiday.
    – They broke an agreement, and called me back a week earlier than agreed.
Your representatives calls this 'commercial decitions'.

But, I've gone to business school, and I know that companies are supposed to act civilised.
But there is nothing civilised, with harassing people like this.
This type of harassment, is not something that can be called 'normal business conduct'.

    So I have to complain.
E-on have been unicivilised and inpolite towards me, breaking agreements and calling me up on my spare-time.
    These are probably crimes.

I haven't got a good relationship, with the Police at Merseyside, since they also are inpolite, and are calling me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog', etc.
So I use the police in my hometown in Norway in stead.

So I'm also going to send a copy of this e-mail to them.
I hope you deal with my complaint responsebly now, and stop to act ignorant, because the letters you are sending aren't making any sense at all really.

Companies aren't allowed to harass people, this is not a commercial-issue, this is an harassment-issue, and therefore also a crime.
    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

today I received a letter from E-on, telling me that I can send the complaint against them, to you at the Energy Ombudsman now.
They use a friendly tone, (calling me 'Dear Mr. Ribsskog', as you can see in the letter I attach a scan of).

So I think this indicates, that E-on agrees with me, that this is a harassment-case.
So I think your letter from 2/6, (which I escalated), where you freed E-on, looks a bit strange now.

This is also a reminder, since I haven't heard from someone, after I escalated this, on 2/6, by e-mail, to the superior of Tara Forshaw.

I'm sorry if I was a bit unkind in that e-mail, and accused you of being a muslim or other mob.

But that decision seemed so strange to me, so that's why I reacted.
    Sorry if I over-reacted.
I just think it's a bit strange that you call this normal business conduct from E-on.

They called me on Good Friday, so I was clearly harassed.
This is clearly a mobster/harassment-case, and not normal business conduct.

E-on must have some mobsters working in their company, I suspect, who has used their position in E-on to mess with me.

    Something like this.
I was harassed anyway, because I had agreed with Andrea there, she'd call me, on a certain date.
And still, she calls me many days earlier!
When I had said that I would look at it, on the day I had planned to work with my budget.
And Andrea agreed to call back on that date.
And then she calls me earlier.

That's harassment, I think, since she's being ignorant and dis-respectful, towards me.

She don't respect the agreement she made with me, but ignores this.
Also, she called me first on Good Friday, which is a public holiday, and that's also to be dis-respectful I think, since E-on then don't respect people's spare-time.

It's not normal business-conduct, since they would have respected the tradition of keeping the business-hours.
    Which they didn't.
People want to protect their spare-time, and this is why the tradition of keeping business-hours, have been established, for many hundred years now, I think it must be now.

So this isn't normal, to call on Good Friday, and it wasn't normal, for a company to call on Good Friday, even when our great-grandparents lived.
So this has nothing to do with normal business-conduct.

So this is an harassment-case, and not a business-case.
Just to try to explain this a bit more, about how I view this.
So this is also an update, from my last e-mail to you, regarding the E-on case, from 2/6.

Sorry again, if I was inpolite, in that e-mail.
    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I don't think you are making any sense.
I think I have one case consisting of several complaints.
I don't understand why you say I have one complaint consisting of several 'areas'.

This sounds like non-sense to me.
Your form also becomes little overviewable, from this.
So I think the way you treat the complaints is a bit silly.
What are these Ombudsmen you have in the UK really?
    Ombudsman is a Swedish word.
Is this a bastardisation you have just incorperated in to the UK society, as a kind of joke, to mess people around?

That's how the UK ombudsmen seems to me.
    Sorry to say so.
    Best Regards,

    Hi,

now I've received an e-letter from Karen Swindells where she's quoting you.
You seem to say, that I want several investigations, but I haven't asked for that.

I've just asked for my four complaints not to be jammed together.
I think I have a case consisting of four complaints against Scottish Power.
Where as you think I have a case consisting of one complaint against Scottish Power.

    This is where we disagree.
Mr. Swindells also quote you in a way that make you seem prejudice, I think.
You say you've had a lot of complaints like these against all major electricity-providers.

I think you really free Scottish Power already, before the investigation.
It seems to me, that you at the Ombudsman think it's ok for companies, to mess with the customer as much as they want, if there is a problem with late payments involved.

This I think is uncivilised, if I have understood you right.
Also, when I send an e-mail to the superiour of Karen Swindells, then I don't expect to get an answer from Karen Swindells, since I really complain about her.

Then I think this is harassment from you, when I still end up getting an answer from Karen Swindells and not her superior.
I would have wanted to get an answer from Karen Swindells manager, to make it clear if this is something she says, or her manager says.

I think that's really normal standards for organisations to have the person receiving the correspondence, sign the answering-letter.
    Hope this is alright!
    Best Regards,

    Hi,

I wanted to please complain about your Complaint Manager.

I have a _case_ against Scottish Power, which I think consists of five _complaints_.

But your organisation says it is a _case_, that consists of one _complaint_ that consists of many _elements_.

I have studied Object Orientation as part of an IT-degree at University-level in Norway, and I think this doesn't add up.
It should be one case, that consists of five complaints.

You just jam all the complaints together, so that one lose the overview.
I wanted to please complain about this.
(Also, Swindell, (or 'svindel'), means fraud in Norwegian.

    Just to joke a bit).
But I think this should be one case that consists of five complaints, I think it's irrelevant if all of them were triggered by an occourence or not, since I think that means you think it's ok for a company to treat people bad, if they pay the bill to late, (or something like this).

I don't think you or a company have the right to judge me, so I can't agree with this, I think it should be five complaints.
I'm looking forward to receiving your updated case, consisting of five complaints, (and 'elements' jamed together).

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog
