    Hi,

I have a complaint against the jobcenter-manager Mrs. Hart.
Should I then discuss with her, my complaint against Mr. Jenkinson there, before ICE have finished investigating my complaint against Mrs. Hart?

I think this sounds awkward, I think this complaint, against Mr. Jenkinson, has to be investigated by ICE collected with the complaint against Mrs. Hart, that you are already dealing with, since Mrs. Hart is the superior of Mr. Jenkinson.

Hope you agree with me on this!
I've also sent you other e-mails about the complaint against Mrs. Hart, that you haven't answered.
    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Dear Mr Ribsskog,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding a complaint about Mr Jenkinson. Your complaint was passed to me as the Jobcentre Manager to investigate.

The interview you were invited to attend with Mr Jenkinson was a mandatory interview which all JSA customers are obliged to attend and part of JSA conditionality. Mr Jenkinson is responsible for conducting these interviews in Williamson Square Jobcentre. He is also the Disability Employment Advisor for Williamson Square Jobcentre but please be assured that this interview was not in connection his DEA remit.

I am sorry that you feel this is harassment but in order to be entitled to JSA you are required to attend appointments with advisers at specific times.

As you requested I have cancelled you appointment with Mr Jenkinson on 14.1.10. I understand that this interview was arranged with your agreement and the intention of it was to offer you further assistance to gain employment and not to discuss disability.

If you have any further problems please feel free to contact me directly either by e-mail or on my direct phone number listed below.

    Regards

    Hi,

I can't see that I've received an answer to this e-mail yet.
Also, the Jobcenter is continuing to harass me.
Now they want me to go to a disability-meeting there, even if I've never been disabled, or anything like that.

When is this non-sense going to end, and you are also messing with my complaint against the Jobcenter-manager.
Why don't you answer my email, why don't you want to investigate my complaint against the Jobcenter-manager properly, and why do you tell me to go to disabled-meetings and be harassed at the Jobcenter, when this is obviously just some silly stuff they do to bully me, Mr. Jenkinson is clearly homosexual, it seems to me, and to go on a disabled meeting with a homosexual representative, who don't explain anything, but just give med disabled-folders, that's just so dumb and harassing, so I don't understand why you can't cancel these meetings but asks me to go on them.

I attach the lates disabled, (DEA – Disabled Employment Adivisor),-letter from the Jobcenter.
Please stop having fun with me, and please tell the homosexual guy to stop sending calling me in for disabled-meetings, that I don't want to go to.

Since this is quite embarrasing and silly, I think.
Thanks in advance for you help!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

why haven't you included my complaints from yesterday?
(Is it that you don't like to do your job?).

Please send this to your superior.

(And why isn't the case-workers e-mail address written in your letter?)

Thank you in advance for your reply!

    Hi,

I also think you should ask the jobcenter manager, like I explained in the phone-call last week.
    1. Why she pretended that she hadn't received the initial complaint e-mail I sent.

(Since I know this was sent to her, since my reply from the jobcenter e-mail center, was sent to me and Mrs Hart.
Yet in my meeting with Mrs. Hart, she said she hadn't seen this e-mail).
    2. Why I haven't received a written summary from the meeting with Mrs. Hart, like she told me she would send.
    On to your questions today:
    1. I would like you to give written warnings to Mrs. Hart and Mrs. Henderson, since they are acting inprofessional and out of line.
Perhaps they will act more responsible if they get a warning.

    2. I have humiliated, by the Jobcenter, since I have to take insults from Mrs. Henderson, and my complaint about this, isn't treated in a responsible way.
So I would have thought that a written apology, from the Jobcenter, perhaps wouldn't have been to much, to perhaps expect.

    But anyway.
I'll go to the meeting on the Jobcenter, on Thursday next week then, so we'll see how that goes.
Thanks very much for your answer about this, so that I know what to do next week!

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your email of 4 December 2009. As there are new issues raised I have passed this to our gateway team who will contact you shortly. In your email you requested that we cancel your next review meeting at your local Jobcentre Plus office. Hi,

there's also another complaint about Mr. Jenkinson, that I remembered now.
And that is, that he insists on that my CV should be more condensed.
But he don't explain why this is so important.

I try to explain to him, that I'm not a typical graduate, since I've been working in food-shop work and food shop management, for fifteen years, besides studying.
And I worked in a chain, Rimi, for many years, where of I was a food shop manager in three shops in Oslo.

And Mr. Jenkinson wants me to only include my last ten years work experience, on my CV.
But, then I can't put on my CV, that I was a shop manager in 1998, which I think is a good thing to have on the CV.

I think if one have had a lot of jobs, (since I had a career in food shop management), and had a lot of courses, (since I worked in management for ten years, in a big company, Hakon, now Ica), then I must be allowed to write a line or to from each job, on my CV.

    CV means Curriculum Vitea.
And Vitea means 'life' and not 'ten years'.

So I think I'm right, that I should write all my jobs on the CV.

Since also there shouldn't be wholes on your CV, like we learn in Norway.

I think it must be OK, to have a CV that is four pages, when you are a career-guy like me, who's 39, who have studied and worked for many years, and most often doing both at the same time, both studied and worked in the same years.

Also, I sent my CV to 'the Fuller CV', a service on the internet, and they didn't tell me to condence my CV.
So I think I'm being harassed here, by Mr. Jenkinson.

At least I would have wanted to have a very good explanation, for why I can't put all my jobs and courses on my CV.

    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    To: ice@dwp.gsi.gov.uk

    Hi,

I know this complaint is supposed to be sent to the Jobcenter manager, Mrs. Hart.
But, since I have a complaint against Mrs. Hart with you, from before, I send this to you.
Two weeks ago, Mr. Jenkinson asked me in a meeting why I didn't get to interviews that often.
(I don't know how he knows this, since this was our first meeting).

I have an employment-case against Arvato in the UK, and Rimi in Norway, and I said, perhaps previous employers talk me down.
Then he wanted a new meeting today, where his manager Sue, also participated.

He prentended that he thought the course I was on with Jet, (Food Hygiene), on Monday, was to do with reviewing my CV.
(But I reviewed it on my own, this morning).
Also, he went personal and asked if I needed some help since I didn't have friends and family in Liverpool.

This was insulting I think, since he became to personal.
It's a recession going on, and just because I ask the Jobcenter if they can to test-calls to previous employers, (that I have employment-cases against), to hear if they 'talk me down'.

(Since I thought I had to name a reason when he asked why I only had been on one interview in Runcorn lately).
That doesn't mean I want personal help, since I haven't got friends or family in Liverpool.

I'm a man of 39 years old, and I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself.
It's just that I'm being 'mobbed' by some 'mob' or something here in Liverpool, and there's a recession going on.

I think this must have been an attack to help Mrs. Hart, that I've complained about there, and probably something to do with some sort of 'mob'.
I was wondering if you could please cancel my meeting with Mr. Jenkinson for me, in two weeks time, since I think this just get's more and more, to complain about.

I think it's better to wait with more review-meetings, until you have investigated my complaints.
    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

  • Jeg fikk et brev fra the Independent Case Examiner, for jobcenter-klager, her i England, i dag. De skal visst etterforske klagen min

    img149

    PS.

    Mvh.
