    Hi again,

and the reason why I don't just go to the Jobcentre.
Is because I'm not supposed to go there un-anounced, after I protested, the last time, my Jobseekers Allowance, was messed with.

So how can I communicate with you, when you don't reply when I call and send e-mail, and you don't let me go to the Jobcentre.
This is like something by Kafka.
This is like a nightmare I think.

This is like I'm being terrorised by you at the Jobcentre, who I think are inhumane.

    Really,

your actions, when you haven't replied to my phone-calls and e-mails have made me a bit depressed.
So I bought to much comfort-food, in the food-shop today.

So now I can't afford to cut my hair, before the job-interview, due to you.
And then it's your fault, if this leads to that I don't get the job.
This is the opposite of what your job is, to help people get jobs.

So please stop being like you are 'useless'.

If you don't confirm that I'll be receiving Jobseekers Allowance as usual, in two weeks after I finished Employment Zones, then I can't afford to cut my hair, before I go to the job-interview next week.

Then this could lead to that I don't get the job.

Why aren't you replying to my e-mails?

    Please reply to my e-mails.

    Hi,

my Employment Zones-programme with Sencia, ended on Monday.

So yesterday, I called the Jobcentre, on 0845 604 3719, (a number I was given by Sencia), to set up a new claim.

They started setting up a new claim, and were going to call me back today, before 1 pm., which they didn't.
I called you again today, on the 0800 055 6688, or it could have been 0845 608 8529, and spoke with Mark there.

He told me to call the Jobcenter, on 0845 604 3719, to start receiving Jobseekers Allowance again.
I've called that number twice now, but they don't reply.
I almost have no money, so I need to get my Jobseekers Allowance back.

Could you please arrange so that I get my Jobseekers Allowance again from yesterday, 21/12?
Thanks in advance for any help.

    Men men.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men vi får se hva som skjer.

    Vi får se.

    Hi,

you can see, I'm also on Ladders.
So I would have wanted something like a Ladders professionally written CV, from Employment Zones, to fullfill my income-potential, which Ladders thinks is at more than £50.000 a year.

Maybe Sencia could have borrowed me money, for a CV like this.
I don't think Ladders would have complained, if they had to fix errors, in a CV like that.
I think that error-fixing etc., should be part of the CV-rewriting process.

I think that's how Ladders do it, if I remember it right.
Unfortunalty I can't afford a Ladders rewritten CV, at the moment, or else I would have just bought a CV from Ladders.

    Just as an update.
    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Subject: New complaint against

    Sencia

    Hi,

    I think I have to

complain against Sencia today as well.

Because the new clerk, write the summary in 'text-message'-English, or

something, I think this look likes.

    He only writes in lower-case.

That might be ok on the internet, but not in business/employment-life, I think.

    Just since I've started

    complaining about them.

Then I think they should try at least to do they work properly.

Also, please note that Employment-Zones is almost finished now, my last meeting

    is on Friday next week.

Still, my CV, that Sencia/Mr. Ellis was going to re-write, (which he said in

the first meeting), isn't finished yet.

So this is a bit silly, I

think, and this wanted to complain about, since I've started sending e-mails

about the problems at Employment Zones/Sencia.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

I'm attaching the Sencia-summary from the meeting at Employment Zones today.

    Hi,

    sorry I'm sending many e-mails.
I remember one thing at a time.
When Mr. Ellis asked me if it was cold, was at 4 pm.
And then, he says later, he wondered if he should wear his jacket.

But does he leave his jacket in the office?
    This wasn't for lunch.
Because who has lunch at 4.30 pm?
He must have noticed, at lunch if it was a cold day.

I suspect Mr. Ellis has no senserity, he's just an oppurtunist, who makes up stories, like a cynic.
    That's my impression now.
    Sorry I'm writing many e-mails.

    Hi,

because I noticed Mr. Ellis looking at/analysing my shoes, in one of the meetings.

And he said, on Tuesday, that the reason he asked me if it was cold outside, in the meeting before.

Was because he wondered if he should put on his jacket.
    And he mentioned 'jacket' twice.
So maybe he isn't impressed by my clothes?
And is mocking me a bit?

But it's his job, to give me Sencia-founds for business-clothes, if I understand it right, since he is my PA, if he thinks I need it.
But I wonder if he is just judging me from my clothes, and then just mocking me, insted of doing his job, and advicing me about clothes for meetings etc., in the UK.

Because I'm from a small place in Norway, so I'm not that good with clothes, always, so I could have needed advice, if I don't dress according to dress-codes.
But I think Mr. Ellis don't advice but mock.

He should have noticed, in the morning, if it was a cold day or not, I think.
Did he sleep in the office, just to joke.
I haven't had much money, these years I've been living in the UK.

So I buy clothes on ASDA and Matalan etc., and inexpensive clothes, so maybe Mr. Ellis is making fun of me, since he's not impressed with my clothes, and thinks I am a kind of person he can just 'mess' with, since I haven't got much money etc?

Just something that came to my mind.
    Yours sincerely,

    Hi again,

some of these problems could be because I'm really a refuge, from Norway.

I overhear in Oslo, in 2003, that I was followed by the 'mafian'.
And I was attempted murdered, in Larvik, on my uncles womans farm, in 2005.

But the Home Office, don't want to accept me as a refugee, since I'm from Norway, I guess.
And I have to pretend, to be a normal job-seeker, whilst I really am a refugee, who tries to get my rights, in Norway and the UK, and use some time, om writing on the internet etc., about this, to try to get my rights from the police, etc.

I went to the UK, without anything else than the clothes I wore, in 2005, (since I was attach, by some hunting-team, or something).
And noone in Norway helps me, so I'm not really in a normal situation here, but I'm not sure how to explain about this, to my Personal Advisor, maybe he would freak out, because this is really police-stuff, I think, and I have contacted the Merseyside Police many times, about this, and problems at Bertelsmann Arvato, but the Police here just call me 'Miss', in letters etc.

So I understand that I get strange behavour from working-class/mobster-people due to that they don't understand why I'm here etc.
So this is a really a bit ridiculus, that I have to pretend to be a normal jobseeker, while I am a refugee.

But thats to do with the governments of Norway and the UK, i think I have to say, and the EU and the UN, which I've also contacted.
    Sorry about these problems!
    Yours sincerely,

    Hi again,

and the reason I'm a bit upset/stressed now, and sending many e-mails.

Is because Mr. Ellis interrupted the meeting before last, to show me a fairground attraction.

Which I didn't understand anything about.

So this 'freaked me out' a bit, I think.
Mr. Ellis said in the last meeting, that he didn't want the meetings to be 'mechanical'.

But I think I'm a part in the meeting, as well, and think they are supposed to be held in a conventional way.
So I didn't like or understand anything about this fairground attraction-stuff.

    And I still don't.
Why did Mr. Ellis interrupt the meeting to show me the fairground attraction?
Is this some British mobster-stuff, that I don't understand, since I'm a normal guy from Norway?

    Hi,

so, the reason I'm sending many e-mails, is because I'm from Norway.

So then I'm a bit slow in the meetings.
So then I have to try to go through the meetings again, when I get home, to try to get to explain what I didn't manage to explain in the meetings.

Just something I thought about now.
Just to try to explain, that I don't mean to be inpolite, by sending many e-mails, but I have a 'handicap', in the meetings, due to that Norwegian is my first language.

    Sorry about this!

    Hi,

I send about this to you.

I have complained about Mr. Ellis before, but you haven't replied.
    Now he is patronising me.
I think I have the right to know which degree my Personal Advisor have.

Then I know if he has a good education or not.
Now, I don't know if he is an under-paid guy, or one who is well-paid, and should offer good customer-support.
I think I'm the customer, or client, here.

I think they are to un-conventonal at Sencia, no business-cards, interrupting meetings to talk about fairgroud atractions, Personal Advisors with bags under their eyes and with a smell and he act like he's crunching himself, (I think it's called).

    Why this secrecy?
Why wont they explain about education etc?
Is he labour-class, midle-class, or what?
    I can't know if I don't get the business-card.

This secrecy is distroying for the communication.
I have a blog in Norwegian, where I give advice to Norwegians who want to work in the UK, so that's why I write on the internet.

He say he don't need to 'justify his methods'.
I'm simply complaining about un-conventinal behavour.
I'm also in these meetings, so I also I'm a part here.

If one person acts strange in a meeting, then I have the right to ask about what the reason for this is, I think.
I think there could be something 'bogus' here, why can't I get the business-card for this person?

He says my behaviour is unacptable, I appologise, for calling him 'peronal assistant', instead of 'personal advisor', but that's just a typing-error, and I'm from Norway, (like I've explained to Mr. Ellis), so I sometimes type a bit wrong.

Why is Mr. Ellis afraid of my questions in the e-mails?
I think he is afraid of leveling.
I think it's important that a client and his Personal Advisor are on level.

So I think this Employment Zone-stuff with Sencia, with they're secresy and that they don't want to level, is very strange.

This I wanted to please complain about.
And I'm wondering if I could please go to Employment-Zones with another company?

Or at least get another Personal Advisor?
Also, I think my complaint against Mr. Ellis should have been dealt with by his line-manager, and not himself, on Tuesday, so that's a complaint against Sencia Hanover St.

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

information in the emails that you are sending to me. I am requesting now

that you send no further correspondence to this email address as your behaviour

    Hi again,

    and seriously Mr. Ellis.

I told you in my e-mails, that the facts on the CV you made for me, was

    wrong.

That there shouldn't be a gap in my employment-history with Rimi.

And that you had put on two degrees I don't really have.

So these are facts, on the CV, which are wrong.

So these need to be corrected, or else it's more or less like fraud, I

    think.

And I want to be on level with you, since you have made the CV, and is

    my Personal Assistant.

But I think you must be over-worked.

Like I said in the complaint to the job-centre, you had bags under your

    eyes.

And on the meeting on Tuesday, I thought you even had a smell.

So I think you have to much to do.

Who is your manager, if I can ask?

At least I think it's un-profesional of you, not to correct the errors I've

    pointed out, on the CV.

I send a copy of our correspondence from yesterday, to the Jobcentre

    now.

ok, I just added about the website and the file, 'for the record', so to

competition, ('Rimi Gullårer'), in shop-management, in Rimi, for the second

    half of 2001.

Only a few of Rimi's many houndred store-managers win this

    competition every half-year.

Also, I have work-experience from System Development, from 1993, which

I think should be on the CV, from the stated reason, that IT jobs are the

    first I look for.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi Mr. Ellis,

I just wanted to send some feedback on the CV.

Firstly, my degree from university-level, is a

'Høgskolekandidat'-degree, in IT, from Oslo University College, from

    2009.

Jet tells me this is comparable with a Foundation Degree/Higher

    National Diploma.

    That's it.

I haven't got any more degrees from University-level, even if I

wait for one, in Information Management, but then NITH in Oslo has to

approve of some of my IT-modules from Oslo University College first.

And I haven't got a Higher National Diploma in IT, it's only a degree

    which is comparable with that.

Further, I have sent my CV to 'the Fuller CV', and they wanted me to

write about that I have a degree in marketing in my personal profile, so

perhaps that should be mentioned, on the CV, that I have a degree from Upper

Secondary School in Marketing, (and Information Management).

Also, I think it perhaps should say on the CV, that I have skills in

HTML, Javascript, CSS, Programming, System Development, etc.

You said in the first meeting that you wanted to asses my IT-skills,

but I can't see that you have done that.

I think that since I have a degree in IT, then IT is my main-field, and

then my IT-skills should be put on top of the CV.

Since when I look for jobs, on the Jobcentre website, then I first look

for the IT jobs in Web-design etc.

And then I think the CV should be customised for that.

Also, you didn't write on the summary that I gave you a copy of file

showing the jobs I've applied for, since the last meeting.

And you didn't write in the summary, that I showed you the website,

that I have been working on, since the last meeting:

You said I shouldn't have a photo of myself with a beer-can, on a site

    like that.

I explained it was from the Matthew St. Festival, where one are

    allowed to drink outside.

Since one of my interests, like it says on the CV, are music.

You also wondered if I was going to put my CV on that web-site,

    which I could confirm.

And I showed you a picture of my grand-mothers furniture, to do

with that she inherited Holger baron Adeler, which is Norways only 'proper'

    noble-line, I think I have to say.

Just thought I'd write this, while I remember it.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog
